Abstract

The Love-Based Curriculum is a transformative educational paradigm that centers on instilling values of compassion, empathy, and spirituality throughout the learning process. Rooted in holistic education, this approach seeks not only to develop cognitive abilities but also to foster emotional intelligence and moral integrity. This article explores the practical implementation of a Love-Based Curriculum in the context of Arabic language instruction within madrasas—Islamic educational institutions that inherently balance religious and academic learning.Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, this study synthesizes insights from recent scholarly literature, policy documents, and educational best practices published over the last five years. The analysis focuses on the strategies teachers use to internalize love-centered principles within their Arabic language teaching. These strategies include the integration of spiritually rich texts, the use of narrative and dialogical pedagogies, and the cultivation of a learning atmosphere characterized by mutual respect and emotional safety. In many cases, Arabic texts are selected or adapted to contain themes of compassion, justice, and humility—reinforcing both linguistic understanding and ethical awareness.The findings reveal that implementing Love-Based principles in Arabic language learning results in several pedagogical benefits. First, students exhibit heightened intrinsic motivation and sustained interest in the subject matter. Second, classroom interactions become more inclusive and empathetic, shifting the teacher-student relationship toward a more nurturing and dialogic model. Lastly, students demonstrate significant development in character-related domains such as cooperation, patience, and ethical decision-making.This study underscores the relevance of moral-emotional frameworks like the Love-Based Curriculum in shaping meaningful and humanistic learning experiences. By integrating values into linguistic instruction, educators can foster not only language proficiency but also nurture compassionate and reflective learners equipped to navigate both academic and social dimensions of life.

Abstract

This research delves into the pivotal role of civic education in molding the moral character of students within the context of the modern era. By employing a descriptive literature review methodology, the study meticulously analyzes a range of theoretical sources to elucidate how rapid socio-cultural transformations and technological advancements are impacting students' moral development. The findings underscore the indispensability of civic education in fostering a robust moral character among students. It highlights how civic education nurtures a strong work ethic and imbues students with values such as patriotism and self-sacrifice, which are deemed essential for the collective well-being of the nation. In a world characterized by rapid and constant change, civic education stands out as a crucial element in equipping students not only with knowledge about their rights and responsibilities but also with the moral fortitude to act in the best interest of society. This educational approach aims to produce conscientious, informed, and morally grounded citizens capable of navigating the complexities of modern life while contributing positively to their communities and the nation as a whole. The study also suggests that integrating civic education effectively within the curriculum can mitigate the adverse effects of socio-cultural shifts and technological progressions, thereby ensuring that students develop into well-rounded individuals with a balanced perspective on their civic duties and moral obligations.

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, teachers in the learning process still tend to use methods only based on transferring knowledge in theory. This means that students do not know much about the meaning of the lessons given. This research is descriptive research that aims: to analyze and explain contextual learning as a strategy in improving students' critical thinking abilities and to determine the effectiveness of contextual learning as a strategy in improving students' critical thinking abilities. The research method used by the researcher is a literature review study, the researcher looks for relevant information from various book and journal sources regarding the discussion and provides a systematic explanation regarding the results of the analysis which are described descriptively. The research results show that contextual learning as a strategy can provide students with the opportunity to develop their insight into the material being studied and relate it to everything real in everyday life. Contextual learning as a strategy allows students able to develop the potential to think critically about the material provided. Therefore, contextual learning can be an effective strategy used in the learning process. This learning model can foster students' critical thinking skills so that learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Kurikulum sebagai rancangan pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan sistematis, telah menjadi fondasi bagi setiap sistem pendidikan. Dokumen ini tidak hanya merinci materi pelajaran, tetapi juga memetakan tujuan pembelajaran, metode pengajaran, serta evaluasi yang akan dilakukan. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber ajaran utama memegang peranan sentral dalam merumuskan kurikulum yang holistik dan relevan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pandangan Al-Qur'an tentang kurikulum. Secara tematik, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang secara implisit membahas kurikulum akan dikeluarkan dan dijelaskan tafsirnya. Makalah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang lebih relevan dan bermakna. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur/studi kepustakaan dalam pengumpulan data. Oleh karena itu, dalam artikel ini akan dilakukan kajian mendalam terhadap berbagai sumber, seperti Al-Quran, Hadis, kitab-kitab klasik dan kontemporer tentang pandangan Al-Qur’an tentang kurikulum, serta karya para ahli pendidikan Islam. Setelah dilakukan telaahan, berdasarkan kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tematik dapat dipahami bahwa nilai-nilai yang diamanatkan oleh Allah Swt. dalam Al-Qur’an sangat relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan era ini dalam kaitannya pada pembahasan kurikulum pendidikan. Salah satunya, berkaitan dengan tuntutan kompetensi peserta didik tentang kemampuan 4 C (critical thinking, creativity, communication, dan collaboration) dan digital literacy. Selain itu, nilai-nilai yang ada juga sangat relevan dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan untuk membina kepribadian peserta didik, baik dalam aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

Bermain outdoor merupakan salah satu permainan yang dapat menstimulasi pada perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak usia dini. Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan pada anak usia dini, perkembangan motorik sering dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk membuktikan bahwa anak tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi aktivitas di luar ruangan terhadap perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak usia dini dan apa saja dampak bermain di luar ruangan terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur, mencari, menganalisis dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak bermain di luar ruangan memberikan dampak positif yang signitif bagi perkembangan fisik motorik anak, karena aktivitas di luar ruangan melibatkan banyak gerakan tubuh, seperti berlari, melompat, dan memanjat yang membantu meningkatkan kebugaran fisik pada anak usia dini. Dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Bentuk-bentuk kegiatan bermain outdoor meliputi permainan di luar ruangan yang mengembangkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini. (2) Dampak kegiatan bermain outdoor dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan kegiatan bermain outdoor untuk mengembangkan motorik kasar dengan semangatnya anak-anak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan antusias, selain itu juga motivasi dari kepala sekolah dan guru untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan kegiatan bermain outdoor untuk mengembangkan motorik kasar adalah halaman yang kurang memadai.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implications of halal certification for the halal product business especially in Setu District, Bekasi Regency. The issue of halal has become a global trend marked by the presence of halal certification institutions in various parts of the world. As a form of government attention, a law on guaranteeing halal products was made as a legal umbrella to provide protection to consumers, especially Muslim consumers. The birth of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee actually emphasizes the urgency of the halalharam issue in the production chain from business actors to consumers and is consumed by consumers, where there is also a role for intermediaries such as distributors, sub-distributors. wholesalers, and retailers before it reaches the final consumer. This paper uses descriptive qualitative methods through a review of relevant literature and observations of the practice of implementing halal guarantee systems in Indonesia. Data obtained through journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic media, such as the official website of LPPOM MUI and personal communication with competent sources. The results showed that the certification of halal products has positive implications in building a halal business climate in Indonesia. For consumers, halal certification provides protection, guarantees, product halal information and becomes an instrument of business ethics. For business people, halal certification provides benefits to increase consumer confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada metode pengajaran yang diterapkan serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah dasar. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru bahasa Inggris, siswa, dan kepala sekolah, yang memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman mereka dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan metode komunikatif, seperti permainan bahasa, role-playing, dan metode berbasis teknologi, kendala yang signifikan tetap ada. Beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan fasilitas, seperti kurangnya akses terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif, serta waktu yang terbatas dalam kurikulum untuk memfokuskan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, keterampilan pedagogik guru dalam mengimplementasikan metode yang inovatif juga seringkali tidak cukup optimal, mengingat terbatasnya pelatihan yang mereka terima. Motivasi siswa juga menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran. Banyak siswa merasa canggung dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris karena kurangnya kesempatan untuk berlatih dalam konteks yang nyata atau otentik. Hal ini menciptakan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik dalam pengajaran bahasa. Di sisi lain, hasil observasi juga menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dari siswa yang lebih muda dalam belajar bahasa Inggris, asalkan pembelajaran dilakukan secara menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar, diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran, pelatihan guru yang lebih mendalam dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the driving factors of STIBA Makassar campus alumni in developing da'wah in society and analyze the effectiveness of STIBA Makassar campus alumni in developing da'wah in society. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative descriptive method is a research method that aims to create a systematic, factual and accurate description of a social phenomenon or natural phenomenon. Qualitative methods are research procedures that will produce qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from people or from an observed process. The results of this research are as follows: First, it was found that there are six driving factors that make STIBA Makassar alumni enthusiastic about developing da'wah in society, namely: factors of religious obligation and responsibility, dissemination of knowledge and da'wah, rewards and priorities, improvement of community conditions, self-development , and personal motivation. Second, the role of alumni in developing da'wah in society has a quite effective impact. The effectiveness of the da'wah of STIBA Makassar alumni is measured by producing a positive image/trend from the input, process, and output of the development of programs and da'wah activities of STIBA Makassar alumni in the community in the form of their contributions as preachers, preachers, murabbi, murabbiyah, administrators of the Wahdah Islamiyah organization, to a small extent as a religious instructor and leader. There are also changes in society with the strengthening of scientific values, muamalah, worship, morals, acceleration of the quality and quantity of Wahdah Islamiyah cadres

Abstract

This research aims to teach Arabic about understanding the meaning of prayer readings for residents of the Manggala Makassar Governorate Housing Complex. The problem raised in this research is the extent of the public's understanding regarding prayer reading and the solution, namely the form of implementing an Arabic language training program. This type of research is qualitative research using interview and participant observation methods, starting with observing the conditions of the Manggala Makassar Governorate Housing community using SOAR analysis which then produces work programs and activities. The results of the activities show that the implementation of this research was carried out for two months with an agenda of pre-test, implementation of activities and post-test. Before attending this training, most of the participants did not know the meaning of prayer readings and a small number knew little of the meaning of prayer readings. After attending this training, participants will be able to know the meaning of prayer readings. The post test with a written test instrument from the participants showed very satisfactory grades/scores, namely that they passed the test with a minimum score of 60 to 100. Participants felt there was a significant change in their prayers. The implication of this activity is that it is recommended that activities like this should be continued in other places in general and especially around the Manggala Makassar sub-district and collaborate with religious institutions and government support.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in learning independence by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method assisted by Interactive Video Media in class X Accounting and Financial Institution (AKL) students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design research model. The population in this study were class X AKL students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Samples were taken using cluster sampling. The samples in this study were students in class The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observation. Data analysis uses Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Independent Sample t-test. The results of this research show that there is an increase in learning independence using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method assisted by interactive video media for students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo as proven by the t-test with Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. Learning independence using PBL assisted by interactive video media is higher than learning independence using PBL assisted PPT. This is proven by the posttest results of the experimental and control classes with the majority of the experimental class being in the interval 158 - 162, while the majority of the control class is in the interval 115 - 124.
