Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) metode kualitatif dengan penerapan konsep triple helix untuk model analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan guna mendorong pengembangan pelaku wirausaha di Desa Gunung Putri Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor. Pada penelitian ini dijelaskan pula metode yang akan digunakan dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan serta manfaat yang di dapat dari pelatihan dan pengembangan, termasuk faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan. Konsep ini mengacu pada serangkaian interaksi antara perguruan tinggi vokasi/akademisi, pemerintah dan industri yaitu pelaku wirausaha. Peran akademisi yang dalam hal ini Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan adalah sebagai pendorong dalam pengembangan wirausaha melalui program pelatihan yang di desain khusus berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaku wirausaha untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dengan memberikan pelatihan yang sesuai, akademisi membantu meningkatkan kapabilitas dan kompetensi pelaku usaha dalam mengelola wirausaha dengan baik. Pemerintah mendukung melalui kebijakan dan infrastruktur yang memadai, sementara pelaku UMKM harus proaktif dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan kerjasama yang baik, sistem triple helix dapat menciptakan ekosistem yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan UMKM, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mendorong kemajuan ekonomi di desa Gunung Putri serta daerah lainnya di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di KSP Hegar Megar yang berlokasi di Komplek Perumahan Panghegar di Kota Bandung Jawa Barat. Terdapat beberapa Strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan, pertama, melalui produk jasa keuangan yaitu produk simpan dan pinjam untuk pensiun, dan warga penduduk setempat yang berdomisili dan berstatus sebagai warga perumahan Komplek Panghegar Permai Kota Bandung serta bunga kredit yang diterapkan sebesar 2 persen perbulan dengan sistem anuitas dan memiliki jangka waktu angsuran kreditnya maksimal 12 bulan. Kedua, pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber daya karyawan yang belum memadai, walaupun demikian kompetensi karyawan dikembangkan melalui program sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara langsung oleh panitia koperasi Simpan Pinjam Hegar Mekar setiap periodenya. Ketiga, Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana Dimana Sarana dan prasarana KSP Hegar Mekar dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas komplek yang sudah memadai untuk menunjang kegiatan pelayanan usahanya. Keempat, Permodalan, yaitu Permodalan yang bersumber dari setoran uang para anggota dan dikembangkan dengan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Koperasi Sejahtera selalu surplus setiap tahunnya sehingga mendapatkan SHU yang selanjutkan dialokasikan untuk menambah modal kerja pada pelaksanaan kegiatan KSP Hegar Mekar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa KSP Hegar Mekar memiliki aktifitas usaha yang cukup baik dan berdampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar. Strategi pengembangan usaha terlihat cukup baik seiring dengan peningkatan permodalannya setiap tahun.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of public perception of the Smiling West Java digital advertising program on the image of West Java as a tourism destination, with brand awareness as a mediating variable. While digital marketing has become a primary strategy in tourism promotion and internet penetration in Indonesia is high (79.5% in 2024), the effectiveness of this regional digital advertising campaign has not been fully optimal. The West Java Tourism and Culture Office (2023) reported a significant increase in the production and distribution of promotional content through the official Smiling West Java channels. However, by the end of 2023, tourist visits had reached only 80% of the target of 218.7 million, with several destinations outside Lembang and Pangandaran experiencing stagnation or decline. Observations of the official Instagram account showed low user engagement and underutilization of promotional features. Using a quantitative causal research design with 166 respondents, multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test revealed that perception of digital advertising significantly influences brand awareness, and both variables significantly affect the tourism destination image. Brand awareness also significantly mediates this relationship. The findings provide practical insights for tourism managers to optimize emotionally engaging, informative, and interactive digital content to strengthen brand awareness and destination image. Abstract

Finding out how professional commitment, internal control, and emotional intelligence affect auditors' capacity to spot fraud in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the goal of this study. The study's backdrop is the poor quality of audits brought on by auditors' inaccuracies and ethical transgressions that undermine public confidence. 35 auditors chosen through purposive sampling were given a questionnaire as part of this study's quantitative survey methodology. SmartPLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data using the SEM method. The findings from the hypothesis testing indicated that: "(1) Professional commitment has a positive and significant effect on the ability to detect fraud (t-statistic = 4.742); (2) Internal control environment has a positive and significant effect (t-statistic = 3.586); (3) Emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant effect (t-statistic = 2.366)" . According to this study, these three elements are essential for improving auditors' capacity to identify fraud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi guru, dan pelatihan guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Kota Semarang. Latar belakangnya adalah pentingnya peran guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 42 guru yang diambil melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi guru, dan pelatihan guru masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Di antara ketiganya, pelatihan guru memberikan pengaruh paling besar. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan motivasi, peningkatan kompetensi, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam upaya meningkatkan capaian belajar siswa. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios on the performance of the Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS BTM) Batang from 2020 to 2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from five years of annual financial reports. The independent variables in this study are liquidity (Cash Ratio), solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Assets). The dependent variable is financial performance, as measured by operating profit (SHU). The results indicate that partially, only solvency significantly influences financial performance. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence the financial performance of KSPPS BTM Batang. The results of this study provide important insights for company management in formulating more effective and efficient financial strategies.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Indonesian capital market response to the implementation of United States import tariff policies, focusing on the stock price behavior of exporting companies. The research aims to identify the existence of significant abnormal returns and measure market reaction differences between pre and post-tariff announcement periods. Event study methodology was applied with an 11-day trading window (t-5 to t+5) examining five exporting issuers with minimum 10% exposure to the US market. Secondary data was obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange during April 2025, analyzed using market-adjusted model to calculate abnormal returns and average abnormal returns. Hypothesis testing was conducted through one-sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Research findings demonstrate that the market exhibited no significant reaction on the event date, however significant abnormal returns were discovered at t+5 period with significance value of 0.021. Comparison of average abnormal returns between pre and post-event showed no statistically significant differences (p-value 0.500). The findings indicate delayed market reaction phenomenon and suboptimal efficiency of Indonesian market in responding to global economic information. This research contributes to event study literature in emerging markets by demonstrating delayed response characteristics toward international policy shocks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini antara lain Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelayanan Customer Service Pada PT BPR Utomo Manunggal Sejahtera Sumsel dalam melayani nasabah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif karena menggunakan data kualitatif yang diangkakan. kesimpulan dari keseluruhan hasil analisis penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Variabel kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT BPR Utomo Manunggal Sejahtera Sumsel. Variabel jaminan (X3) merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena variabel tersebut mempunyai nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel lain, yaitu sebesar 5,779 dan angka Sig. Yang paling kecil yaitu sebesar 0,000. Besarmya kontribusi pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan (kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik) terhadap kualitas pelayanan karyawan pada PT BPR Utomo Manunggal Sejahtera Sumsel. Todopuli adalah sebesar 86,1%. Sementara sisanya sebesar 13,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of financial services globally, including in the Islamic finance sector. Amid the rapid pace of digitalization, Islamic financial inclusion has become a strategic agenda to promote public access to financial products and services based on Sharia principles. However, the low level of Islamic financial literacy remains a significant obstacle in achieving optimal inclusion. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy on Islamic financial inclusion in the digital era, with a case study in Pringsewu Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach through a survey of 400 purposively selected respondents. Regression analysis results indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the level of digital Islamic financial inclusion, with a regression coefficient value of 0.705 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that improving literacy regarding Islamic financial products, contracts (akad), and fundamental values can strengthen public participation in the digital Islamic finance ecosystem. Therefore, collaboration among regulators, financial institutions, and educational institutions is essential to expand Sharia-based financial education through technology to achieve equitable and sustainable financial inclusion.

Abstract

The main problem identified is the inequality of access to mudharabah financing in the agricultural sector, which hinders farmer empowerment. In addition, the lack of understanding of eco-literacy in the community affects the sustainable management of natural resources. This study aims to examine the effect of agribusiness mudharabah financing on community welfare, by considering the role of eco-literacy as a moderating variable in supporting the achievement of SDGs. A quantitative approach was used with SmartPLS 4.0 software for data analysis. Primary data were collected through purposive sampling and measured using a Likert scale with a total of 400 respondents. The research findings show that mudharabah financing has a positive impact on community welfare, and eco-literacy strengthens this relationship. Farmers who understand sustainability are more likely to manage their businesses more efficiently and environmentally friendly, which has an impact on the achievement of SDGs such as No Poverty, No Hunger, Reduced Inequality, and Gender Equality. This study contributes to understanding how sharia financing and eco-literacy can contribute to sustainable development. These findings provide a basis for the development of more inclusive and sustainable financing products and practical recommendations for policy makers to strengthen ecological literacy among farmers.
