Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from library data, document review and data acquisition from Bapusipda. For statistical analysis, use correlation coefficient analysis, path analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. To make analysis easier, use the software application system 16.0 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that Compensation got an average score of 3.20 in the quite good category, Work Motivation got an average score of 3.20 in the quite good category and performance got an average score of 3.26 in the quite good category. Young women, as future mothers, have an important role in preventing stunting in the next generation. This article reviews the important role of maternal nutrition in efforts to reduce stunting rates in adolescent girls. First, this article will outline the risk factors for stunting that are often found in adolescent girls, such as malnutrition during their growth years, limited access to nutrition education, and limited knowledge regarding the importance of balanced nutrition. Next, we will discuss how good maternal nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding has a significant impact on child growth. Adequate and balanced maternal nutrition will provide children with good basic capital for their growth and development. Increase awareness of adolescent girls about the importance of balanced nutrition, through nutrition education in schools, outreach in the community, and better access to reproductive health services. In this context, the role of families, educators and the government in supporting young women to have a good understanding of nutrition will be emphasized, specifically maternal nutrition plays a key role in efforts to reduce stunting rates in future generations. Young women are a group that needs special attention in this effort, because they will become future mothers who will shape the quality of their children's growth and development. Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of multimodal transportation policies in Papua, as an effort to address the high cost of goods in the region with the aim of reducing logistics costs and accelerating economic growth. Shipping rates in Indonesia remain an unresolved issue, especially in the Papua region, classified as a 3T area (lagging, frontier, and outer), leading to high commodity prices. The research employs bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database as its data source. Out of a total of 5,930 articles found, a filtering process considering location, keywords, and a time range from 2009 to 2023 was conducted. As a result, 200 relevant articles were identified for analysis, and from this pool, 15 articles most aligned with relevant keywords were selected as the primary references for this study. The research findings indicate that the implementation of multimodal transportation policies in Papua has successfully reduced price disparities and improved accessibility to mountainous regions. However, challenges persist in the development of multimodal transportation in 3T areas, prompting recommendations for policies such as collaboration and logistics integration across modes, seaplane transportation, and mountain flying training to optimize logistics delivery in mountainous areas. Additionally, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) for more efficient logistics delivery is suggested. Furthermore, future research should focus on various aspects of multimodal transportation, including ride-sharing, mobility as a service, railway transportation, traffic congestion, land use, climate change, greenhouse gas emissions, traffic control, transportation costs, safety, travel time, social welfare, and expenses. This study provides insights into the positive impact of multimodal transportation policies in Papua and offers guidance for future development to address the issue of high commodity prices in 3T regions.

Abstract

The focus of this study is related to the translation techniques of Covid-19 terms from Arabic language into Indonesian language and one of its regional languages, Sundanese. The translation materials are the learning material texts submitted by students on WhatsApp. This study uses a comparative descriptive method to analyze the transformation of vocabularies or terms in Arabic into Indonesian and one its regional language, Sundanese. Regarding the texts, no different from any translation of other texts, the techniques used that can be observed here are pure borrowing or literal translation, naturalized borrowing, and established equivalent. The technique of pure borrowing seems to be done as the last resort; words, such as virus, corona, internet, soap and bacteria, are not terms familiar for everyday conversation in these languages. Even more, other words, such as frustrasi, depresi, ahli jiwa ‘frustration, depression, psychiatrist’, have no equivalents in Sundanese. Consequently, these words are not translated in Sundanese text, but taken as they are. Comparing the translation results from Arabic into Indonesian and Sundanese gives us information that very often to use the terms as used in the Indonesian language is the only option the Sundanese students might have.
