Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of accessibility, facilities and digitalization on port performance in Patimban Subang. Some of the main problems include; There is no direct access to the port, inadequate port support facilities such as the absence of a logistics company that has a home base in the port area means that goods delivery is not optimal. Apart from that, the use of the Inaportnet system as a form of port digitalization has not been optimal. This research method uses SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of accessibility, facilities and digitalization of freight ports have a significant positive influence on port performance variables. The statistical test results show that all independent variables are statistically significant at the 95% confidence level, with a P-value lower than .

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system specifically designed to help boarding school students choose a balanced food menu by considering nutritional aspects such as carbohydrates, protein and fat. The method used in this research is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP), which aims to give weight to predetermined criteria and determine limits or thresholds for nutritional needs according to the condition of each student. This system is implemented in the form of a web-based application that makes it easier for students to determine food choices that suit their daily calorie and nutritional needs. The research results show that the system developed is able to provide optimal food menu recommendations, based on calculations of nutritional needs processed using the Fuzzy AHP method. Thus, it is hoped that this system can help boarding house students maintain a balanced nutritional intake and improve the quality of their health during the study period. Further implementation of this system is expected to be able to be integrated with users' food preferences to provide more personalized recommendations.

Abstract

The research problem is formulated as follows: "How is the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools fostering student independence in the History subject for 10th-grade students at SMAN 4 Palu?" The research aims, specifically, to analyze how the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools nurtures student independence in the History subject for 10th graders at SMAN 4 Palu. This analysis is expected to lead to innovation in education, namely the creation of an ISBN-registered book: Local Content of Social Change and the Heritage of the 19th-Century Palu Kingdom as a Supplementary Independent Learning-Based Curriculum Module for the 10th Grade History Research material. The primary research output will be a nationally recognized article, indexed in Sinta 3, titled "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Pioneer Schools to Foster Student Independence in the History Subject for 10th-Grade Students at SMAN 4 Palu." Additionally, a teaching module and a local content book will be produced, which are practical applications to be prepared for the next research scheme. The plan is designed over a one-year period to reach Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5, with the first year's focus on developing the teaching module. It will be implemented in sample schools and then scaled for broader use in schools and the community, particularly targeting 10th-grade high school students, ensuring it reaches TRL 5 for ready application in both schools and the wider community.

Abstract

Integrated learning immersed model is learning that is in accordance with the interests of students and can grow students' love for the field of interest. Integrated learning immersed model in elementary school begins with students' interest in a field so that students have the urge in themselves to learn more about the field so that students become experts in the field of their interest, this research was conducted to provide solutions related to environmental problems in Indonesia through immersed learning model. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effectiveness of immersed model learning tools to foster a love for the environment? The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of immersed model learning tools. This research method is R&D (Research and Develop) with 4D design, namely define, design, develop and dessiminate. The result of the research is that the integrated learning device immersed model is declared feasible in terms of the validity of the learning device. Practical to use is indicated by a high percentage of learning implementation, obstacles that arise do not significantly affect learning, and student responses to integrated learning immersed models are positive and good. The immersed model integrated learning device is effective to use in terms of learning outcomes test results that have increased significantly.

The East Lampung Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) served as the research site. This study was carried out between April and May 2024. There were 163 people in the study, all of whom worked for ASNs and non-ASNs. The Yamane formula was used to select the research sample, which resulted in 99 respondents. Literature studies, questionnaires, and observations were the methods of data collection. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data. At the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of East Lampung Regency, the study found that employee competence, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. At the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of East Lampung Regency, this demonstrates that there is a significant causal relationship between employee competence, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment. Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of learning motivation, practical skills, and learning outcomes on the use of Virtual Reality (VR) learning media. The method used is ex-post facto with a quantitative correlation approach on 30 student samples using questionnaires and analysis through multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that learning motivation contributes significantly to the use of VR media, confirming the importance of motivation in maximizing the benefits of this technology in education. In contrast, practical skills have a negative but insignificant influence, indicating that this factor does not significantly affect the use of VR media in this context. Learning outcomes are proven to have a positive and significant influence, indicating that good learning achievement encourages the effective use of VR media. These findings emphasize the need to focus on motivation and learning outcomes in implementing VR technology to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Information systems are important in managing village data and information, including population data, correspondence administration, and other public services. One of the villages that implemented an information system is Indraloka Mukti village in the Way Kenanga sub-district, Tulang Bawang Barat district. With the implementation of information technology, various risks emerge that can threaten the security of information systems. Considering the importance of information systems in village operations, it is necessary to identify, evaluate, and manage risks to existing information systems. The measuring tool in this research is the KAMI Index (Information Security). The results of the assessment of information security readiness in Indraloka Mukti Village using the KAMI Index show that the electronic system received a score of 17 and is included in the "High" Category; Information security received a score of 90 out of 645, falling within the "Inadequate" Level of Readiness to meet ISO/IEC 270001 standards. All parts of the information security system must be updated, with the lowest maturity level at Level I and the highest at level I+.
