Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan suasana terhadap minat beli dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi pada Warkop Bundu di Kota Makassar. Fenomena warkop sebagai ruang sosial mendorong pentingnya pemahaman terhadap faktor pembentuk perilaku konsumen. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis PLS-SEM, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan suasana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Suasana tempat juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat beli, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung, namun berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan. Kepuasan konsumen terbukti menjadi mediator penting dalam hubungan antara stimulus eksternal dan niat beli, sesuai dengan model Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR). Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi layanan berbasis pengalaman, khususnya dalam konteks bisnis jasa informal seperti warung kopi lokal.

Abstract

E-commerce businesses in Indonesia have grown with high revenues. However, e-commerce is still a challenge due to changes in marketing and payment methods. Various barriers are faced by e-commerse business actors in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between e-commerse business barriers and e-commerse revenue. This research is a quantitative research. The research was conducted on e-commerse businesses from all provinces in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from BPS (2021). Data were analysed with Pearson correlation test. The results show that lack of capital has a moderate and negative relationship with e-commerse revenue. Lack of demand for goods/services has a moderate and positive relationship with e-commerse revenue. Lack of skilled labour, limited internet access, fraud in the buying and selling process, and limited delivery services are not significantly related to e-commerse revenue

Abstract

This study aims to design a product development strategy for WS FIVEHER SCREEN PRINTING in Tana Toraja. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews with the business owner and customers. The data were analyzed using the SWOT method by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results show that WS FIVEHER SCREEN PRINTING is positioned in quadrant I of the SWOT Matrix, supporting an aggressive strategy. Recommended development strategies include community-based promotions, product diversification aligned with market trends, improving production efficiency, and optimizing social media to reach a wider market segment. Abstract

MARSAL SAMAYA, 2025 Business Development Strategy at Nugin Store, Rembon District, Tana Toraja. This study aims to determine the business development strategies at Toko Nugin in Rembon District, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The data used in this study includes primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques involving observation, interviews, and library studies. The data obtained from the data collection is then analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Toko Nugin in Rembon District. Based on the research findings, the IFAS matrix obtained a total score for strengths and weaknesses of 3.6, as the total score above 2.93 indicates that the internal position of the company is quite strong. The EFAS matrix obtained a total score for opportunities and threats of 3.17, as the total score approaching 4.0 indicates that Nugin Store responds to existing opportunities in an exceptional way and avoids threats in the market. The SWOT matrix results show that the business development strategy is to maintain product quality, sustain service quality to customers, uphold customer trust, add employees at Nugin Store, expand the space or building at Nugin Store, increase the variety of agricultural commodity products, create price promotions or discounts to attract consumers to purchase those goods, enhance marketing strategies through social media by keeping up with technological advancements, and improve the service system so that consumers feel comfortable shopping. Abstract

Every company is required to face various challenges, both at the national and global levels. Therefore, competent and adaptive human resources are essential. PT. Pamintori Cipta Mandiri, as a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services, recognizes the importance of job training as a strategy to improve employee performance, especially in the procurement division, which plays a vital role in ensuring project success. This study aims to examine how training is implemented and its impact on improving employee performance in that division. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity is tested through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results show that the job training provided has been well-executed, from planning to evaluation. Employees showed positive changes after participating in the training. Their performance also improved, particularly in terms of work quantity, quality of results, and timeliness. This study concludes that job training has a positive impact on enhancing employee performance in the procurement division. Abstract

Tax compliance, a major challenge in Indonesia, is influenced by various psychological factors. This study aims to examine the influence of tax literacy and perceptions of tax rates on taxpayer compliance at the Surakarta Tax Office (KPP Pratama). Using a quantitative approach, questionnaire data were collected from 100 individual and corporate taxpayers through purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both tax literacy and perceptions of tax rates partially have a positive and significant effect on compliance. Simultaneously, these two variables are proven to be strong predictors of taxpayer compliance. This study concludes that internal factors, namely taxpayers' personal understanding and evaluation, are fundamental drivers of compliance. Therefore, this study recommends that the Direktorat Jendral Pajak (DJP) prioritize educational programs to improve literacy and transparency to shape positive public perception. Future research is recommended to integrate other psychological variables, such as social norms, to develop a more comprehensive exposure model.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the cooperative, small and medium enterprises and trade service of sukoharjo regency. The population of this study was 78 employees of the Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade Office of Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was census, meaning that the entire population was included in the sample. The sample size for this study was 78 people. 1) Leadership style significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. the results of this research show that Organizational culture significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Motivation significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Competence significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, and competence simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Of the four variables, the variable that most dominantly influences the performance of employees of the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Service of Sukoharjo Regency is Competence, because the value of b4X4 (0.427) > b3X3 (0.393) > b2X2 (0.374) > b1X1 (0.254). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Waleng, Kecamatan Girimarto, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori pembangunan berkelanjutan dan partisipasi masyarakat, yang menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa dan warga dalam pembangunan desa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian melibatkan perangkat desa dan masyarakat yang berpartisipasi aktif dalam program pembangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana Desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,961 (> t-tabel 1,976) dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,347 menunjukkan bahwa Dana Desa menjelaskan 34,7% variasi pembangunan infrastruktur. Dana Desa juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat, dengan t-hitung sebesar 12,134 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,495 menunjukkan bahwa Dana Desa menjelaskan 49,5% variasi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Desa memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pembangunan fisik dan sosial di desa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan yang tepat, peningkatan kapasitas aparatur, serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Dana Desa.

Abstract

Determining the impact of work experience, workload, and stress on employee performance at Bank BPR Arto Moro Semarang is the goal of this study. The study employs both a descriptive and quantitative methodology. Purposive sampling was used to select the 60 permanent bank workers that made up the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the data that was gathered through questionnaires. According to the findings, work experience significantly and favorably affects employee performance. Workplace stress and workload, on the other hand, have a favorable but negligible impact. According to these results, controlling experience, workload, and stress are crucial for maximizing worker performance.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect of manufacturing industry operations, particularly in activities involving interactions between humans, machines, and materials. This study aims to identify, evaluate, and classify potential hazards and the associated risk levels in various work processes, including Picking Differential Carrier, Small Part Preparation, Brake Assembly & Retainer Press, Axle Shaft & Brake Install, and Nut Brake Tightening. The analysis method employs a systematic approach to different types of hazards—chemical, physical, mechanical, and ergonomic—followed by an assessment of probability and impact levels. The results indicate that most hazards fall within the "unlikely" to "possible" probability categories, with risk levels ranging from low to moderate. The dominant hazards identified stem from mechanical factors, such as the risk of being struck or scratched by materials, and ergonomic factors related to non-ergonomic working postures. Implemented controls include the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), enforcement of work instructions, installation of visual warning systems, and technical modifications to machinery. It can be concluded that risk management has been conducted effectively; however, continuous evaluation is necessary to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for employees.
