Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of religious tourism potential at the Sultan Abdullah Grand Mosque as a leading destination in Lebong Regency. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Informants were selected purposely, including the Head of Tourism, the Head of Social Welfare, mosque administrators, and tourists who had visited the Sultan Abdullah Grand Mosque. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's techniques and Max Weber's Theory of Rational Action. The findings reveal that the Sultan Abdullah Grand Mosque has significant potential as a leading destination due to its historical value, unique architectural design, and adequate infrastructure. Efforts by various regional institutions, such as the Regional Government, Disparpora, and daily mosque administrators, have enhanced the appeal of this tourist site. However, challenges such as limited funding and park maintenance persist. The Lebong Regency Government has also undertaken various efforts to improve mosque facilities through infrastructure upgrades and extensive promotions. It is hoped that these strategies will attract more tourists, boost the local economy, preserve cultural and religious values, and establish the Sultan Abdullah Grand Mosque as a leading destination in Lebong Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between work family conflict and job performance. Work engagement is a positive work-related state of mind characterized by vigor, dedication and absorption. Work family conflict is a form of conflict between roles as professionals and roles in the family. Job performance is a description of tasks / work or work behavior as an employee in a company company. Participants in the study totaled 360 with the characteristics of women who are married (mothers), with school-age children, and work in a company. The measuring instrument used to measure work engagement is the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 (Schaufeli et al, 2006). The measuring instrument used to measure work family conflict is the WFC & FWC Scale (Netemeyer et al., 1996). The measuring instrument used to measure job performance is the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ; Koopmans et al., 2014). Based on data analysis using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method, work engagement can mediate the relationship between work family conflict with task performance and contextual performance. The implication of the results of this study is that it can explain the relationship between work family conflict and job performance mediated by work engagement. In addition, the results of this study can be the basis for policy making to create a supportive environment for women to work optimally in the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of Class D Primary Hospital Sendawar in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) using DOQ-IT, focusing on four aspects: human resources (HR), organizational work culture, governance and leadership, and technology infrastructure. The method used was qualitative through in-depth interviews with health workers and hospital staff, and thematic analysis. The results showed that HR had a positive understanding of the benefits of EMR, but lacked information technology skills and adequate training. Organizational work culture supports the implementation of EMR, but needs strengthening in the formation of special teams and policy development. Management support for EMR is strong, but a clear strategy for internal coordination is needed. Technology infrastructure is currently inadequate, with problems in hardware, software and internet networks. The research conclusions emphasize the need for increased HR training, policy development, and infrastructure improvements. RSUD Kelas D Pratama Sendawar is advised to adopt a comprehensive approach to managing change to facilitate an effective transition to the EMR system.

This study aims to determine the significance of the level of patient satisfaction with the leadership method in the service management of the Mabelopura Health Center in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province in relation to the fulfillment of the variables of facilities and infrastructure (tangible), concern (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsive), certainty (assurance). Data collection through a questionnaire in the form of empirical reliability questions to 80 respondents which were then processed and analyzed through SPSS statistical tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, namely the T test and F test. The truth of the hypothesis shows that there is a real influence both partially and simultaneously on the leadership method in fulfilling the variables of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance on patient satisfaction values,, so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. It was found that there was no multicollinearity because the tolerance value was > 0.1 (alpha 10%) and VIF < 10. The results of T count > T table and the results of the F test obtained a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the efficiency level of banks, and to see which units need to be increased or decreased. This study will look at the efficiency value of government-owned banks from 2017 to 2022 using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach. The research findings show that only one bank is consistently efficient during the study period, while other banks need to further improve input utilization to produce optimal output. The existing literature has not discussed much about the in-depth discussion of technical and scale efficiency and how additional changes and adjustments are needed to reach the efficiency limit.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of the user-centered design (UCD) method in developing educational toys that focus on introducing culture, especially the Sundanese Julang Ngapak traditional house. The main goal of this research is to create products that are useful in entertainment and can also encourage children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. Qualitative methodology was applied through observation and interview techniques at SDN Cijagra 119 Bandung. The results showed that children were more enthusiastic about interactive and group games while tending to be more passive in formal learning activities. Aesthetic toy designs, characterized by the choice of relevant colors and shapes, have proven effective in attracting children's attention. Through an evaluation by media experts and child psychologists, the resulting product was declared safe, followed the curriculum, and was able to improve cognitive skills, such as cooperation and problem-solving. The best sketches integrate the Julang Ngapak structure with a puzzle system to support active learning. This research emphasizes the importance of the UCD approach in improving the quality and relevance of educational toys rooted in cultural values.
