Abstract

BNI has various types of services that are tailored to customer needs, such as the creation of a BNI branchless banking called Agen46. Agent46 partners are usually found in grocery stores, retail outlets, and others that are easy for the public to find. Branchless banking is also known as Laku Pandai. This type of banking uses digital and mobile technologies to provide financial services to customers, enabling them to make transactions without visiting a physical bank location. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to determine customer satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with probability sampling and has carried out tests including validity, reliability, testing by distributing 100 questionnaires to the people of Bandung Regency and data obtained with the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The results show that customer satisfaction is a strong intervening variable to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty because all the variables in the study have significant influence.

Abstract

Bank guarantee is a guarantee in the form of a note issued by a bank that creates an obligation to pay the recipient of the guarantee if the guaranteed party defaults. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of the Kafalah contract in the practice of Bank Guarantee in the construction sector at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Yogyakarta. Data collection is done through observation by seeing the actual conditions in the field, and interviews with parties related to the field of research. The method used in this research uses qualitative research. The results of the study show that in providing Bank Guarantee at KBBS Yogyakarta, customers are required to have a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Payment Bond with a minimum guarantee deposit of 100% of the value of the Bank Guarantee. In general, the application of the concept of Kafalah in the practice of Bank Guarantee at KBBS Yogyakarta has fulfilled the elements allowed in Islamic economics because of the human need to help each other and avoid losses from debtors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, professional attitude and work discipline on teacher performance at SMKN 5 Balikpapan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples was 46 people taken from the teaching staff at SMKN 5 Balikpapan. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable self-efficacy (x1) had a significant influence on teacher performance (y) as evidenced by the coefficient of the self-efficacy variable (x1) with a ttest value of 4.390 > ttable 2.021, while the professional attitude variable (x2) had a test value tcount is 3.920 which is greater than ttable 2.021, while the work discipline variable (x3) has a tcount test value of 9.677> 2.021. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis model bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Modeling Framework (BMC) dan analisis SWOT, termasuk Penggunaan Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan kajian pustaka. Responden penelitian terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan Ahola Tropical Drinks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT menghasilkan "Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan" yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Strategi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diusulkan beberapa perbaikan pada sembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks.Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi tim kepemimpinan perusahaan. Dalam melakukan parafrase terhadap kalimat tersebut, pastikan untuk menggunakan kata-kata dan struktur kalimat yang berbeda, sambil tetap menyampaikan informasi yang sama. Berikut adalah salah satu contoh parafrase dari kalimat tersebut: "Menurut hasil penelitian, analisis SWOT menunjukkan adanya 'Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan' yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Temuan ini memiliki kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan pada kesembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis yang diusulkan. Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga kepada tim kepemimpinan perusahaan." Abstract

In national development efforts, taxes are one of the important things that become a large and strategic source of revenue for the state, which is useful in increasing the growth of the country's economy to create prosperity and welfare for society and the state. Thus taxes become one of the sources of state revenue that has high potential. This study aims to determine the growth rate of realization of state revenue, the growth rate of realization of luxury goods value-added tax, and international trade tax. This study uses secondary data from 2017 to 2018 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Directorate General of Taxes. The research method uses the growth rate calculation formula. The results showed that the growth rate of realization of state revenue in the tax sector has a unidirectional relationship with the realization of luxury goods value-added tax and international trade tax. If there is an increase in the growth rate of realization of luxury tax and the international The context of the application of luxury tax and international trade tax is expected to reflect horizontal and vertical equity in every tax collection, including other VAT collection. In order to reflect fairness, the collection of tax on the sale of luxury goods and international trade tax on international trade is expected to reflect horizontal and vertical equity in every tax collection, including the collection of other VAT.

Abstract

This study discusses the incompatibility of preferences and guest experiences that are not in accordance with the theory explained by experts. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale. This study intends to determine the characteristics of guests, preferences and experiences of guests while staying at Hotel Syariah in the city of Bandung. This study used 152 respondents, namely hotel guests who had stayed at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Halal dimension is the most dominant dimension in the preference variable for guests staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. This shows that the majority of Guests choose to stay at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung based on halal preferences. Meanwhile, the emotional experience dimension is the most dominant dimension in the guest experience variable. This indicates that the majority of guest experiences stay based on emotional experience. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it was found that guest experience has a significant relationship to preference for staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business (a case study of Muslim entrepreneurs in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency) The main problem is raised into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: how is the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business. This type of research is classified as quantitative research is a research method that is inductive, objective, and scientific in which the data obtained is in the form of numbers (score, value) or statements that are scored, and analyzed by statistical analysis. The source of data for this research is the Muslim community who work as entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data management and analysis techniques are carried out by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient test (R2), and t-test (partial). The results of this study indicate that: the correlation coefficient is 0.561 this value can be interpreted based on the correlation coefficient guidelines, that the relationship between the two research variables is in the category of moderately correlated relationships. And the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.35.9 which means that the explanation of variable X to variable Y is 35.9% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined by researchers. Although the correlation coefficient test states that the level of correlation is sufficient, the partial t-test still shows that the t-count value is 3.570 and the t-table value is 1.991, which means t-count > t-table with a significance value of 0.001

Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Abstract

Indonesia's digital economy has very promising prospects if managed well because its growth exceeds Indonesia's economic growth. Indonesia is experiencing an overall increase in the digital economy in finance, health, tourism, industry, education, and so on. This has an effect on increasing the national economy. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study. The results of the study state that the potential of the digital economy greatly affects national economic growth, making Indonesia the largest market share of the digital economy. The existence of the digital economy is strongly felt by the community, thus forcing related parties to design new strategies by adopting digitalization, which is dominated by innovations in technology, information, communication, and the increasing development of internet networks. To achieve the success of the digital economy, the support of a workforce / human resources with special skills in technology is also one of the important basic pillars, the innovation ecosystem is also important to revive the digital economy, as well as public services, digital economy, and good governance and digital strategy.

Abstract

Abstract The manufacturing industry has been particularly highlighted in creating an environmentally friendly supply chain. This is driven by environmentally conscious consumers who recognize the importance of environmental preservation. The pursuit of an eco-friendly supply chain is also motivated by environmental activists' pressure and government policies that regulate environmentally friendly supply chains. Based on these factors, the objective of this research is to examine the influence of Green Market Orientation and Green Supply Chain Relationship Quality on Green Competitive Advantage at PT Aurora World Cianjur. This research adopts a causality approach and collects data through a questionnaire from a sample of 120 respondents, which is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Green Market Orientation, Green Supply Chain Relationship Quality, and Green Competitive Advantage.
