Abstract

The high rates of psychological issues such as stress and depression among workers are a major concern, often rooted in low levels of psychological well-being. This study aimed to determine the influence of social support and self-esteem on the psychological well-being of employees. This research used a quantitative method with convenience sampling, and data were collected through distributed questionnaires, yielding 202 respondents who had worked for at least one year. The results showed that self-esteem had a significant positive influence on psychological well-being (p < 0.001). However, social support did not show a significant influence on psychological well-being. Nevertheless, both variables showed a significant influence on psychological well-being (p < 0.001, R² = 0.551). These results highlight the crucial role of self-esteem in enhancing employee psychological well-being, while the impact of social support in this specific context warrants further investigation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the To’Nakka Ulusalu Pine Forest tourist attraction in Tana Toraja. The data collection procedures for this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis.The results indicate that the To’Nakka Pine Forest tourist attraction has great potential to be developed into an appealing tourist destination while promoting the region’s natural tourism potential. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that with proper management, the To’Nakka Pine Forest can become a tourism destination that supports the local economy and introduces Tana Toraja to the international tourism stage. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor dengan integritas auditor sebagai variabel moderasi pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 50 auditor yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Analisis Regresi Termoderasi (MRA) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan peran moderasi integritas auditor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Lebih lanjut, integritas auditor tidak hanya berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tetapi juga memoderasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja auditor secara signifikan, sehingga memperkuat dampak positif budaya organisasi terhadap pencapaian kinerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya organisasi yang kuat—seperti orientasi tim, kepatuhan terhadap prosedur, inovasi, dan orientasi hasil—lebih efektif dalam mendorong kinerja auditor bila didukung oleh integritas tingkat tinggi, termasuk kejujuran, keberanian, kebijaksanaan, tanggung jawab, dan kepatuhan terhadap kode etik profesi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya memperkuat budaya organisasi dan terus membina integritas auditor untuk meningkatkan efektivitas audit, menegakkan standar etika, dan membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap hasil audit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content quality and exposure frequency on purchasing decisions with perceived risk as an intervening variable at Garneta Steel in Surakarta. The research approach used is quantitative with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who are consumers or potential consumers of Garneta Steel who have seen product advertisements. The results show that content quality and exposure frequency significantly affect perceived risk, and perceived risk significantly influences purchasing decisions. Furthermore, perceived risk is proven to mediate the effect of content quality and exposure frequency on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and brand image on consumer interest in staying at Bobocabin. The study uses a quantitative approach with data collected through structured questionnaires from respondents aged 17–50 years. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that both price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay at Bobocabin. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.808, indicating that 80.8% of the variation in stay intention can be explained by price and brand image. These findings suggest that competitive pricing and a strong brand image are key factors in attracting consumer interest. Keywords : Price, Brand Image, Interest in staying, Bobocabin

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of value equity on brand awareness of Kapal Api coffee products in Surakarta, mediated by brand awareness and brand satisfaction. The population in this research consists of consumers who have purchased Kapal Api coffee products, with a sample of 150 respondents. The findings prove that value equity has a significant effect on brand awareness, brand satisfaction, and purchase decisions of Kapal Api coffee consumers in Surakarta. Furthermore, both brand awareness and brand satisfaction have a significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, brand awareness and brand satisfaction are able to mediate the relationship between value equity and purchase decisions of Kapal Api coffee consumers in Surakarta. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menghadirkan peluang besar dalam optimalisasi distribusi zakat dan wakaf melalui implementasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam sistem akuntansi syariah. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi AI untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis data sekunder dari lembaga zakat dan wakaf nasional, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gap riset dalam integrasi AI dengan prinsip-prinsip akuntansi syariah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AI dapat meningkatkan akurasi distribusi hingga 85% dan mengurangi biaya administrasi sebesar 40%. Novelty penelitian terletak pada pengembangan framework integratif yang menggabungkan algoritma machine learning dengan prinsip maqashid syariah untuk optimalisasi distribusi dana sosial Islam. Hasil penelitian mengonfirmasi potensi AI dalam mempercepat pencapaian tujuan sosio-ekonomi Islam melalui manajemen zakat dan wakaf yang lebih efektif. Abstract

This study aims to test and evaluate the effect of compensation, work stress and work environment on the performance of Café employees located in Boja District, Kendal Regency. The population and sample of the study were all Café employees in Boja District totaling 50 people, selected using the census approach method. This study uses quantitative data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS version 29. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a significant negative effect on employee performance, work stress does not affect employee performance, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Implementasi kebijakan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) di rumah sakit daerah bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan melalui fleksibilitas pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, ketersediaan alat kesehatan yang optimal masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pemeliharaan dan dukungan teknologi informasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kebijakan BLUD, anggaran pemeliharaan alat kesehatan, dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan dengan peran manajemen pemeliharaan sebagai variabel intervening di RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Kabupaten Berau. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 156 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga medis, paramedis, dan staf manajemen. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 24.0. Hasil: Implementasi kebijakan BLUD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan (β = 0,325; p < 0,001). Anggaran pemeliharaan alat kesehatan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan (β = 0,289; p < 0,001), begitu pula infrastruktur teknologi informasi (β = 0,267; p < 0,001). Manajemen pemeliharaan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen dengan ketersediaan alat kesehatan dengan nilai indirect effect sebesar 0,412. Kesimpulan: Implementasi kebijakan BLUD, anggaran pemeliharaan, dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan melalui optimalisasi manajemen pemeliharaan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah penguatan sistem informasi manajemen aset dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam maintenance management. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of hedonic motivation, product display, and time scarcity promotions on impulsive buying behavior among Starbucks consumers in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 208 purposively selected Gen Z respondents who had previously engaged in impulsive purchases. The multiple linear regression analysis indicates that all three independent variables significantly and positively influence impulsive buying behavior. Among them, time scarcity promotion shows the most dominant effect, followed by product display and hedonic motivation. These findings suggest that emotional and visually driven marketing strategies, combined with temporal urgency, can effectively trigger unplanned consumer purchases. This study offers practical insights for marketers, particularly in the F&B sector, in developing targeted promotional strategies.
