Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University, with a sample of 30 respondents. The data was obtained by conducting a questionnaire, then processed and tested using SmartPLS. The results of the research based on hypothesis testing indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and on employee performance; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (4) Job satisfaction significantly mediates leadership and work motivation variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the Determination of Work Productivity and Performance: Analysis of Motivation and Leadership Style, A Study of the Human Resource Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this research library are that: 1) Motivation has an effect on Work Productivity; 2) Leadership Style has an effect on Work Productivity; 3) Motivation has an effect on performance; 4) Leadership Style has an effect on Performance; and 5) Work Productivity has an effect on Performance.

Abstract

Mutation and leave is an important thing for employees, especially for employees with agencies or companies that have a distribution of offices throughout Indonesia, the archipelago with geographical conditions of the archipelago and inadequate transportation network conditions, facilities, facilities and infrastructure of each region that is not good and evenly distributed. The pattern of employee placement that spread throughout Indonesia causes many employees to work far from homebase, so it is very important to conduct research on the influence of mutations and leave on motivation and its impact on job satisfaction. Previous relevant research is very important in a scientific article to solidify existing theories and phenomena of influence on variables. The overview given in this article is about the influence of mutations and leave on motivation and its impact on job satisfaction, a literature review of the management of human resources. The preparation of the article aims to compile a hypothesis about the influence of variables that will be used in the research. The research hasil from the library is: 1) mutations affect motivation; 2) Holidays affect motivation; 3) mutations affect job satisfaction; 4) Holidays affect job satisfaction; and 5) Motivation affects job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a form of conceptual idea that examines the impact of dynamic changes on increasingly fierce business competition and company sustainability. The concept of corporate management presented by Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a wise solution that companies need to consider to answer the challenges of these changes, where the existence of clean and healthy company management and superior human resources are important company assets that need to be improved. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of critical ideas sourced from national literature, international journals, and research libraries. The results of the study conclude that the role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a manifestation of organizational democracy can improve employee morale and work ethic which is the company's competitive advantage. In addition, the existence of a space for the active participation of stakeholders is the most important part of the practice of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Abstract

The rapidly growing business world indirectly requires every company to be able to optimize its resources, including capital, machinery, raw materials, human resources, and many others. Of the many resources owned by the company, human resources are very important resources, especially companies that are in a merger collaboration, there must be a lot of human resources involved in achieving company goals so good leadership and cooperation are needed in all fields both individuals and between departments within the company. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are that: 1) Transformational Leadership has an effect on Mergers; 2) Employee reactions affect the Merger; 3) Transformational Leadership influences Organizational Culture; 4) Employee reactions affect the Organizational Culture; and 5) Organizational Culture affects the Merger.

Abstract

This study examined the impact of internal control on non-profit organization performance and impact of internal control on accountability both directly and indirectly with pandemic covid as one of environmental uncertainties as a moderation variable. As a result, environmental uncertainty was examined as a moderator variable. This study analyzed 90 observations using cross-section data and primary data sources.. Internal control have an effect on organizational performance and accountability while environmental uncertainty has no effect as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The literature review article Determining Entrepreneurial Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurial Opportunity for Business Success in the Era of Disruption is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that it will used in further research within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Entrepreneurial Strategy determines Business Success in the Era of Disruption; 2) Marketing Strategy determines Business Success in the Era of Disruption; and 3) Entrepreneurial Opportunities determine Business Success in the Era of Disruption. Apart from these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Business Success in the Era of Disruption, there are still many other factors, including the Work Environment, Communication, Promotion, Sales, and Work Culture.

Abstract

In this study, the author raises various themes related to the factors that influence critical thinking and its impact on Independent Learning. This study is interesting to discuss because the author wants to see in depth the effect of Critical Thinking and Independent Learning on Self-confidence and Motivation, in this study the author uses library research methods. The results of this study illustrate that critical thinking is needed as intellectual capital in achieving educational goals. Besides that, motivation is also a crucial factor in the critical thinking process, because every element of education requires encouragement from both inside and outside to move optimally so that the regulations that have been set can be implemented optimally and of course have an impact on independent learning which is the reference for the ideal concept of education. at the moment. In the context of education, critical thinking is very influential on independent learning. Freedom of learning supports many innovations in the world of education, especially the progress of various educational institutions including schools or madrasas, by also forming teacher competencies. Teachers who are independent in teaching are aware of the needs of their students according to the environment and culture of the students.
