Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan salah satu implementasi dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter pelajar yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan P5 dengan subtema pelestarian budaya Nusantara dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMA di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan P5 dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan P5 subtema pelestarian budaya Nusantara memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai kekayaan budaya Indonesia sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran mereka untuk melestarikannya. Aktivitas projek seperti pembuatan karya seni tradisional, eksplorasi tradisi lokal, dan penyelenggaraan pameran budaya berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, nilai-nilai kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa terhadap budaya bangsa terlihat semakin berkembang. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya pendukung dan kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan projek berbasis budaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa P5 subtema pelestarian budaya Nusantara merupakan langkah strategis dalam penguatan karakter siswa sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pihak sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan untuk memperluas akses sumber daya serta meningkatkan pelatihan guru agar implementasi P5 semakin optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, siswa akan lebih termotivasi karena diberikan keleluasaan untuk lebih memahami materi yang disampaikan guru, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih mendalam. Dalam hal ini guru harus berperan sebagai fasilitator, mediator, dan motivator bagi siswa, sementara sekolah harus memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang terbatas. Kondisi lingkungan sekolah, seperti fasilitas dan infrastruktur, juga mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Sekolah yang memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap dan baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih nyaman dan menyenangkan bagi siswa, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kurikulum ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dan sekolah dalam proses implementasi kurikulum.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A) di Desa Purwodadi, Kecamatan Belitang Mulya, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur merupakan bagian dari Program Percepatan Peningkatan Tata Guna Air Irigasi (P3-TGAI). Penelitian menggunakan Metode Kualitatif engan Penekatan Deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengkaji tahapan dalam proses pemberdayaan P3A, yang meliputi persiapan, assessment, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan terminasi. Proses ini melibatkan berbagai kegiatan seperti pembentukan kelompok P3A, pelatihan teknis penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Detailed Engineering Design (DED), pengelolaan keuangan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pertanian. Selain itu, dilakukan penguatan kapasitas petani melalui edukasi sistem irigasi, penggunaan pompa air dan sumur bor, serta penerapan inovasi pertanian seperti biosaka dan asap cair. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis partisipasi dalam pemberdayaan ini telah meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial anggota P3A, serta memperkuat kemandirian dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi. Dengan adanya proses yang sistematis, P3A diharapkan mampu mempertahankan keberlanjutan sistem tata guna air secara mandiri.

Abstract

Bogor is a city that represents a blend of traditional Sundanese culture, colonial culture, and the modernity of a metropolitan city. A variety of dishes are offered, ranging from traditional regional specialties to modern fast food. Bogor City is worthy of being a Culinary Destination Area because culinary tourism in Bogor City offers various types of modern and traditional food. Culinary tourism in Bogor City is dominated by modern culinary tourism. This condition is one of the factors that make traditional food rarely found. The culinary distribution of Bogor City is dominant in the city center and the distance between culinary tourism locations is close together, making it easier for tourists to find various culinary delights. This condition has the potential to plan a culinary tourism program. This study aims to identify the motivations, perceptions, and preferences of tourists and Bogor traditional food producers/traders regarding planning traditional culinary tourism programs, identify the readiness of producers/traders in planning traditional culinary tourism programs, and plan Bogor City traditional culinary tourism programs. The output of this research is tourism programs and promotional media. The research respondents were as many as this research. The data were analyzed using the Principal Component Analysis statistical test. Based on the results of the analysis, the indicators with the highest Reflective Interrelation Value are indoor events (0.866), Daily Tour programs (0.844), and Deposit financing.

Abstract

The legal ideal of Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, has long been regarded as a stable and universal ideology. However, with the development of postmodern thought, which emphasizes relativism, pluralism, and the deconstruction of grand narratives, the relevance of Pancasila's legal ideal within the postmodern context requires further exploration. This study aims to examine whether Pancasila's legal ideal remains relevant from a postmodern perspective and how postmodernism may influence the application of Pancasila's legal principles in Indonesia. This research uses a normative method with a philosophical approach, which is prescriptive in nature, to explore postmodern thoughts related to law, ideology, and the state. The analysis technique used is deductive, starting from postmodern theories and applying them to the context of Pancasila law. The findings suggest that, from a postmodern perspective, the legal ideal of Pancasila should not be seen as a rigid and singular legal system. Instead, Pancasila can be understood as a flexible principle, open to change, and accommodating diverse viewpoints within Indonesia's pluralistic society. However, a deeper understanding is required on how the values of Pancasila can be dynamically interpreted, in line with the demands of the times and the challenges of globalization faced by Indonesia. This study concludes that Pancasila's legal ideal remains relevant, but must be adapted to the ongoing social and cultural developments

Abstract

Optimizing the analysis of learner needs is a crucial stage in the development of artificial intelligence (AI)-based history learning videos. With proper analysis, the development of learning videos can be adjusted to user needs, both in terms of material, delivery methods, and AI-based interactive features. This article discusses the role of needs analysis in the development of AI-based history learning videos, including identifying user needs, mapping appropriate technology, and its impact on the effectiveness of history learning. The methods used in this study include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that a comprehensive needs analysis can increase the relevance, engagement, and understanding of learners in AI-based learning. By understanding learners' needs in depth, developers can create learning videos that are more effective, interesting, and in line with technological developments.

Abstract

This study explores the legitimacy of the dismissal of a village official as adjudicated in the Administrative Court Decision No. 180/G/2020/PTUN-MDN, analyzing the issue through the lens of Administrative Law and Fiqh Siyasah (Islamic political jurisprudence). The research addresses the central question: to what extent is the dismissal legally valid within the framework of state administrative law and Islamic governance principles? Employing a normative juridical method, this study examines statutory regulations, court documents, and relevant scholarly interpretations. The findings indicate that the dismissal violated procedural principles of good governance as stipulated in Indonesian administrative law, including principles of due process and legal certainty. Furthermore, from a Fiqh Siyasah perspective, the decision reflects a misuse of authority, contradicting the values of justice (‘adl) and public accountability (maslahah). The court's ruling to annul the dismissal reinforces the imperative of administrative justice and the ethical exercise of public power. This study concludes that harmonizing positive law with Islamic governance principles can enrich legal interpretations and strengthen the rule of law in village administration.

Abstract

The success of education cannot be separated from the role of policy and institutions. All education implementers need to understand policy and institutional positions. This article aims to review basic information about the policies and institutions of Islamic Education in Indonesia. The research uses a literature method with a qualitative approach. The source of research data is taken from books and scientific articles collected through documentation techniques. The data is then analyzed with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The Islamic Religious Education Policy is a government decision that is used as a guideline in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education and solving various problems in it. Education policy in Indonesia consists of four levels or levels, namely the national policy level, general policy level, special policy level, and technical policy level. While Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia can be categorized into formal, non-formal, and informal institutions. Formal institutions in the form of schools from early childhood to tertiary level are divided into public schools under the Ministry of Education and Culture, and religious schools under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Abstract

The waterfront city concept is one of the coastal area-based development strategies that is often used to increase the attractiveness of the region, especially in Majene Regency. However, the successful implementation of this policy is highly dependent on collaboration between actors in the government regime. This research aims to evaluate how the policy regime in Majene Regency supports or hinders waterfront city development, using Clarence Stone's regime theory as an analytical framework. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and policy document analysis. The results show that the policy regime in Majene Regency still faces major challenges, especially in terms of resource mobilization, division of roles between actors, and conflicts of interest. The main recommendation is the need to form a more inclusive governing coalition and strengthen local government capacity in managing resources and collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Treffinger learning on critical thinking skills, subject of Indonesian history class X at MAN 4 Pandeglang. Method used is quantitative quasi-experimental type using nonequivalent control group design. The study took from May to October 2024. Hypothesis two-party t-test with the independent sample t-test, the t-test value obtained was 4.05 ≠ t-table of 1.66 with significance level 0.05. Statistical "4.05> 1.66", H_(0 ) is rejected H_(a ) is accepted, concluding there is an effect of Treffinger model on critical thinking skills. Average posttest score for experimental class was 77.17, and control class was 70.00, indicating experimental class using the Treffinger model had a higher average score than the control class. Treffinger learning can be used as a reference in learning to be able to understand concepts, play an active role in learning, and develop thinking skills to improve critical thinking skills according to Ennis indicators.
