Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem that was used as the object of the research is the lack of implementation of good organizational culture towards employees, resulting in decreased employee motivation at work, and compensation that is not appropriate. This research aims to anaylze the job satisfaction factors of Bukit Hambalang Villa employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 80 employees of Bukit Hambalang Villa. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Conventional Commercial Bank credit growth continues to grow, although not as much as growth in third party funds. Credit grew an average of 7.99% per year over the last five years. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: To determine the influence of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit To Ratio (LDR) and Operational Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) which have a positive effect on the rate of return on assets in distribution. credit to debtors at PT Bank Lampung KCP Natar. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Statistical Problem Solution (SPSS) application. Data collection techniques with a financial reporting period of 10 years (2014-2023). The results of this study reveal that financial Ratio performance condition from the Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit To Ratio (LDR) and Operational Expenses and Operational Income (BOPO) have significant effect to financial performance at PT Bank Lampung KCP Natar. Abstract

Employee productivity as an important thing in the company will be achieved with employees who have good competence in their respective fields of work. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence on employee work productivity at PT. W, the influence of motivation affects the work productivity of employees at PT. W and the influence of the work environment affect the work productivity of employees at PT. W. This study uses a quantitative approach, a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to use research instruments, quantitative data analysis with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been determined. Population is the number of employees in PT. W as many as 55 people. The result obtained by the competency variable (X1) is which means that the result has a significant effect on work productivity (Y). The motivation variable (X2) did not have a significant effect on work productivity (Y). The work environment variable (X3) had a significant effect on work productivity (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of total quality management on the satisfaction of Hajj pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion, Bengkulu Watuk City. To test this, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS. From the results of the research and discussion, it was found that total quality management does not have a significant influence on the satisfaction of Hajj pilgrims from the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Hospitals have characteristics as complex service organizations, managing high risks and operating in a dynamic regulatory environment. Staff discipline and teamwork are needed to manage complex work, reduce work error rates, improve work safety and work quality. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital. The study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire to 100 respondents who were hospital employees. The analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis. The results of the study found the effect of work discipline and cooperation on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital.. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitabilty, company size, audit quality, and audit tenure on audit delay ini state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020-2023 period. Audit delay is critical concern as it affects the credibility and public trust in financial statements. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, this research analyzes secondary data from 52 purposiively selected observations. The results show that company size has a significant negative effect on audit delay, while profitability, audit quality, and audit tenure do not have a significant effect. These finding provide valuable insight for BUMN companies, auditors, and regulators in understanding the factors that influence audit duration.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how marketing strategies can increase the number of Umrah pilgrims at AQM Tour and Travel, Bengkulu city. To find out this, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques and used observation, interview and documentation methods. From the research results, the marketing strategy for increasing the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims at AQM Tour and Travel in the city of Bengkulu is quite good and professional, starting from product planning, pricing, strategic locations and ways to promote products to prospective pilgrims. The strategy used by PT. AQM Tour and Travel Bengkulu City in marketing is the reference strategy or Marketing Mix (marketing mix). This strategy is part of a marketing strategy that follows theory and functions as a guide in using marketing elements that can be controlled by company leaders to achieve company goals in the field of marketing in AQM Tour and Travel, Bengkulu city.

Abstract

This research investigates the critical role of family companies in the rapid expansion of MSMEs in Central Kalimantan. This research examines the effect of socioemotional wealth on firm performance with managerial capabilities as a mediating variable. The concept of socioemotional wealth is a concept that is still rarely studied in family companies and makes family companies a unique entity. This research is classified as quantitative research using primary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 63 family company owners in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, as the research sample. The results obtained show a positive influence of socioemotional wealth on firm performance. Socioemotional wealth has a positive effect on managerial capabilities, and there is a partial mediation effect on the role of managerial capabilities as a mediating variable. The results also show a positive influence of managerial capabilities on firm performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyajian laporan keuangan daerah terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah (studi pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo). Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh penyajian laporan keuangan daerah secara parsial terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai perangkat daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah meliputi Kepala Bagian Keuangan, Bendahara, dan Staff Keuangan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode purposive sampling. Data yang diambil untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Pengujian analisis kualitas data digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Kemudian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien regresi secara persial (uji t), uji signifikansi simultan, dan koefisien determinan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Rencana luaran dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyajian laporan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Artinya, semakin baik penyajian laporan keuangan daerah, maka akan semakin meningkat juga akuntabilitas pengelollan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

The auction sector has transformed with digital advancements, leading to the utilization of online platforms such as lelang.go.id, which is managed by the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) in Indonesia. This literature analysis seeks to examine the impact of technological innovation on user satisfaction and marketing performance of online auctions, specifically on the lelang.go.id platform. This study utilizes the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main theoretical framework and integrates the notion of perceived risk to investigate the impact of technical innovation on user perception, satisfaction, and marketing performance of online auctions. The findings from this literature review offer insights for DJKN and relevant stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of the lelang.go.id platform and enhance the user experience in online auctions.
