Abstract

Background The global review of invasive fungal infections (IFI) in recent years did not include data from Indonesia bacause lack of pravalence data and its change over time. This paper aims to study the possibility of Google Trends as a tool to estimate the regional differences in the relative prevalence of IFI in Indonesia and its change over time. The research was conducted by searching for keywords related to tinea corporis and pityriasis versicolor in Indonesian on Google Trends using the 2016-2021 annual data. Data is restricted to the health category. The outputs in search interest and related queries are analyzed to see the ongoing trend. The results show that data from Google Trends shows a pattern that indicates the existence of specific areas that always have a high search interest for dermatomycoses. This article demonstrates that it is possible to use Google Trends to estimate which province has a higher or lower prevalence of invasive fungal infections than others and to see the changing over time. This paper provides new evidence of the capabilities of Google Trends in disease surveillance, particularly in developing countries.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between brand image variables and product design on consumer buying interest in Kriss Batik products. the sample used was 45 people. The results showed that the Brand Image Variable (Brand 1mage) (X1) had a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y), from the results of data processing above that t count for each variable X1 2.238> t table 2.018 and significance value <0.05. The Product Design variable (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y), from the results of the data processing above that the t count of each X2 variable is 5.769> t table 2.018 and the significance value is <0.05. Likewise, all independent variables, namely Brand Image (X1) and Product Design (X2) together have an effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y), from the results of the data processing above that X1 and X2 produce a value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that X1 and X2 have an effect on the independent variable.

Abstract

This study successfully formulates effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring company performance using the RACI framework at PT XYZ Batam. The RACI framework, which identifies roles and responsibilities as Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed, is applied to ensure that each performance measurement aspect receives appropriate and accurate assessment. This research covers the identification of relevant KPIs in three key areas: work discipline, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and work environment. Through surveys and interviews with company stakeholders, the selected KPIs are then correlated with RACI roles to determine the weight of each role’s contribution to achieving the KPIs. The results indicate that the application of the RACI framework enhances accountability and collaboration between departments, as well as facilitates more effective performance monitoring and evaluation. The RACI and KPI weighting matrix produced by this study provides clear guidance for PT XYZ Batam in managing the company's performance holistically and systematically.

Abstract

Various studies provide evidence that E-Government Implementation contributes to Organizational Value Creation, but more research is still needed to analyze the mediation effect of Government Innovation Capabilities and ICT Development in the influence of E-Government on Organizational Value Creation in Indonesia. Using primary research data sourced from primary data, questionnaires were distributed to respondents with a total sample of 268, answering the formulation of hypotheses and research models using a parallel mediation effect approach, namely using SEM-PLS and SPSS V.3.4, The results of the study indicate that there is a direct effect of E-Government on Organizational Value Creation, as well as an indirect effect of E-Government on Organizational Value Creation through Government Innovation Capabilities and ICT Development; the influence is more apparent if, through ICT Development, this is possible because of the uneven development and implementation of ICT due to the level of accessibility, use, and skills. In addition, efforts that can be made to improve organizational innovation capabilities must involve essential elements, namely, Top Management, Adequate resources and Absorptive capacity, Organizational slack, Cross-functional collaboration, and Organizational challenges. Researchers suggest that local governments in Indonesia strengthen institutions, technology-based services, and governments that could innovate in providing services to the community to increase good, reliable, effective, efficient, and adaptive organizational governance to changes and community needs.

Abstract

In the learning process in the classroom, the conventional learning model is still used, where the teacher only plays the role of conveying information, while the students are passive listeners. This study aims to produce inquiry-based interactive multimedia that has been tested for media feasibility and has been proven effective in improving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes in fifth-grade students of Pancasila education at SDN 056425 Damar Seratus. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), commonly referred to as research and development. The development design in this study uses the Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The subjects of the research are fifth-grade students of SDN 056425 Damar Seratus. The results of the validation by media experts, design experts, material experts, education practitioners, and the results of field trials (individuals and small groups) indicate that the developed media products are suitable for use and categorised as very good. The Inquiry-Based Interactive Multimedia product in the form of Articulate Storyline 3 developed is also effective for use. The effectiveness of the developed media products is evidenced by the N-Gain test, which yielded a result of 0.6, and the hypothesis test, which yielded t-count = 8.286 and t-table = 1.705, thus t-count > t-table, leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. In addition to being effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes in students, this inquiry-based interactive multimedia in the form of articulate storyline 3 is also effective in changing affective and psychomotor aspects in students. In the affective aspect, an average score of 44.9 was obtained with an average score percentage of 89.9%, this proves that the affective aspect of students has changed significantly with the very good category. In the psychomotor aspect, the results were obtained with an average score of 37.7 with an average score percentage of 75.4%, this proves that the psychomotor aspect students has changed significantly with the good category.
