Abstract

Bullying is an increasingly common phenomenon, both in schools and in families. This is aggressive, repetitive, and deliberate behavior, aimed at hurting or dominating others emotionally, physically, or mentally. Bullying can occur in a variety of contexts, including at school, in the workplace, and online (cyberbullying). The causes of bullying vary, from unhealthy family conditions to mental disorders. The negative impacts of bullying are not only felt by the victims but also by the perpetrators, including emotional disorders and the risk of addiction. This phenomenon requires effective intervention to prevent bullying and protect individuals from legal and social impacts. The methods used include socialization about overcoming bullying in children, as well as discussions and questions and answers to ensure participants understand the importance of legal knowledge related to preventing, impacting, and overcoming bullying for both perpetrators and victims. This Community Service activity succeeded in raising awareness of the importance of overcoming bullying in children and protecting the rights of victims. Participants also understand that bullying can be carried out legally through the Child Protection Law and Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

General elections are an integral part of the democratic system implemented in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, where popular sovereignty is exercised directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly. Elections have the main purpose as a means of selecting prospective government leaders, removing conflicts of interest, and mobilizing popular support for the State and government. To ensure the smooth running of the electoral process, one important aspect that must be managed is logistics. The logistics process in elections involves the planning, procurement, distribution, maintenance, and destruction of ballot papers. However, phenomena such as delays in logistics distribution, the addition of additional voter data, and the availability of human resources and transportation fleets can be a challenge in planning election logistics. This research explores the phenomena that occur in the planning of election logistics, focusing on Padangsambian Klod Village in West Denpasar sub-district, Bali Province. This village has good accessibility and enthusiastic community participation in the election process. However, challenges in logistics planning remain, including distribution delays, additional voter data, and the availability of human resources and transportation fleets.

Abstract

Secret Garden Village is a tourist destination that offers unique and diverse experiences with the concept of Edu-Vacation. In the increasingly competitive environment today, Secret Garden Village has yet to garner more attention on social media, particularly on Instagram. Upon reviewing previous content, Secret Garden's social media accounts have featured content that is overly luxurious or exclusive. This condition can pose a problem as it may create the perception that Secret Garden Village Bali is only intended for foreign tourists or financially capable segments of the market, thereby making local tourists less interested or feeling that the destination is not suitable for their budget or preferences. In an effort to increase revenue and business sustainability, it is important to attract more local tourists. Thus, creative e-flyer assistance is provided, tailored to the tastes and needs of the target market, as one of the promotional activities to introduce the tourist destination to the younger generation and local tourists and to increase public interest in the activities and facilities offered by Secret Garden Village.
