Abstract

In an effort to facilitate access and affordable fertilizer prices for farmers, the Government has issued a number of regulations. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the application of farmer cards is in distributing subsidized fertilizer to farmers. Primary data was collected from farmers, fertilizer retailers and also stakeholders of the Tani Card Program in Aru Islands Regency, Maluku. Research sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique of 100 samples from all representatives in the Pulau-Pulau Aru sub-district. Research data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research are that the effectiveness of implementing the farmer's card is not completely effective because it is hampered by several very basic factors so that the effectiveness of the farmer's card is quite low. The results of the research recommend that Stakeholders need to further improve coordination, especially in the process of planning subsidized fertilizer needs, the distribution process and monitoring the realization of subsidized fertilizer distribution.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is something that is expected to change the socio-economic conditions of a community. The construction of Retention Ponds in the Andir Village area, Baleendah Subdistrict, Bandung Regency has the main function to overcome flooding problems that hamper the socio-economic activities of the community. The purpose of this research is to describe the social impact analysis of the Andir Retention Pond development on the condition of the Andir Village community. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the construction of the Andir Retention Pond has had an impact on increasing the population, changing the urgency of infrastructure from flood control efforts to environmental management, sanitation, and economic support.

Abstract

Every year, the level of public consumption rises, affecting the frequency with which garbage is created from each action performed. The purpose of this research is to find out how is reasons for people to throw garbage carelessly in the River of Sea I Village. This study uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the reasons why people litter are as follows: Imitate what most people do. There is still a lack of understanding of the consequences of unmanaged waste. Feeling lazy to throw garbage in its place. And the lack of waste. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to relevant scientific disciplines such as law, sociology, politics, etc., especially for society in general.

Abstract

Canang Sari as a means of ritual for the Balinese Hindu community who are outside the island of Bali is still maintained even though the materials used are different. The purpose of this study is to reveal Canang Sari as a place for offerings to complete religious rituals in the Balinese community of Sedahan Jaya Sukadana Kayong Utara village. To obtain information, descriptive methods were used with observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively simultaneously, namely field notes, gathering information, presenting information and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that they still maintain the tradition of offering canangsari in religious ceremonies both in front of the house and in the rice fields. It is believed to bring blessings and abundant crops

Abstract

There are difficulties in applying ANBK considering that SLB is a school for children with special needs. The aim of this research is to describe the efforts of PAI teachers in implementing ANBK in the character field, the results of implementing ANBK in the character field as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the efforts of PAI teachers in implementing ANBK in the field of character are faith and belief, diversity, independence, critical thinking, creative, mutual cooperation. The result of the implementation of ANBK in the character field is that students are able to answer questions, and students can carry out worship. The inhibiting factor is the diversity of characteristics of each individual and teachers who are not graduates of PLB. While the supporting factors are the existence of student self-awareness, and teacher training.

Abstract

Transformation polopalo as an entertainment medium, especially in the case of lihuta lo polopalo experiences a use-value remodeling conflict. The existence of conflict results in the degradation of functions and preservation. Base on the conflict so the purpose of this study is to describe the transformation of polopalo as an entertainment medium for the people of Gorontalo in the context of lihuta lo polopalo. The research method uses case study ethnography. The results of the study show that the Transformation of polopalo has an impact on the chronobiology relations of its manifest-latency function on aspects of entertainment, such as physical, aesthetic, economic, social and cultural values.

Abstract

To help the elderly in their daily activities, good communication is needed between the elderly and the caregivers. However, the communication limitations of the elderly make interactions with caregivers run dynamically. The purpose of this research is to find out how social interactions are established between the elderly and the caregivers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. As for the results of this study, there are forms of associative social interactions such as accommodation and cooperation between the elderly and caregivers. Then, there are forms of dissociative social interaction, namely conflict and contravention caused by misunderstanding of communication between the elderly and the caregivers.

Abstract

Regulating spatial use in regency areas is governed by Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2014 concerning Spatial Planning for the Minahasa Regency Area, which serves as a guideline for the execution of spatial use regulation in regency regions. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the Spatial Policy for the Tondano Boulevard Area, Minahasa Regency. A qualitative research methodology was used in this study. The study findings show that the use of space is not in accordance with its designation and management. Lack of dissemination of local regulations by the government. Lack of government control and oversight. Lack of understanding, as well as community responsibility. No harsh consequences are made for rule breakers. The findings of this research are expected to be a source for academics, particularly in the fields of sociology, politics, law and state administration, as well as for the general public.

Abstract

One of the activities that can train students interpersonal intelligence is scouting extracurricular activities. This study aims to compare differences in interpersonal intelligence between students who are members of the troop and those who are not. The research methodology uses a comparative quantitative approach, namely testing data using a questionnaire and comparative analysis of interpersonal conflict scores from the two groups of students. The results showed that there were significant differences in interpersonal intelligence between students who were members of the ambulance and who were not members of the ambulance. Troop members gradually emphasize the importance of interpersonal skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and good relationships with others.

Abstract

Emotional is characterized by words of satire. This study aims to describe the types and functions of satire majas in Saluan language. The method used is the descriptive method. The results showed (1) types of satire majas in Saluan language, namely: (a) irony Belesi hondo, (b) cynicism Bolimo mongunjang, (c) sarcasm Pateakon na komiu, (d) satire Butong um atina nodiyeqmo, and (e) innuendo sangalu sanggaat anu manohong; (2) The function of satire majas in Saluan language, which is to congregate, affirm, poetize, remind, and express certain emotional states of the heart. The Saluan language in West Longkoga Village makes satire function to express feelings to others.
