Bonus demografi tidak selamanya memberikan peluang positif bagi Indonesia. Akan tetapi, keberadaannya juga memberikan tantangan. Salah satu tantangan yang dapat dirasakan dari keberadaan bonus demografi tersebut ialah permasalahan pengangguran. Tantangan ini mesti diantisipasi agar manfaat positif dari bonus demografi dapat dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis antisipasi dan tantangan bonus demografi terhadap permasalahan pengangguran di Indonesia menuju tahun 2045. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Pengumpulan data berupa data sekunder seperti buku, jurnal, dan sumber referensi lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan bonus demografi terhadap permsalahan pengangguran dapat diantisipasi melalui beberapa hal seperti peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, investasi pelatihan keterampilan pada masyarakat, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pendidikan, sosialisasi mengenai revolusi 4.0 kepada masyarakat, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas lapangan kerja, peningkatan kesadaran berkarakter rajin dan berani mengambil resiko.

This research aims to examine the leadership role of the Village Head in providing public services in Kolam Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Analysis was carried out on the current condition of leadership which was considered not good by residents, especially regarding the policy of providing unequal aid. During the previous leadership period, aid was given equally to all levels of society, but after the change in leadership, aid tended to be given only to the young. The impact of this policy is citizens' dissatisfaction with leadership which is considered unresponsive and inclusive of the needs of all levels of society. In-depth evaluation of leadership practices is needed to formulate more inclusive and just policies. Leadership that is fair, equitable and pays attention to community diversity is expected to increase citizen satisfaction and collective prosperity. Concrete and sustainable improvement steps are needed to create better and more equitable public services for all Pool Village residents.

This study aims to examine the influence of social media on public opinion of PPKn E 2021 students in the 2024 Medan Pilkada campaign. Social media, as a dominant communication platform in the digital era, has a significant role in shaping public perception and opinion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 PPKn E 2021 students who actively use social media. The results of the study indicate that social media is the main source of political information for students, but also has the potential to cause information bias. Social media content, such as campaign videos and posts about visions and missions, influences students’ perceptions of candidates. Social media also facilitates political participation, but is susceptible to manipulation and polarization due to the influence of hoaxes and black campaigns. Political campaign strategies on social media can increase or decrease students’ trust in the democratic process. This study highlights the importance of digital literacy and ethical and professional use of social media in political campaigns.

Penegakan hukum harus sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, juga berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia. Putusan nomor 217/Pid. Sus/2024/PN Bnj merupakan contoh pengadilan pidana narkotika yang menangani tindak pidana terkait narkotika. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk memahami dasar hukum, proses penyidikan, dan putusan yang diberikan oleh majelis hakim dalam kasus tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif. Jenis penelitian ini sering juga disebut penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika menetapkan ancaman pidana minimal 4 tahun penjara bagi yang memiliki, menyimpan, menguasai, atau menyediakan Narkotika Golongan I bukan tanaman tanpa hak atau melawan hukum. Namun, putusan MA dalam perkara a quo menjatuhkan hukuman 1 tahun 6 bulan penjara, dengan alasan jumlah barang bukti yang sedikit dan untuk konsumsi sendiri.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi hukum Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan kontemporer, terutama di tengah perubahan sosial, politik, dan budaya yang pesat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hukum Islam dapat diadaptasi secara dinamis untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan modern dan berkontribusi dalam membangun masyarakat yang adil, harmonis, dan progresif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai referensi, literatur ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menggali landasan teoritis terkait prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, sumber-sumber hukum Islam, serta tantangan dalam implementasinya pada masyarakat modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam memiliki prinsip inti, seperti tauhid, syariat, dan keadilan, yang tetap relevan di era modern. Namun, penerapan hukum Islam dihadapkan pada tantangan signifikan, seperti pluralitas hukum, perbedaan interpretasi ulama, pengaruh budaya sekuler, globalisasi, serta media sosial yang membentuk opini publik. Untuk menjaga relevansi hukum Islam, diperlukan upaya reinterpretasi yang kontekstual, inklusif, dan fleksibel agar hukum Islam dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai intinya.

This research delves into the pivotal role of civic education in molding the moral character of students within the context of the modern era. By employing a descriptive literature review methodology, the study meticulously analyzes a range of theoretical sources to elucidate how rapid socio-cultural transformations and technological advancements are impacting students' moral development. The findings underscore the indispensability of civic education in fostering a robust moral character among students. It highlights how civic education nurtures a strong work ethic and imbues students with values such as patriotism and self-sacrifice, which are deemed essential for the collective well-being of the nation. In a world characterized by rapid and constant change, civic education stands out as a crucial element in equipping students not only with knowledge about their rights and responsibilities but also with the moral fortitude to act in the best interest of society. This educational approach aims to produce conscientious, informed, and morally grounded citizens capable of navigating the complexities of modern life while contributing positively to their communities and the nation as a whole. The study also suggests that integrating civic education effectively within the curriculum can mitigate the adverse effects of socio-cultural shifts and technological progressions, thereby ensuring that students develop into well-rounded individuals with a balanced perspective on their civic duties and moral obligations.

Palm sugar is very promising for its presence in the village economy if it can be managed properly, maximally, and get protection. However, in reality the village economy has not maximally improved and has not received protection against potential geographical indications because the producers experience some obstacles in the production process and the village government pays less attention to the producers. This study aims to see and analyze the protection of geographical indications of palm sugar to improve the economy in the village of Paya Pinang. This study uses qualitative research methods with normative-empirical legal approach. Data collection using two types of data, namely primary observation and interview data. Secondary Data in the form of books, journals, and other references. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that palm sugar in Paya Pinang village has a very promising economic value by requiring maximum management and must be protected so that production continues and the village economy can be further improved.

Discipline in learning is very important, because the attitude of discipline aims to be able to guard against deviant behavior and things that can interfere with the learning process. Discipline makes students trained and have the habit of doing good actions and can control their every action so that students will obey, comply and be orderly towards teaching and learning activities. In learning, discipline is needed because without awareness of carrying out the previously set rules, learning will not run effectively and optimally. The research method used in this study uses the type or research approach of Library Studies (Library Research). What is meant by literature study is all efforts made by researchers to collect information that is relevant to the topic or problem to be or is being researched. Education is one of the most important factors and the state takes this into account. Therefore, each country also has a system or regulation prepared to regulate how education is organized in that country, as well as the desired educational model, the curriculum to be taught, and the duration of learning. Discipline is a condition that is formed from a process and behavior that shows the value of obedience, obedience and order. Discipline in schools is expected to create a comfortable and peaceful learning atmosphere in the classroom. Disciplined students are students who tend to be punctual, follow all school rules and behave according to predetermined standards.

Global warming is a major challenge that threatens the stability of the global ecosystem, resulting in energy, food and environmental crises. To overcome this problem, an innovative strategy that is sustainable and adaptive is needed. This article explores various innovations that can be effective solutions in dealing with this crisis. In the energy sector, the development of renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind and biomass power shows great potential to replace dwindling fossil energy sources. In the food sector, sustainable agricultural innovation through precision farming techniques, hydroponics and agroforestry can increase food security while reducing environmental impacts. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely research carried out by collecting data or scientific writing which aims to collect research data in the form of library data that has been selected, searched, presented and analyzed. The data collection technique uses journal materials, e-books and comes from previous research. The results of the research explain that in facing the energy, food and environmental crises in the era of global warming, innovation is the main key to creating positive change. Innovative strategies that include the development of environmentally friendly technologies, sustainable resource management, and collaborative approaches between sectors will be the main drivers in overcoming these challenges. Innovations in renewable energy technologies such as solar panels, wind power, and geothermal energy can help reduce dependence on fossil fuels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
