Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Intensitas Modal, Transfer Pricing, Manajemen Laba dan Pajak Tangguhan terhadap Tax Avoidance pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan periode 2018-2022 yang datanya termuat dalam Retinitiv Eikon Thomson Reuter. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yang mana ditentukan dari beberapa kriteria pemilihan sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu intensitas modal, manajemen laba dan pajak tangguhan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Sedangkan transfer pricing memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan kepada akademisi dan kelompok kepentingan seperti otoritas pengatur, investor, dan eksekutif

Abstract

The development of the Hajj and Umrah travel business has given rise to selective competition. Choosing quality travel is important because many companies do not have legal operating permits. Good management in strategy, service and operations is very crucial to ensure the comfort and safety of the congregation, especially when in Saudi Arabia. PT. Kamilah Wisata Muslim is a company that operates in the field of Hajj and Umrah Services or known as PPIH (Hajj Travel Organizer). This research aims to analyze marketing and service management at PT Kamilah Wisata Islami, a company that organizes Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. PT Kamilah Wisata Islami has official permission from the Department of Religion and is committed to guiding the congregation to carry out worship according to the Sunnah of the Prophet. This research uses a data presence and focuses on management, marketing and service concepts implemented by the company. This research uses a comparative type of qualitative research using primary and secondary data, namely interviews and observations. The results of the analysis show that the success of PT Kamilah Haji and Umroh in combining effective marketing management and quality service can be seen from the high level of satisfaction and trust of successful congregations. This travel does not escape good achievement management, especially marketing and service management. Keywords: Management, Marketing, Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Product Quality (X1), Healthy Lifestyle (X2), and Group Reference (X3) influence Purchasing Decision (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population that will be taken is all consumers of Superindo branch Solo Baru, which is immeasurable. Sample measurement uses the formula proposed by Hair et al., (2010) which is 115 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Using the SPSS analysis tool, the results of the study show that Product Quality (X1), Healthy Lifestyle (X2), and Group Reference (X3) simultaneously influence Purchasing Decision (Y). Abstract

TThe purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between customer loyalty to modern Semarang leisure spots and the following factors: price, service quality, and social media. Quantitative research methods are employed, with data collected through surveys. A stratified random sampling method that incorporates proportional random sampling was employed for the sampling process. Procedures for processing primary data using SPSS analysis tools, including multiple regression and sobel tests. The study found that customer loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by price, service quality, and social media. Specifically, it was found that social media had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with regard to visiting contemporary recreation places in Semarang City. Service quality and price also had positive and significant effects on customer loyalty in this regard. Keyword : Social Media, Quality of Service, Price, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang dengan pergerakan system perekonomian yang terbuka yakni menjalani perdagangan antar negara, hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai aktivitas ekspor ataupun impor. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penngaruh rata-rata ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dan China pada periode tahun 2012-2022. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Rata-rata Impor (X1), Rata-rata Ekspor (X2), sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi pada Negara Indonesia dan China. Sumber data menggunakan data sekunder time series 2012-2022. yang berasal dari bank dunia atau (World Bank) dan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan dan menyatakan bahwa pengaruh hubungan antar variable berhubungan koefisien positif. Maka semakin meningkat variable tersebut maka semakin meningkat juga rata-rata nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kedua negara tersebut. Kata kunci: Ekspor, Impor, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

The level of education possessed by employees would be increased or decreased the work performance. Other factors that have influenced employee performance apart from educational background are the competencies obtained by employees and also the discipline that is very necessary in tourism. This research aims to investigated the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline on employee performance at Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud. Specifically, the research will concentrate on identifying the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline. worker. The population consisted of 50 sampling, representing the entire workforce at Pramana Watu Kurung. The validity and reliability tests used on this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, F and t tests, and the coefficient of determination test are among the analyses employed in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that Pramana Watu Kurung employees perform better when they have a higher degree of education, competency, and work discipline all at once. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, employee performance is significantly positively impacted by education level. The Pramana Watu Kurung Resort finds that employee performance is significantly improved by competence. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, work discipline also significantly improves employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effects of E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), endorser influencer, and e-service quality variables on the decision-making process for online purchases during live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform. TikTok has gained immense popularity as a social media hub, especially for influencers to engage directly with their audience. The primary data for this research were gathered through the administration of a focused questionnaire survey. To active TikTok users involved in live streaming and making purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling, based on specific criteria, was employed to select 120 respondents. The research combines data collected directly through questionnaires and information obtained from a review of existing literature. The outcomes of the data analysis reveal that the variables of E-WOM, endorser influencer, and e-service quality significantly and positively influence decisions related to online purchases. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on millennials' investment intention on equity crowdfunding-based fintech platforms with risk perception and trust in platforms and fundraisers as mediating variables. This research is a survey with data collection from 200 respondents, millennial generation Indonesian citizens aged 19-35 years, who used non-probability sampling techniques (purposive and snowball sampling). Primary data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, while secondary data came from literature and trusted online databases. The interview method was used with a small number of respondents to obtain additional information. Data analysis involved descriptive statistical techniques and path coefficient analysis to achieve the research objectives. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in equity crowdfunding platforms, but has no significant effect on the perception of investment risk. Trust in the platform and fundraiser contribute positively to investment intention, suggesting the importance of financial literacy in shaping trust and motivation to invest in that context.

Abstract

Procurement has experienced changes functionally and role, which previously as a transactional and administrative, currently to experience development in a strategic within the organization by the use of technology. Not all organizations can maximize the use of digitalization due to factor of the cost and human resource factor. The unpreparedness of these factors can affect the results obtained in the performance of the supply chain and organizational performance. This research is based on the theory of resource Based View (RBV),to produce sustainable organization and competitive advantage within the organization, can be achieved by having an internal strategy within the organization, one of the which is the use of technology and digitization in the area of digital procurement and supply chain innovation.The research in based on survey with the distribution of questionnaire with of 25 questions that show the impact on digital procurement, supply chain innovation, supply chain performance and organization performance. From the result of this study can be conclude that digital procurement capabilities do not have a positive impact on supply chain performance, while supply chain innovation has a positive effect on supply chain performance. And supply chain performance has a positive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Cita Rasa, Pelayanan Konsumen, dan Lokasi yang Strategis Terhadap Daya Saing UMKM Kuliner di Sampang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung dengan narasumber dan melakukan pengumpulan data berupa angket / kuisioner. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Cita Rasa, Pelayanan Konsumen, dan Lokasi yang Strategis terhadap Daya Saing UMKM di Sampang. Temuan hasil pada penelitian ini adalah : 1. Variabel Cita Rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing UMKM Kuliner di Sampang. 2. Variabel Pelayanan Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing UMKM Kuliner di Sampang. 3. Variabel Lokasi yang Strategis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing UMKM Kuliner di Sampang.
