Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous studies as the main basis for obtaining novelty and is developed in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are secondary data from various credible sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency from 2010 to 2024. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the two hypotheses proposed in this article, namely the Human Development Index variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Economic Growth can be accepted and proven. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. The reason for these results is that the Human Development Index which is influenced by Health and Education Levels can have a good, positive, and significant impact on Economic Growth. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this article can be accepted. In the next section, the researcher also has another hypothesis, namely that the Population Size variable can moderate the influence of the Human Development Index variable on Economic Growth because of the same thing, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.009. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Population Size, Human Development Index, Economic Growth

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Country of Origin (COO) and celebrity endorsement on consumer purchase decisions, focusing on Innisfree skincare products among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. A quantitative research approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed, with data collected from 294 respondents. The findings reveal that COO significantly influences purchase decisions, where the perception of the country of origin, particularly South Korea, enhances consumer trust and perceived product quality. On the other hand, celebrity endorsement was found to have no significant impact on purchase decisions, although there is potential for improvement with better alignment between the celebrity and the brand. The interaction between COO and celebrity endorsement strengthens brand perception, particularly among young consumers who are influenced by digital media. This study provides insights into the importance of COO in marketing strategies for skincare products, while celebrity endorsement serves as an additional factor that can increase brand attractiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand awareness and brand image on customer loyalty with trust as an intervening variable (Study of underwear products on the Tiktok platform). The population used in this research are customers who have purchased underwear products via the Tiktok platform. The sampling technique is carried out using probability sampling because each element of the population is considered to have the same opportunity to become a sample. This type of design uses simple random sampling where sampling from the population is done randomly. The data source was obtained from distributing questionnaires to all TikTok shop customers/users. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire method for respondents, measuring the questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using a path diagram which makes it possible to enter all observed variables via Partial Least Square (PLS) with a calculation process assisted by the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application program. The results of this research are as follows, 1) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust so that the first hypothesis is accepted; 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust so that the second hypothesis is accepted; 3) Customer Trust has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the third hypothesis is accepted; 4) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the fourth hypothesis is accepted; 5) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the fifth hypothesis is accepted; 6) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust so that the sixth hypothesis is accepted; 7) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust so that the seventh hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources and have been used in every existing study. The primary data obtained by the study came from 300 employees of PT Sampurna spread throughout Indonesia. The researcher distributed an online questionnaire containing 10 questions from four statements. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Financial Literacy variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the Investment Interest variable, namely 0.016 which is smaller than 0.05. This is because good Financial Literacy can make employees' thinking good and ultimately interested in investing. The next hypothesis also shows the same results that the Financial Behavior variable can moderate the influence of the Financial Literacy variable on the Investment Interest variable. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000 which is smaller than the direct test of 0.016. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.  Keywords: Investment Interest, Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior

Qualitative research method with an exploratory approach. Research population of Rumbia village community. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling, namely 80 families with 28 Gen Z children. The number of GEN Z in Rumbi village is 28 people, 1 person has succeeded in holding D3 and 2 people have S1. Currently, there are no children in Rumbia who criticize education at universities. There are 80 heads of families. The reasons behind the desire of Gen-Z and the Alpha generation to obtain higher education are: distance traveled and economic factors. It is hoped that this research can increase public awareness in Rumbia village, South Langowan District regarding the importance of increasing Generation Z's interest in learning in order to increase the existence of adequate education and be able to compete in the world of work in the future. Abstract

The main use of Village Funds is directed for community development and empowerment projects, including the development of basic services: education, health, infrastructure and basic needs. Its effective management is an integral part of overall village financial management in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Transparency and accountability are very important considering the potential for abuse such as Village Fund corruption cases. In Dusun Selatan District, South Buntok Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, there are 24 villages where part of the Village Fund is set aside and collected as participation in the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), with the business name: "BUMDes BERSAMA 24." An investigative audit conducted by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) concluded that (in the 2018-2020 period) there was State financial losses amounting to IDR 583,553,383.00. The research is intended to examine investigative audit practices and the use of audit results in prosecuting Village Fund corruption cases, especially regarding the irregularities in the "BUMDes Bersama 24" management. It was found that the Investigation Audit was the basis for calculating state financial losses in the Village Fund corruption case, even though the audit was not carried out by the BPK (Financial Audit Agency).
