Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Dangin Puri Kauh  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur pemilihan dan tata cara pencoblosan yang sah dalam Pemilu 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah tingginya jumlah suara tidak sah pada pemilu sebelumnya di Indonesia dengan menggunakan flyer sebagai alat komunikasi yang mudah diproduksi dan didistribusikan, serta mampu menyampaikan informasi secara sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu observasi pendahuluan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan secara humanis yang dilakukan oleh team KPU ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang panduan pencoblosan dan mengurangi jumlah suara tidak sah. Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan jumlah suara sah dan tidak sah dari rekapan KPPS Desa Dangin Puri Kauh, dengan harapan persentase suara tidak sah kurang dari 10%, di bawah persentase suara tidak sah Pemilu nasional sebelumnya. Lebih dari itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa strategi menggunakan flyer efektif dalam menurunkan jumlah suara tidak sah dan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan ini merupakan langkah yang efektif dalam mendukung proses demokrasi dan meningkatkan integritas pemilihan di tingkat lokal. The Use of Flyers to Educate the People of Dangin Puri Kauh Village on Voting Guidelines for the 2024 ElectionsAbstract: The community service activity carried out in Dangin Puri Kauh Village aims to increase the community's understanding of election procedures and procedures for valid voting in the 2024 Election. This activity was carried out to overcome the problem of the high number of invalid votes in the previous elections in Indonesia by using flyers as a tool. communication that is easy to produce and distribute, and is able to convey information simply. This service activity is carried out through three stages, namely preliminary observation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The results of this service activity show that the humanist approach taken by the KPU team was successful in increasing public understanding of voting guidelines and reducing the number of invalid votes. The evaluation activity was carried out by comparing the number of valid and invalid votes from the KPPS recap of Dangin Puri Kauh Village, with the hope that the percentage of invalid votes would be less than 10%, below the percentage of invalid votes in the previous national election. More than that, this service activity also shows that the strategy of using flyers is effective in reducing the number of invalid votes and is able to increase voter participation. Thus, it can be concluded that this approach is an effective step in supporting the democratic process and improving the integrity of elections at the local level.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum merupakan kontestasi politik yang terjadi setiap 5 (lima) tahunan di Indonesia. Pelaksanaan pemilu dipergunakan sebagai sarana demokrasi masyarakat untuk turut serta dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia dilaksanakan untuk memilih anggota legislatif dan eksekutif. Namun salah satu tantangan yang dialami penyelenggara pemilu adalah berkaitan dengan netralitas TNI, Kepolisian, dan ASN dalam proses pemilu baik dalam proses kampanye pelaksanaan maupun pelaporan hasil pemilihan umum oleh karena itu hal ini dapat ditunjukkan melalui hasil pengkajian terhadap netralitas ketiga lembaga tersebut pada pemilu 2019 di tingkat pemerintah daerah. Oleh karena itu badan pengawas Pemilu melakukan sosialisasi dengan mencegah pelanggaran netralitas dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum tahun 2004 kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi 2 (dua) arah antara perwakilan masing-masing instansi dan juga seluruh penyelenggara pemilu. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan dapat beragam jenis pelanggaran legalitas yang dilakukan oleh TNI, Kepolisian, dan ASN di Indonesia, antara lain ikut serta dalam kampanye menjadi anggota dari salah satu partai peserta kampanye dan alat peraga kampanye dan mensosialisasikan beserta Pemilu baik melalui media sosial

Abstract

Consumers who like shopping, have a greater tendency to seek information about certain products. If the information obtained is about a product that can attract the heart, it will bring up the desire to have the item immediately, so that impulse buying occurs. This study also aims to find the existence of the influence of idea shopping, value shopping, and gratification shopping on impulse buying among buyers in Zalora. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling method with 100 respondents. Data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. The results show partially and simultaneously Idea Shopping, Value Shopping, and Gratification Shopping has been proven to have a positive and effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Pandawa has become popular because of its attractiveness and supported by social media which can disseminate the advantages of this beach. This research aims to see how the event , destination image and E-WOM influence the revisit intention to the Pandawa Beach. The research method used is quantitative with population of tourists who have visited the Pandawa Beach tourist attraction. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,with a sample size of 95 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses  questionnaire distributed via GoogleForms which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that attractiveness partially has a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit, tourism image partially influences revisit intention, E-WOM partially has a positiveand significant effect on revisit intention, and simultaneously event  , tourism image, and E-WOM have a positive significant effect on in revisit intention. Considering the phenomenon, it is important for Pandawa Beach management to cooperate with international parties in organizing events, providing more value to the uniqueness of tourism destinations and also strengthening the pleasant experience of visiting tourists in order to increase tourist revisits intention.

Abstract

This study investigated the factors influencing purchasing decisions among millennials in the retail environment, with a focus on recent fashion, sales promotion, and store ambiance. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data was collected from millennials residing in Denpasar City, Bali, through questionnaire distribution. Factor analysis was employed to analyze the data, revealing four key factors: recent fashion, sales promotion, exterior store ambiance, and interior store ambiance. The results indicated that while recent fashion trends may have had a minor negative impact on purchasing decisions, sales promotions played a significant role in driving consumer interest. Moreover, both exterior and interior store ambiance exerted a substantial influence on purchasing decisions, emphasizing the importance of creating visually appealing and welcoming retail environments. These findings underscored the need for retailers to adopt a holistic approach to marketing and merchandising strategies, balancing trendy offerings with strategic promotions and enhancing store ambiance to optimize consumer engagement and drive sales. Overall, this study provided valuable insights for retailers seeking to understand and cater to the preferences of millennial consumers in the competitive retail landscape.

Abstract

Clustering Rata-rata Tingkat Spending Money Berdasarkan Profil Geografis dan Preferensi Konsumsi Wisatawan Mancanegara di Kota Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa potensi tingkat pengeluaran wisatawan (spending money) dari sisi profil geografis asal wisatawan serta preferensi konsumsi yang mereka lakukan berdasarkan lima kategori pengeluaran. Sejauh ini, mayoritas penelitian mengkaji tingkat pengeluaran wisatawan sebagai variabel yang dipengaruhi oleh durasi lama tinggal wisatawan (length of stay) dan juga beberapa faktor terkait demografis, seperti gender, umur, tingkat pendidikan, dan juga faktor-faktor sosio-demografis. Memperhitungkan bahwa industri pariwisata merupakan industri penyokong utama di Kota Denpasar sehingga dibutuhkan sudut pandang yang tidak hanya secara kuantitatif seperti durasi lama tinggal, namun juga pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui secara mendalam kesediaan wisatawan mancanegara untuk melakukan pembelanjaan berdasarkan karakter mereka dengan membedah segmentasi secara geografis dan perilaku. Ketatnya persaingan antar destinasi wisata menyebabkan pelaku usaha pada industri pariwisata di Kota Denpasar harus lebih cermat untuk menganalisa segmen wisatawan yang menjadi konsumen potensial. Karakter yang berbeda-beda antar negara mempengaruhi rata-rata tingkat pengeluaran yang mereka lakukan untuk setiap kategori jenis konsumsi. Mengetahui karakter wisatawan asing diharapkan akan menjadi sebuah strategi yang lebih efektif dalam menyasar wisatawan potensial dengan lebih optimal. Sepuluh peringkat teratas asal negara wisatawan asing menjadi acuan pemilihan sampel informan untuk mengetahui profil mereka secara lebih mendalam dan preferensi konsumsi yang mereka lakukan selama menikmati waktu liburan di Kota Denpasar.Kata kunci: Tingkat pengeluaran wisatawan, profil geografis, preferensi konsumsi, wisatawan mancanegara

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction plays a central role in the success of a company. When employees are satisfied with their jobs, they tend to be more productive, enthusiastic, and committed to the company's goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing and democratic leadership styles on the job satisfaction of employees at Bali Buda Restaurant in Ubud. The number of respondents involved in this study was 49 individuals. We collected data using a questionnaire and employed multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis technique. We conducted hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The research results indicate that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Democratic leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Collectively, knowledge sharing and democratic leadership styles significantly influence job satisfaction.

Abstract

The level of education possessed by employees would be increased or decreased the work performance. Other factors that have influenced employee performance apart from educational background are the competencies obtained by employees and also the discipline that is very necessary in tourism. This research aims to investigated the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline on employee performance at Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud. Specifically, the research will concentrate on identifying the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline. worker. The population consisted of 50 sampling, representing the entire workforce at Pramana Watu Kurung. The validity and reliability tests used on this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, F and t tests, and the coefficient of determination test are among the analyses employed in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that Pramana Watu Kurung employees perform better when they have a higher degree of education, competency, and work discipline all at once. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, employee performance is significantly positively impacted by education level. The Pramana Watu Kurung Resort finds that employee performance is significantly improved by competence. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, work discipline also significantly improves employee performance.

Abstract

Tingginya jumlah wisatawan asing yang datang ke Bali belum sepenuhnya diikuti dengan optimalisasi dalam pemungutan retribusi wisatawan asing (Foreign Tourist Levy). Kondisi ini mendorong Pemerintah Provinsi Bali untuk berinovasi melalui pengembangan aplikasi Love Bali sebagai bentuk penerapan konsep E-Government di sektor pariwisata. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, serta akuntabilitas dalam proses pengelolaan pungutan retribusi secara digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana penerapan E-Government melalui aplikasi Love Bali mampu mendukung tata kelola pemungutan retribusi wisatawan asing di Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, serta dokumentasi terhadap Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi Love Bali telah berjalan efektif sebagai sarana pembayaran digital bagi wisatawan asing. Aplikasi ini mempermudah proses administrasi, mempercepat pencatatan transaksi, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana retribusi. Selain itu, keberadaan aplikasi Love Bali mencerminkan komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang pariwisata. Implementasi sistem ini juga menjadi bukti nyata transformasi digital pemerintahan daerah menuju tata kelola yang modern, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, Love Bali berkontribusi signifikan dalam mewujudkan pariwisata Bali yang transparan, tertib, dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

This research endeavor seeks to elucidate the partial and simultaneous impacts of experiential marketing, emotional marketing, and brand equity on the likelihood of re-invitation. The population under investigation consisted of 93 patrons who had previously resided at The Allure Ubud Villa. The methodologies employed for data analysis encompassed Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Testing, F-Testing, and t-Testing. The findings indicated that experiential marketing exerted a positive and statistically significant influence on re-invitation, emotional marketing similarly demonstrated a positive and statistically significant effect on re-invitation, and brand equity also exhibited a positive and statistically significant influence on re-invitation. The recommendation proffered by the researcher is that The Allure Ubud Villa should enhance the competencies of its staff in delivering amicable service, by providing training, always providing good service, complete facilities, so that later guests who stay are truly immersed in the experience during their stay, always supervise employees in providing service, so that employees strive to provide the best service, and strive to build emotional attachment to guests who stay, by always providing and paying attention to guests.
