Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang upaya mengurangi nomophobia melalui konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan rational emotif behaviour therapy (REBT) teknik self management. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat nomophobia siswa mengalami penurunan setelah layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan rational emotif behaviour therapy (REBT) teknik self management. Untuk mengurangi nomophobia siswa guru BK akan melaksanakan tindak lanjut mengenai konseling kelompok pendekatan rational emotif behaviour therapy (REBT) teknik self management, terutama pada aspek tidak dapat informasi karena pada aspek tersebut mengalami penurunan paling sedikit dibandingkan aspek yang lain. Bagi peneliti lain apabila menggunakan variabel nomophobia lebih difokuskan pada aspek tidak dapat informasi karena aspek tersebut mengalami penuruna yang paling sedikit. Hal tersebut karena banyak siswa yang menganggap bahwa informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan merupakan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari.

Abstract

Every human being always communicates, because it becomes a very important part of life. Communication is used to deliver messages that come from the mind and heart will not be conveyed, but on the contrary with the existence of communication messages that are in the mind and heart can be conveyed, giving rise to the same meaning and goals that are well achieved. Likewise, the communication efforts of newcomer students to their new environment to be able to adapt. Likewise with the way of interaction or communication that occurs in old students and newcomers. Of course, it will be very different, apart from not being familiar with it, the environment and cultural habits are also different, especially with the pesantren atmosphere which is different from public schools. In this condition, it is important that individuals need to get personal social guidance and counseling assistance in helping the process of adaptation and interaction with their new environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the basic concepts of personal social guidance and counseling in helping immigrant students communicate and to find out the forms of communication difficulties for immigrant students. The contribution of this research is to contribute ideas about the importance of cross-cultural communication and the application of social guidance in assisting the communication patterns of newcomer students with their new environment and enriching the treasures of knowledge in the field of cross-cultural communication in both the educational and social spheres. In the preparation of this mini research, several research methods were used. So that in parsing and writing achieve the desired target. This mini research is a field research that seeks to find data directly in the field to be able to clearly identify what factors cause cross-cultural communication difficulties.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who experience boredom in learning. This study aims to describe the boredom of learning through classical guidance services for students at SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. The process of providing services is provided to students online by complying with government policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in the implementation of learning, there are many obstacles, ranging from signal problems, to internet quotas that occur in the online learning process. However, not all students experience these obstacles, there are students who can follow the learning process from to completion. This study is intended to determine learning saturation, to how to overcome learning boredom in students. The research method used in this research is qualitative case handling in order to help overcome the boredom of learning in students at SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. The results of this study show that students experience learning saturation due to emotional exhaustion that occurs repeatedly over a long period of time.

approach with cognitive restructuring and visualization techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a quasi-experimental research design with nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection techniques were carried out using a self-esteem questionnaire. The research sample is the class students of SMPN 13 Makassar in the academic year 2021/2022 who have low self-esteem with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using t test. The results showed that the self-esteem level of the students of SMPN 13 Makassar, based on the results of the pretest on experimental and control subjects, showed that some indicators of self-esteem were adequate and others were still minimal. There are 3 aspects consisting of cognitive aspects in the high category, affective and evaluative aspects in the medium category. There are 19 aspects consisting of 6 indicators are in the high category and 13 indicators are still in the medium category. The treatment for the medium category indicator is focused on increasing towards the high category and the high category will be given treatment as reinforcement. The cognitive-behavioral modification approach with cognitive restructuring and visualization techniques is effective in increasing students' self-esteem. The increase can be seen from the posttest results, namely there are 7 aspects of effective self-esteem increasing. So the cognitive behavioral modification approach with cognitive restructuring and visualization techniques is effective in increasing the self-esteem of students at SMPN 13 Makassar Keywords: self esteem, visualization, behavior modification

Abstract

Students when speaking, the language used is javanese ngoko to speak to teachers and friends at school and rarely use smooth Javanese language or krama inggil language in speaking to teachers, therefore this study was created, the purpose is to find out the ability of students to use the ethics of speaking in Javanese from ngoko language to the language of innocent krama and the ability to change the language of krama lugu into the language of krama inggil, research methods using quantitative descriptive, this means that the research that will be carried out focuses on describing or describing existing phenomena using numbers as a form of interpretation, the results of the study show that the ethics test for speaking Javanese in students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta class XI and if in total has a percentage in the good category of 6% and a fairly good one with a percentage obtained of 77% and for the category of less good at 17%, This acquisition can be a reference that the ability of students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta in understanding Javanese can be considered quite good, but not good in practice, these results are based on this research process, and the conclusion of the research that can be taken is that students' understanding in the ethics of speaking Javanese requires further learning so that students can practice good Javanese to anyone according to their levels.

Abstract

Teenagers' emotions that cannot be controlled when playing mobile legends online games that cause excessive reactions to those around them, for this reason the purpose of this research is to find out a picture of teenagers' emotions that have an impact on mobile legends online game addiction and to know the factors that cause addiction to mobile online games. legends. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were teenagers aged 13 to 17 years, totaling 10 teenage subjects with active players in the mobile legend online game in Mandau, Duri, Riau. Data were analyzed descriptively. The implementation of this research starts from research design, data collection, data analysis and verifying the data found. The results of the research are from the emotions of teenagers who are addicted to the online game mobile legends which have unstable emotions, speak harshly, explosive emotions, fight, cannot communicate well, hit objects around, commit violence, make loud noises to people. around, excessive in attitude and upset to experience defeat. Factors affecting addiction to mobile legends online games are caused by internal factors of teenagers with a desire to play continuously and external factors from the environment of teenagers that influence teenagers to become addicted to online games mobile legends. It was concluded that the emotions of teenagers who were addicted to the mobile legends online game were not emotional, could not control their emotions and issued harsh sentences.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning has not been possessed by many students and is a problem that is often ignored. So that special attention and handling are needed from educators, as well as counselors to help deal with students who have low learning independence. Tirtomoyo. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class X Accounting 1 SMK Sultan Agung Tirtomoyo who were taken using purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in 2 cycles with 2 meetings. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with the percentage correction formula. The success indicator of this research is if the average percentage reaches 75%. The results of pre-cycle observations showed that students' self-regulated learning was still categorized as low with an average value of 48.8%. After the action in the first cycle, there was an increase with an average value of 71.5%. Furthermore, the action in the second cycle the average value becomes 86.3%, so that it has reached the specified success indicator. Based on this, it can be concluded that through the application of behavioral counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques, it can increase the self-regulated learning of students in class X Accounting 1 SMK Sultan Agung Tirtomoyo.

Abstract

Sekolah yang ramah anak dan berbasis hak anak merupakan upaya memenuhi hak-hak anak dan memberi pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menunjukan Dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat empat faktor dalam implementasi kebijakan yang telah dilakukan oleh SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang , yaitu: Pertama, faktor komunikasi cukup baik, yang mana SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang mengintegrasikan kebijakan ke dalam kurikulum dan kebiasaan sekolah. Selain itu, sosialisasi program dan proyek kebijakan juga disampaikan kepada orang tua siswa, serta kerja sama dari instansi dan lembaga setempat untuk memberikan dukungan berupa pembinaan dan pengawasan terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan sekolah. Kedua, faktor sumber daya adalah tenaga pengajar di SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang mencukupi dari segi jumlah dan keahlian sesuai dengan komponen dan indikator kebijakan, kemudian dari aspek pengelolaan anggaran kebijakan dikelola secara akuntabel dan transparan. Dari segi sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang telah memenuhi kesesuaian berdasarkan komponen dan indikator kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak serta dari aspek kewenangan pelaksanaan kebijakan sekolah berbasis demokrasi, yaitu terdapat konsekuensi logis berdasarkan kesepakatan dan komitmen seluruh warga sekolah. Ketiga, faktor disposisi yang cukup baik terlihat dari sikap staf pengajar di SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang dalam menjalankan tugas dan menerapkan budaya sekolah sesuai dengan konsep kebijakan. Dan keempat, faktor struktur birokrasi yaitu model struktur organisasi sekolah yang digunakan adalah model top downer yang berpotensi menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi dan kesadaran warga sekolah untuk berpartisipasi dan berinovasi dalam membuat atau memperbaiki sistem kebijakan di sekolah.

Abstract

Sexual attraction of the opposite sex raises cases of sexual harassment regardless of age. The aim of the study was to find out the calming effects both physically and psychologically for victims of eliminating and utilizing whatsapp media for counseling services via the internet. The approach is through a mixed method problem method, namely collecting quantitative and qualitative data, combining the two forms of data and using different designs. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and audio-visual. The technique of presenting data analysis used by researchers is constructing and triangulating. The results of the questionnaire data found that students included in the score range 43-51 and 34-50 included in the total score category were 1 and 2 students. This study shows that one of the class XII AKL victims experienced physical sexual harassment by touching a woman's sensitive parts by an unknown person. Victims experience psychosocial impacts, feeling afraid, not confident or embarrassed to meet other people. The conclusion of the research is that the cause of sexual harassment is due to a quiet surrounding environment and lonely victims. The impact of victims experiencing psychosocial impacts and online counseling makes victims feel comfortable telling their problems. The advice given by counselors for women is always to be careful with the circumstances around them, maintain a polite appearance and not easily associate with the opposite sex which can trigger sexual attraction.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara beberapa siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang. hasil wawancara terhadap ke beberapa siswa menjelaskan bahwa mereka sama sekali tidak memahami tentang apa yang dibicarakan oleh temannya tersebut sehingga mereka mengalami kebingungan dalam mengajukan pertanyaan, memberikan pendapat dan tanggapan tentang apa yang mereka pahami serta memberikan kritik dan saran kepada temannya tersebut. selain itu, siswa juga mengeluh bahwa mereka mengalami kebingungan tentang cara menyampaikan dan menjelaskan pendapat dan tanggapannya agar temannya tersebut dapat memahami dan menerima tanggapan dan respon dari temannya tanpa terjadinya kesalahpahaman.Populasi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang. Pada penelitian ini yang diambil yaitu 308 siswa dan 32 siswa digunakan untuk uji validitas instrument. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 12,554 + 0,943X. berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 821,983, nilai Fhitung akan dibandingkan dengan Ftabel. Nilai Ftabel dengan dfreg = 1 dan dfres 306 adalah 3,87 pada taraf 5%. Pada output didapat Ftabel pada db 1 dan 306 adalah 3,87 pada taraf 5%. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas maka 821,983 > 3,87 pada taraf 5% sehingga H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang signigikan antara konsep diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang.
