Abstract

Students begin to lose their identity and encourage the entry of foreign cultures as well as a lack of understanding from the provision of dance material by cik puan sri kampar, SMA Negeri 1 Tambang is used as a writer to find out how deep the art of dance is by providing local dance material that is integrated into the curriculum. The aim of this research is to describe the contextualization of Riau Malay culture in learning the dance of cik puan sri kampar. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research are that the cik puan sri kampar dance is used as a means of communication, cultural values ​​in dance movements, implementation of the struggles of Kampar women and their meanings, as a reminder for the millennial generation to preserve local dances, integrated contextualization and curriculum.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mandiri adalah pelaksanaan belajar bebas yang diselesaikan oleh peserta didik. Tujuan dari eksplorasi adalah untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan, kontribusi pendidik, hasil, variabel pendukung dan penghambat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif. Riset menunjukkan bahwa: pelaksanaan unit kegiatan belajar bebas secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik; kontribusi instruktur dalam pelaksanaan unit kegiatan belajar bebas adalah sebagai pendidik, inspirasi yang akan melayani kebutuhan siswa; konsekuensi pelaksanaan satuan tindakan belajar mandiri telah meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa; variabel pendukungnya adalah kewajiban siswa, dan perasaan disiplin siswa. Sedangkan unsur penghambatnya adalah kelesuan dan teman pergaulan

Abstract

Cayenne pepper is an important commodity that causes inflation in Ambon City. Inflation conditions occur because there are frequent price fluctuations due to fluctuations in the supply of these commodities. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the income level and feasibility of red chili farming in Taeno Hamlet, Rumahtiga Village, Ambon City. The results of the research concluded that the income of red chili farmers, the income of cayenne pepper farmers in Taeno Hamlet was obtained from a total income of Rp958,200,000,00 with an average of Rp23,955,000,00 minus total production costs of Rp219,995,000,00 with an average IDR 5,499,875,00 so that the income received by cayenne pepper farmers in Taeno Hamlet is IDR 738,205,000,00 with an average of IDR 18,455,125,00 per year. The Revenue Cost Ratio results show a ratio value of 4.36 which is obtained from total income divided by total production. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis of cayenne pepper farming, R/C. Thus, it can be concluded that cayenne pepper farming in Taeno Negeri Rumahtiga Hamlet, Teluk Ambon District is worth pursuing.

Abstract

Madrasah heads who have high creative capacities will affect the advancement, improvement, and freedom of madrasas. The motivation behind this examination is to depict marks of enterprising capability for madrasa heads; execution of pioneering ability; and consequences of innovative skill. The methodology utilized is a subjective kind of phenomenology. That s what the outcomes showed: the pioneering capability of madrasah heads at MA Al-Amien 1 Pragaan and MA At-Taufiqiyah Bluto both had great innovative ability; the execution of the enterprising skill of the madrasah head is by arranging, carrying out and assessing; the aftereffects of the pioneering skill of the madrasah head are to create vacationer madrasas, understudies who succeed and instructors and understudies who are enterprising.

Abstract

The learning process will be effective when supported by various planning, including the use and utilization of instructional media. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of using digital comic media on the intensification of reading abilities in descriptive English texts among students at MI Subulussalam in OKU Timur. The method used is an experimental approach, with data collection through oral tests based on topics within comic images. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Digital Comic instructional media has an impact on the ability to read descriptive texts compared to before the implementation of digital comic instructional media. This is evident from the difference between the pre-test and post-test results.

Abstract

The lembu tanon dance is a dance that represents the local wisdom values ​​of the people of Dusun Tanon. The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of the wisdom of the local community of Dusun Tanon which is represented in the lembu tanon dance performance. The method used is qualitative with an interdisciplinary approach. The results of the study show that the lembu tanon dance is a representation of the activities of the Tanon Hamlet community. This can be seen from the pattern of the lembu tanon dance performance, in the lembu tanon dance there are also local wisdom values ​​such as politeness, mutual cooperation and greeting. The implications of the research with the lembu tanon dance can be used as a dance that characterizes Dusun Tanon and used as a tour package.

Abstract

Researchers still find BUMDes that are not managed properly, even though effective management can improve the community s economy. This study reveals the effectiveness of this management in improving the economy, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a system theory approach consisting of input, transformation process, and output. The findings of this study found that the input aspects of the use of raw materials, capital, and information sources have been implemented, but human resources and technology have not been implemented. In the aspect of transformation, work activities, management, use of technology, and operational methods have not been implemented. In the output aspect, the products and services produced are appropriate, but the financial results, information, and human resource products have not been implemented.

Abstract

A work can be considered literary if it piques the reader's interest. The study’s objective was to describe the reader's reception of themes, characters, messages, and levels of understanding in the novel BercintaDalamTahajjudkuby Anshela. It applied the qualitative method. Based on findings, the reader’s reception towards the novel’s theme, 66.67% of respondents are interested in the novel, while the reader’s receptions of the character as many as 73.33% stated that its effortless to predict the character of the main character. Further, regarding the readers' perception of the message, as many as 86.67% of respondents claimed that the message could be understood explicitly and implicitly. The reader's level of understanding of the theme, characters, and the message is80%, 67%, and 87%, respectively.

Abstract

Financial literacy is one of the competencies needed by elementary school students today, but in reality there are not many financial literacy teaching materials available for elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to develop a game-based learning application that is able to improve the competence of elementary school students in financial literacy. The method used in this study is the instrument analysis method by applying the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results obtained from this study are an android-based application that can improve student competence in financial literacy called Q-VICI Pratama which is suitable for grade IV, V, and VI elementary school students. The implication of the results of this study is the need to collect information from users, students and teachers further as feedback for the evaluation and development of the instrument. In addition, it is necessary to expand financial literacy materials for the next level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the students’ difficulties in conducting the TOEFL test in the skill of structure and written expressions. Descriptive qualitative was implemented in this research with students of the seventh semester of English Department of Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar as the data. The result was the most difficult skills faced by the students were skill 25, it was the use parallel structure with paired conjunction, with only 3 students. Some factors causing the skill to be the most difficult was students lost their focus in managing time and they were lack of knowledge and training in practising the section of structure (grammar).
