Abstract

The Metaverse, a virtual environment that combines augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and other immersive technologies, has emerged as a promising platform for entrepreneurship and innovation. This paper explores the role of the Metaverse as a playground for entrepreneurial activities, fostering creativity, collaboration, and the development of innovative ventures. The Metaverse offers entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to break free from traditional physical limitations and explore new frontiers of business creation. Through virtual interaction and engagement, entrepreneurs can transcend geographical boundaries, connecting with a global audience and accessing a diverse pool of resources, expertise, and markets. Furthermore, the immersive nature of the Metaverse provides entrepreneurs with novel ways to showcase and distribute their products and services. By leveraging AR and VR technologies, entrepreneurs can create engaging and interactive experiences that captivate customers and differentiate their offerings in the digital realm. Collaboration is another key aspect of the Metaverse as a platform for entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs can form virtual teams, collaborate with experts from various fields, and engage in co-creation, leveraging the collective intelligence and talents available within the Metaverse community. This collaborative environment fuels innovation and enables the rapid prototyping and iterative development of novel ideas and solutions. However, while the Metaverse presents exciting opportunities, it also raises important considerations. Ethical and privacy concerns, ensuring inclusivity, and addressing potential inequalities are crucial aspects that need to be carefully navigated. In conclusion, the Metaverse is a playground for entrepreneurship and innovation, offering a fertile ground for entrepreneurial activities. By leveraging its immersive technologies, global connectivity, collaborative potential, and innovative capabilities, entrepreneurs can harness the power of the Metaverse to create transformative ventures that shape the future of business and society

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi perubahan proses pembelajaran pasca-era Covid-19, terdapat indikasi bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami Learning Loss. Hal ini diperparah oleh adanya Learning Management System (LMS) sebagai basis sistem pembelajaran yang belum jelas efektivitas penggunaannya terhadap hasil belajar. Data interaksi peserta didik dengan LMS juga menunjukkan adanya dugaan terkait self efficacy, self regulated, dan efektivitas learning management system yang belum optimal dalam memengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak self efficacy, self-regulated terhadap efektivitas LMS terhadap hasil belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menerapkan teknik analisis data SEM. Peserta penelitian adalah siswa SMA di Kota Bandung yang menggunakan Platform LMS, dengan total 305 siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy dan self regulated memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas penggunaan LMS yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi hasil belajar

Abstract

In this research focused on the issue of low achievement of class To overcome this problem, this research aims to identify problems in the application of project-based learning methods (Project Based Learning) and their influence on the achievement of student learning outcomes.By using the pre-experiment method and quantitative approach, data was collected through treatment results by looking at the post-test results. There is documented data on learning outcomes in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 which is data for comparing average scores to determine whether there are significant differences between the groups tested.The results of the analysis show that the application of project-based learning methods (Project based learning) has a positive and meaningful impact on the achievement of student learning outcomes, with a high level of correlation and a positive direction. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of project-based learning methods has a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan guru merupakan salah satu aspek yang paling penting dalam sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan, hal ini karena guru merupakan ujung tombak penentu kualitas pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Survei awal kualitas layanan guru ASN SMK di Kabupaten Sukabumi belum mencapai hasil optimal. Oleh karena itu, kualitas layanan guru menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari strategi dan cara peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Guru (Y) melalui penguatan Pemberdayaan (X1) dan Efikasi Diri (X2) dengan Motivasi Kerja (X3) sebagai variabel perantara (intervening). Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan analisis SITOREM. Unit analisis penelitian adalah guru Aparatur Sipil Negara dari 11 SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan populasi berjumlah 327 dan sampel sebanyak 180 guru. Penelitian menghasilkan model matematik peningkatan kualitas layanan guru sebagai berikut: Ŷ=0,162X1+0,103X2+0,592X3+0,404 dengan X1: Pemberdayaan, X2: Efikasi Diri, dan X3: Motivasi Kerja. Hasil SITOREM menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki indikator berikut dengan urutan prioritas perbaikan : 1) kebutuhan organisasi, 2) kebutuhan berkontribusi, 3) Suporting (Mendukung), 4) Consulting (Konsultasi), 5) Skill dalam menjalankan pekerjaan, 6) Keyakinan terhadap tabah menghadapi rintangan dan problematika yang muncul, 7) Jaminan Pelayanan, dan 8) Kesiapan Pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on ability and its impact on knowledge sharing in the permanent lecturer of the Universitas INABA Bandung. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Data retrieval is done using a closed questionnaire to 51 permanent lecturers at Universitas INABA Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on ability, motivation had a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, ability did not significantly influence knowledge sharing, and motivation and ability had a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explore what steps were taken by Surakarta Customs and Excise to achieve organizational targets during that period. This research uses an exploratory method with a qualitative approach. Data sources come from direct observation activities in the field, the results of in-depth interviews with sources/informants as well as documentation in natural settings. The researcher is the main instrument of analysis in this research. The data obtained was analyzed and visualized using NVIVO software to help present raw data that had been organized according to the researcher's needs. The analysis stages using NVIVO software begin with; (1) import data, (2) data coding, (3) data classification, and (4) data display. This research found that there are several factors that influence organizational performance, both individual factors and organizational factors themselves. Individual-level factors such as employee performance and perceived organizational support. Meanwhile, organizational-level factors such as risk management monitoring, implementation of learning organizations, transformational leadership, and strong implementation of organizational values have been proven to influence organizational performance.

Abstract

Program magang merupakan bagian salah satu tugas  yang harus diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada satu Pendidikan Vokasional. Faktor yang cukup menentukan dalam suatu program magang adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar proses magang mahasiswa berjalan dengan sempurna . Kualitas pelayanan kepada mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor yang cukup penting pada suatu jasa.  Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang sangat penting adalah pelayanan dalam hal magang para mahasiswa. Sementara keberhasilan magang para mahasiswa antara lain ditentukan oleh pelayanan yang diberikan pihak kampus dari awal persiapan magang  hingga selesai magang. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menganalisis kualitas kepuasan pelayanan magang kepada para mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Indonesia.  Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif  dengan bantuan alat analisis Servqual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey secara online  terhadap sejumlah  alumni Program Vokasi  dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.  Sampel yang diambil  berasal para alumni  progam Vokasi yang pernah magang  Lembaga dan instansi di luar Universitas yang berjumlah 50 orang alumni dengan pendekatan convenience sampling.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is the process of exchanging information, including ideas, ideas, feelings, thoughts and views that can strengthen the relationship between one party and another. This skill is really needed by students as prospective teachers to interact and build relationships with students both in the learning process and in daily relationships with students. This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on the teaching readiness of students in the Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian, including the Office Management Education, Economic Education, Accounting Education, and Business Education Study Program. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 77 students. The results of the research show that interpersonal communication skills influence the teaching readiness of students in the Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning discipline and school environment to learning achievement of X MPLB Student in SMKN 3 Bandung. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey with the questionnaire distributed to the amount of 130 students which are analyzed with descriptive and inferential technique. The result showed by multiple regression regression, the learning discipline and school environment significantly influence the learning achievement of student with the value of influence 73,7% simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resource management is a means to improve human quality, by improving human resources, increasing the performance and output power of the organization, so as to realize employees who have high performance so that a large role is also needed from the leadership of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training on the quality of human resources at the Maintenance Shop Unit of PT Batam Aero Technic. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was slovin and obtained a sampling of 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially education has a positive effect on the quality of human resources. For training partially has a positive effect on the quality of human resources. And simultaneously education and training have a positive effect on the quality of human resources.
