Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the public perception of the Negeri Rumah Tiga regarding the covid-19 vaccination is viewed from the point of view of human rights. This research was conducted in Negeri Tiga Rumah, Teluk Ambon District. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved. The results of this study can show that the people of Negeri Tiga Rumah have different perspectives about the covid-19 vaccination. The people of Negeri Tiga view watching covid-19 with different glasses, there are people who consider the covid-19 vaccination as something that is very necessary to do considering the covid-19 virus that is currently circulating, but there are also many people who do not support the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination. 19 and that refusing to be vaccinated against covid-19 is a form of their right and they consider that mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is a violation of human rights. And they assess that the Covid-19 vaccination can only have a bad impact on the community and even with the Covid-19 vaccine, the community is complicated in all arrangements because there is no vaccine card. Thus, the role of the local government is very much needed in hoping the community will be aware of the importance of the Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Borobudur Temple is one of the super priority tourism destinations in Indonesia. Thus, it is necessary to develop efforts by the government, tourism object managers, and the local community to support the embedding of the designation by applying the concept of green tourism. This is what makes researchers interested in conducting literature studies related to the development of Borobudur Temple tourism objects based on the concept of green tourism. The results of this study found the fact that the development of tourist destinations at Borobudur Temple was supported by the improvement of access infrastructure to the location by the government, community empowerment through the Village Economic Center (Balkondes) which was initiated by the government but the manager was the local community, the use of electric vehicles around friendly tourist attractions environment, and digital promotion without damaging the environment by printing marketing materials.

Abstract

Body shaming is a phenomenon that is often experienced by adolescent girls, marked by actions such as giving negative comments or comments about the lack of physical form possessed by someone. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of body shaming on the self-image of adolescent girls. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method with data collection through interviews. The results showed that the body shaming phenomena that were often experienced in the form of fat shaming, skinny shaming, and faces were found. Body shaming has an impact on adolescent self-image, both positive self-image and negative self-image. Body shaming merupakan suatu fenomena yang kerap kali dialami oleh remaja perempuan dan ditandai dengan adanya tindakan seperti memberikan perkataan atau komentar negatif mengenai kekurangan bentuk fisik yang dimiliki oleh seseorang. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai dampak body shaming yang ditimbulkan pada citra diri remaja perempuan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa fenomena body shaming yang sering dialami berupa fat shaming, skinny shaming, dan wajah berjerawat. Body shaming memiliki dampak pada citra diri remaja baik secara citra diri positif maupun citra diri negatif.

Abstract

Many educational institutions understand the scope of the quality of education; however, the implementation is still not optimal, even the quality of education is not considered important and useful for improving an educational institution. Therefore, the aim of this research is to provide views and concepts to managers of educational institutions so that they can think and be able to apply the quality of education properly so that the achievement of the vision and mission is effective. The method used is a literature review by examining scientific studies and research related to the quality of education. So that this research can be concluded that 1) The quality of education is a level of standardization that become a benchmark for managing educational institutions so that the goals can be achieved effectively and able to be a bridge to the success of educational institutions. 2) The educational quality instruments that must be met by educational institutions are to prioritize more transparent processes and professional both regarding students, staff, and the provision of learning infrastructure that is a necessity in improving the institution education. 3) Quality problems in educational institutions are characterized by the teaching style of teachers that are still traditional and educational facilities are still not optimal, so it needs evaluation for improvements to support quality education and there must be periodic changes both in the process, the suitability of educators and learning tools as well as more adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the village fund is utilized in agricultural and fishery business activities. The research method used a survey by deliberately choosing 25 respondents from 84 populations. Data collection was carried out through interviews equipped with a questionnaire tool. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively-descriptively. The results showed that 68% of the process of channeling aid funds was on target and 32% was not on target. Most of the people who received assistance were dissatisfied because it did not match the amount they expected. Respondents responses to village aid funds were as follows: very helpful (28%), quite helpful (16%) and the rest didn t help at all (56%). The provision of assistance that was misdirected occurred because the government did not conduct a needs analysis survey before providing assistance to the target group and there was no evaluation after the distribution of the village fund.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is intend to describe the role of Pancasila in dealing with radicalism and social exclusivism in the era of globalization. This paper also tends to see the impact of globalization on the spread of deviant views such as radicalism and social exclusivism. Finally, how is Pancasila as an ideology to stem radicalism and social exclusivism in the era of globalization in everyday life in the context of nationality in Indonesia. With the literature review method, the writer tries to find answers to the focus of the writing. It was found that cultivation and appreciation of the values ​​of Pancasila need to be instilled in oneself from an early age. Tulisan ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran Pancasila dalam menghadapi radikalisme dan eksklusi sosial di era globalisasi? Bagaimana pula dampak globalisasi terhadap merebaknya pandangan-pandangan menyimpang seperti radikalisme dan eksklusi sosial? Terakhir, bagaimana Pancasila sebagai ideologi untuk membendung radikalisme dan eksklusi sosial di era globalisasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dalam konteks kebangsaan di Indonesia. Dengan metode tinjauan pustaka, penulis mencoba mencari jawaban atas fokus penulisan. Ditemukan bahwa penanaman dan penghayatan nilai-nilai Pancasila perlu ditanamkan pada diri sendiri sejak dini.

Abstract

Problem-based learning is a learning that presents various problems carried out by teachers in order to improve students ability to think practically, and logistics to find alternative problem solving systematically in order to improve scientific attitudes. The objectives of this research are: first, to describe the teachers steps in implementing problem-based PAI learning at SMAN 1 Pamekasan. Second, describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of problem based learning PAI at SMAN Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the type of descriptive research. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis by performing data reduction, data presentation and data leveraging. The data obtained check the validity of the data by adding participation, triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show that: first, the teachers steps in implementing problem-based learning PAI are: a) The teacher conveys the material and the purpose of the indicators, b) the teacher sets the rules and values ​​in the implementation of learning, c) the teacher forms several groups and asks them to read the topic of the lesson, d) the teacher gives a problem or conflict and asks to educate to find the answer to each group, e) the teacher becomes the facilitator of the discussion, f) the teacher appoints groups for presentations in turn, g) the teacher concludes the answers that the teacher hears from the discussion activities. Second, the inhibiting factors include a) lack of time in one meeting, b) IQ of different students, c) student background, d) lack of facilities and infrastructure, such as the availability of references, the practice of tools in the laboratory, broken chairs. While the supporting factors include a) collaboration between students and teachers, b) the activity of teachers and students. Problem based learning adalah suatu pembelajaran yang menyuguhkan berbagai situasi bermasalah yang dilakukan oleh guru demi meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir praktis, dan logis untuk menemukan alternatif pemecahan masalah melalui eksplorasi data secara empiris dalam rangka menumbuhkan sikap ilmiah. Tujuan dalam penelitan ini yaitu pertama, mendiskripsikan langkah guru dalam mengaplikasikan pembelajaran PAI berbasis problem based learning di SMAN 1 Pamekasan. Kedua, mendiskripsikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran PAI berbasis problem based learning di SMAN Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunaan pendeatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian desriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Data yang diperoleh dicek keabsahan data dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, triangulasi sumber, dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, langkah guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran PAI berbasis problem based learning, di antaranya ialah: a) guru menyampaikan materi dan tujuan indikator, b) guru menetapkan peraturan dan nilai dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, c) guru membentuk beberapa kelompok dan menyuruh untuk membaca topik pelajaran, d) guru memberikan suatu permasalah atau konflik dan menyuruh berdiskusi mencari jawabnnya kepada setiap kelompok, e) guru menjadi fasilisator berjalannya diskusi, f) guru menunjuk kelompok untuk presentasi secara bergantian, g) guru menyimpulkan jawaban yang guru dengar kegiatan diskusi. Kedua, faktor penghambatnya diantaranya ialah: a) kurangnya waktu dalam sekali pertemuan. b) IQ siswa yang berbeda, c) background siswa, d) kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, seperti ketersediaan referensi, alat-alat praktik di laboratarium, kursi yang rusak. Sedangkan fator pendukung di antaranya ialah a) terjalinnya kerja sama antara siswa dan guru, b) keaktifan guru dan siswa.

Abstract

In relation to the phenomenon of law enforcement in Indonesia, lately it is also greatly influenced by whether or not a case is viral. We can observe the behavior of law enforcers as if referring to cases that are viral, as well as people who see these symptoms act and behave according to the responses they see from viral cases so that people also try to make things viral so that it gets the attention of many people or related parties. The purpose of this study is to sociologically analyze the viral tiktok video about law enforcement in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative research method. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation. The results of this study are as follows: viral legal cases are handled more quickly, viral legal cases are escorted by netizens, many viral legal cases are revealed and resolved, and the tiktok application is one of the social media that plays an important role in law enforcement in Indonesia. Berkaitan dengan fenomena penegakan hukum di Indonesia, akhir-akhir ini juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh viral atau tidaknya sebuah kasus. Kita bisa perhatikan perilaku para penegak hukum seakan mengacu kepada kasus-kasus yang sedang viral, begitu juga masyarakat yang melihat gejala ini bertindak dan berperilaku menyesuaikan dengan tanggapan yang mereka lihat dari kasus viral sehingga masyarakat juga berusaha memviralkan sesuatu agar hal tersebut menjadi perhatian banyak orang ataupun pihak terkait. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara sosiologis terhadap video viral tiktok tentang penegakan hukum di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kasus hukum viral lebih cepat ditangani, kasus hukum viral dikawal netizen, kasus hukum viral banyak yang terungkap dan diselesaikan, dan aplikasi Tiktok menjadi salah satu media sosial yang berperan penting dalam penegakan hukum di indonesia.

Abstract

Collaborative jire becomes one of the solutions that can be used as an alternative to improve learning outcomes and student cooperation. This research aims to produce the development of high school physics learning devices using it-based jire collaborative models in the form of RPP, LKPD, teaching materials and THB in temperature and heat matter. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research development model of Jire Collaborative. The results of the study showed: 1) Validation of learning devices reached very valid criteria; 2) The practicality of learning devices is determined through the implementation of learning reaches 87% with excellent criteria and student response questionnaire reaches 83.77% with good criteria; 3) The effectiveness of learning devices is determined through the activities of learners reaching 83.64% with good criteria and the learning outcomes of learners of temperature and heat material with a value of 0.45 with moderate N-gain criteria, Based on the results of the study concluded that the design of learning devices using the Collaborative Jire model based on IT temperature and heat material has met valid, practical, and effective criteria. Kolaboratif jire menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kerja sama peserta didik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran fisika SMA menggunakan model kolaboratif jire berbasis IT berupa RPP, LKPD, Bahan ajar dan THB pada materi suhu dan kalor. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) model Kolaboratif Jire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Validasi perangkat pembelajaran mencapai kriteria sangat valid; 2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditentukan melalui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mencapai 87% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan angket respon peserta didik mencapai 83,77% dengan kriteria baik; 3) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditentukan melalui aktivitas peserta didik mencapai 83.64% dengan kriteria baik dan hasil belajar peserta didik materi suhu dan kalor dengan nilai 0.45 dengan kriteria N-gain sedang, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa rancangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model Kolaboratif Jire berbasis IT materi suhu dan kalor telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

New materialism initiates a reexamination of the body, agency, nature, objects, and everything materiality. Also, this article attempts to illustrate a general view of the environmental crisis based on the new materialism approach. The environmental crisis is very limited in the view of the metaphysical investigation. At the same time, so the proposal of a new materialism agency-structure configuration provides a broad understanding of the environmental crisis. The materiality of the world is not passively comprehended but instead lives and sustains itself, including the crisis itself. Its implication of shifting subject s decentralization goes beyond the limitation of the definition of subject and object, and goes further for the possibility of a new understanding of ecological crisis. Since this introspection and self-adaptation of multiple political decisions in an irreducibly pluriversal a world of many worlds are considered the actual, authentic, and with unblocking constraints touch the relation between human and non-human in the materiality of the more-than-human world.
