Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah maju dengan pesat dan menyebar ke seluruh pelosok tanah air. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui minat seseorang dalam menggunakan sistem teknologi mobile banking dengan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989 sebagai model penelitian. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Mobile Banking di Kota Bandung yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 220 responden dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking dengan koefisien jalur sebesar berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking. Keamanan Mampu Memoderasi Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking. Namun Keamanan tidak mampu Memoderasi Perceived Ease of Use Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking di Kota Bandung. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of usability, convenience and corporate image on millennial students in using BSI Mobile which focuses on Central Java Province and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The model used is TAM with the addition of lifestyle as a moderating variable. Respondents in this study totaled 220 BSI Mobile users who were included in the millennial generasi category and were spread across Central Java Province and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The approach used is descriptive quantitative using SEM (structural equation model) as an analysis model, using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Convenience, usability, corporate image and lifestyle as usability moderating variables have an influence on millennial students in using BSI Mobile. However, lifestyle as a moderation of convenience and lifestyle as a variable for moderating corporate image have no effect on millennial students in using BSI Mobile. The results of these findings are expected to contribute to an understanding of the decision to use BSI Mobile in Indonesia, especially in the context of Mobile Banking services from an academic perspective.

Abstract

Abstract The type of research used in this study is structural in nature, namely looking for the relationship between discipline and the school environment on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with motivation as the mediating variable. the sample used in this study were 53 teachers. Data were collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the Smart PLS 3.8 application. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the variable teacher performance is 77.74%, work discipline is 79.15, school environment is 78.36% and work motivation is 80.05% which is included in the good category. Inferential statistical test results show that 1) the work discipline variable has no significant effect on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with a tcount of 0.006 and a significant value of 0.995. 2) the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the teacher's motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 3.918 and a significant value of 0.000. 3) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.632 and a significant value of 0.009. 4) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.205 and a significant value of 0.028. 5) the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.982 and a significant value of 0.003. 6) that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through the work motivation variable with a tcount of 2.171 and a significant value of 0.030. Direct testing shows that work discipline has 9no significant effect on teacher performance. 7) school environment variables have no significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through work motivation variables with a tcount of 1.710 and a significant value of 0.088. Direct testing shows that the school environment has a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the ability of the work discipline and school environment variables to explain the mediating variable is 40.5% and the remaining 59.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research model. Furthermore, the ability of work discipline, school environment and work motivation variables in explaining teacher performance variables is 47.7% and the remaining 52.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in this research model. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to SMAN 1 Taebenu to improve teacher performance by considering the variables of work discipline, school environment, and work motivation. . Abstract

This study aims to find out how the solvency of Haji Medan General Hospital is to assess financial performance. The research method uses financial report data for the 2018 and 2019 periods. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews, documentation, and literature. I tested the data using the Debt to Assets Ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio. In this study, researchers found that the financial performance of the Medan Hajj General Hospital based on the solvency ratio of the condition of the company's financial performance was not good because the results were far below the ratio standards of the financial industry. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which accuracy (X1), speed (X2), security (X3) influences customer satisfaction (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. While secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population that will be taken is all BSI Syariah customers in Langkat Regency from 2020 to February 2022, namely 30,100 customers. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that accuracy (X1), speed (X2), security (X3) simultaneously affect customer satisfaction (Y). Abstract

The boarding house rental service business is a business that is not too big but the business is promising. Even though this business is not large, this business also requires cost control in order to produce accurate cost information. As is the case with Kos Mahya which is the research location. In determining room rental rates, the owner of the Mahya boarding house still follows market prices around the boarding house, which allows cost distortions to occur because they do not reflect specific activities. The need for an appropriate method for setting a room rate, namely the Activity Cased Costing method. The purpose of this study is to find out the determination of room rates using the Activity Based Costing method and a comparison of the activity based costing method with the method of the owner of the Mahya Boarding House regarding the determination of room rental rates. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that the calculation of room rental rates using the Activity Based Costing method gives smaller results, compared to the determination of rates carried out by boarding owners based on market prices around the boarding house.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pajak bumi dan bangunan, bea perolehan ha katas tanah dan bangunan, pajak penerangan jalan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah kabupaten/kota di provinsi sumatera selatan tahun 2017-2021. Populasi ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh 17 kabupaten sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran pemerintah provinsi di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pajak bumi dan bangunan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah, sedangkan (2) bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. (3) pajak penerangan jalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's growth rate, sales level and asset structure on the solvency ratio at PT. Sharia National Pension Savings Bank for the 2018-2022 period. The sample used is monthly report data for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the company's growth rate (X1) has a significant and negative effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. The level of sales (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. Asset structure (X3) has no significant and negative effect on solvency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence regarding the effect of tax socialization, service quality and knowledge level of taxpayers compliance. This study used a sampel of 69 respondents. Respondents in this study were the UMKM Songket taxprayers in Palembang City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program.The results of this study indicate that partially increase socialitazion has no effect on taxprayer compliance, while the service quality and level of taxprayer knowledge partially have a significant effect on taxprayer compliance. Simultaneously socialization of tax service quality and level of knowledge of taxpayers has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Abstract

Abstract Self Efficacy is a factor that has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In contrast to Self Efficacy, the average previous research shows a negative and significant impact on Employee Performance. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This study used primary data collected by observation and questionnaire methods. The questionnaire was distributed to 250 Indomaret employees throughout the islands in Indonesia including Lampung province as the representative of the island of Sumatra, Banjarmasin as the representative of the island of Kalimantan, Kendari as the representative of the island of Sulawesi, Jakarta as the representative island of Java, and Bali as the representative island from the eastern side of Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS 3.0. The results showed that Self Efficacy and Workload had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
