Abstract

Compliance Level of Tax Return Reporting and Tax Revenue: Digital Tax Return Reporting Services, Digital Tax Payment Services and Digital Helpdesk Services Services are scientific literature study articles within the scope of economics. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the role between variables that will be used in future research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Risearch library method method, from e-book and open access e-journal. The results of this article are: 1) digital tax return reporting services play a role in the level of compliance with tax return reporting and tax revenue; 2) digital tax payment services play a role in the level of compliance with tax return reporting and tax revenue; and 3) digital helpdesk services play a role in the level of compliance with tax return reporting and tax revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices in companies that are members of the Kompas100 index during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This research is a type of quantitative research using regression with the help of SPSS 25.0. The sample for this research is a company that is part of the Kompas 100 Index. This research finds that inflation and interest rates simultaneously have an effect on the price of one share. Based on the partial test, inflation has a positive effect on the Kompas100 company's stock price, while interest rates have a significant negative effect on the Kompas100 company's stock price during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study can be used as a reference for investors to consider inflation and interest rates in making investment decisions and in making regulations.

Abstract

Indonesia needs to be wary of the recession era that threatens in 2023. The recession-era can impact an economic slowdown which makes the real sector hold back its production capacity so that recruitment freezes up to layoffs (PHK) can occur. With the occurrence of this phenomenon, the trust of employees who are still working at the company to continue working at the company and make their best contribution becomes very important for the company. This is known as organizational commitment. Factors that affect organizational commitment are work engagement and being influenced by job resources. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of job resources on organizational commitment mediated by work engagement. A non-experimental quantitative research approach that applied. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by statistical analysis using SPSS version 23.0 for Windows and Process v3.5 by Andrew F Hayes. This research was conducted on 80 employees at a manufacturing company in West Java. The study results show that work engagement is the perfect mediator between job resources and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Amidst the global pandemic, stand-up comedy in Indonesia experienced rapid growth as comedians turned to digital platforms, particularly YouTube, to entertain a broader audience confined to their homes. This shift allowed them to connect with fans and cater to the increasing demand for entertainment during uncertain times. The study focuses on analyzing the reception of Bintang Emon's stand-up comedy video from the Somasi event. Bintang's use of satire, sarcasm, and irony resonated with Generation Z, the target audience, as he touched on various societal issues and political events. The reception analysis revealed dominant, oppositional, and negotiation stances among the audience, reflecting diverse perspectives within this demographic. Understanding the preferences and perspectives of Generation Z can guide comedians in crafting relevant and engaging content, maintaining audience interest, and contributing to a more informed and connected society. This research sheds light on the effectiveness and impact of stand-up comedy performances, showcasing their role as a means of social commentary in addressing timely and relatable topics, thus providing valuable insights into public sentiment and attitudes.

Abstract

Turkey-Indonesia relations can be traced back to the Ottoman Empire. For many years, bilateral cooperation outside Turkey and Indonesia continue to work together within the framework of international and regional organizations. Media studies are expected to provide benefits in the increased relation between the two countries. Therefore, it is interesting to analyse how the media representation in Indonesia and Turkey construct the image about one and another. This work analyses image, and news value in order to understand the media representation of Turkey and Indonesia. this study will observe the news representations of Indonesia and Turkey in terms of their representations as country, country's news actors, and relation between Turkey and Indonesia. This study will examine how Indonesia and Turkey are represented in Turkey in the press in Indonesia. Specifically, theoretical perspectives are used to understand news production and understanding processes. These perspectives relate to Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) as the research approach of this study.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through regular ULaMM customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani, Palembang Branch Officel. The research method is a quantitative method with survey techniques, involving distributing questionnaires through an online platform to collect data from a sample of 115 respondents. The statistical test used in this study is the SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction could mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. The better the service quality, the higher the customer loyalty.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of competence, leadership, and organizational commitment on performance. A total of 471 employees were selected as the sample for this research. The research design utilized was descriptive and focused on establishing causal relationships. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 5. The research instruments included data engineering analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings of the study indicate that the combined variables of competence, leadership, and commitment account for 81.6% of the variance in employee performance. Furthermore, it was observed that there is a significant and tangible influence of competence, leadership, and commitment on employee performance when these factors are considered simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employee performance (PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Lampung Branch) partially. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique in which a total of 131 employees were sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis and classical assumption tests. Data processing using SPSS software version 24. The results obtained found a significant effect on work motivation variables on employee performance. Different results showed no significant effect of leadership style variables on employee performance.
