Abstract

Pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi kelompok dapat berjalan efektif jika terdapat kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan bawahannya. Dalam peran seperti itu, pemimpin dapat mengendalikan dan mempengaruhi situasi. Perilaku kepemimpinan tercermin dari sikap seseorang secara keseluruhan, yang ditunjukkan melalui ucapan dan perilakunya sebagai anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran fungsi kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi antara perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan fungsi kepemimpinan mampu memoderasi perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Abstract

Along with the development of technology, the development of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has increased rapidly. The increasing trend of online shopping makes cosmetics an item loved by society, especially women. However, the limitation of purchasing cosmetic products online is the limited experience of trying the products in person. Meanwhile, consumers want to save time and effort when making purchases. Shopee facilitates consumers by including augmented reality technology into its features Shopee beautycam, AR can increase convenience and support a practical lifestyle in purchasing products online. The adoption of AR encourages exploratory behavior in consumers, thus influencing them in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to discuss the influence of comfort and lifestyle factors and their relationship to purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using quantitative data analysis methods. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with a sample size of 200 respondents. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with the help of SPSS 27 software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, that simultaneously convenience and lifestyle have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus mampu mengembangkan kualitas berdasarkan kinerja yang baik, lingkungan yang sehat, etos kerja dan mampu bersaing di lembaga keuangan syariah di era globalisasi saat ini yang mempengaruhi suatu lembaga keuangan di bidang sektor perbankan. Seseorang karyawan harus mempunyai kinerja yang bekualitas tinggi untuk kemajuan lembaga di bidang keuangan syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 155 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Seorang pemimpin telah diidentifikasi sebagai orang yang berpengaruh dan dapat dipercaya di antara organisasi dan teladan yang efektif bagi karyawan. Sebagai pemimpin moral, seorang pemimpin etis dapat melakukan tindakan penghargaan dan hukuman selaras dengan prinsip moralnya untuk mengatur dan mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap iklim keamanan dan komitmen afektif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 170 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh tehadap iklim keamanan. Sedangkan kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh tehadap komitmen afektif. Abstract

Student graduation is an important aspect of accreditation at a university. One of the problems of concern is that the number of new students is not balanced with the number of graduates (graduating on time) the problem can lead to potential dropouts. From these problems it is necessary to conduct an analysis to predict the study period at Halmahera University. The main objective of this research is to predict student study period using Naïve Bayes algorithm, by utilising student graduation data from 2014-2017. The approach used involves the stages of data selection, data preprocessing, analytical processing, and output, with evaluation of prediction results using confusion matrix. Prediction of study period is done by data mining method and using Naïve Bayes algorithm to find patterns (knowledge). The data used is student graduation data in 2014-2017 with a total of 1,157 records, the data is divided into 926 records for training data (80%) and 231 records as testing data (20%). The prediction results show the accuracy rate of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm is 82.9%.

Abstract

E-commerce has become an integral part of consumer life, with the rapid growth of this industry. Customer perceptions of purchasing drivers are crucial in understanding consumer behavior within the E-commerce ecosystem. This research aims to explore customer perceptions regarding the influence of two main factors, namely discounts and free shipping, on purchase intent in the context of E-commerce. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach through literature review to elaborate on relevant previous studies concerning customer perceptions in E-commerce, particularly in the context of discounts and free shipping. The results of the literature review reveal various perspectives and findings that can provide in-depth insights into the impact of these two factors on consumer purchase intent. The research findings highlight that discounts and free shipping play a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions, significantly influencing their purchase intent. A brief discussion presents the key findings from the literature review, illustrating the contributions of each factor to purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study provides a holistic overview of the importance of discounts and free shipping in stimulating customer purchase intent in E-commerce. Abstract

This research will examine post-adoption of Digital Banks in terms of performance expectancy and effort expectancy variables. This study aims to examine more deeply the post-adoption of Digital Banks, looking for the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy through perceived behavioral control on the use of sustainable Digital Banks. This needs to be done because Digital Banks are currently still in a business model and do not yet have their own special regulations regarding their management. A relatively large initial investment certainly expects profitable sustainable use. The method is quantitative research, and use SEM PLS for analyze.The result is PE has a positive and significant effect on PBC (β: 0.319, P values: 0.004), EE has a positive and significant effect on PBC (β: 0.621, P values: 0.000) and PBC has a positive and significant effect on UB (β: 0.820, P values: 0.000). the implication is important for digital banks to continue to provide important and up-to-date information on a regular basis through notifications available on digital banks. When there is a development of feature innovation, digital banks still have to simplify the flow that must be followed so that sustainable use of digital banks can be achieved. Abstract

Fenomena yang sering terjadi di masyarakat dan lingkungan sekolah adalah mayoritas dari mereka memiliki kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi, namun belum memiliki prilaku yang baik. Maka , dengan menjadikan membaca Al-Quran sebagai kebiasaan, mereka bisa menyadari bahwa kecerdasan spritual penting untuk menciptakan prilaku yang baik, sehingga dapat melahirkan generasi yang berpotensi dan memiliki kecerdasan spritual yang tinggi dalam bertingkah laku. Begitupun sekolah shatit phatna witya di yala, thailand untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, guru melaksanakan kegiatan membaca Al-Quran sebagai kebiasaan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya keberhasilan atas upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa melalui kebiasaan membaca Al-Quran, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sudut pandang spiritual keagamaan, sosial-kegamaan, dan etika keagamaan dalam kriteria yang baik.

Abstract

Government agencies are one of the agencies that get the spotlight in terms of performance. The Regional Secretariat in its implementation is the center of administrative activities of the wheels of government in the region. Human resources are a benchmark for the success of an organization/agency in achieving performance. However, this need will not be sufficient if it is not supported by performance boosters provided by the company and the employees themselves. The boosters are worker competence, compensation, and a good work environment, all of which will increase work motivation. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of competence, compensation, and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. This type of research is quantitative research with survey methode within questionnaires. The population used was all employees and leaders at the level of the Riau Islands Regional Secretary as many as 183 people and the sample was all levels of employee positions in the Riau Islands Regional Secretariat, namely 100 people. which was determined by census sampling. Then there is no mediating / intervening effect of work environment between competence and work motivation while compensation has an effect to motivation with moderating work environment. However, there is also an effect of compensation and competence on work performance with motivation as intervening variable.

Abstract

Abstract This research evaluates Indonesia's strategy in respecting refugee rights, particularly through the policy implementation of the Task Force for Foreign Refugee Handling (Satgas PPLN) in Sidoarjo, in response to challenges arising from not ratifying the 1951 Refugee Convention. A qualitative methodology was employed for an in-depth exploration of phenomena within their real-life context, including extensive interviews with stakeholders directly involved in refugee management, field observations at refugee accommodations like Puspa Agro Apartment and Hotel Green Bamboo, and document analysis including government regulations and reports from UNHCR and IOM. Findings reveal Indonesia’s strategic engagement in fulfilling basic human rights for refugees, such as shelter and healthcare, while facing challenges in non-formal work participation and the absence of formal education and work permits for refugees. Through the establishment of Satgas PPLN and collaboration with international bodies, Indonesia demonstrates a commitment to humanitarian principles, despite legal and economic framework limitations. This study concludes that Indonesia’s approach contributes to the global discourse on refugee management by showcasing how a country can engage in refugee protection without being bound by international refugee convention laws. It highlights the importance of local initiatives and international cooperation in addressing refugee needs and suggests the necessity for more inclusive policies facilitating social and economic integration of refugees. Practical implications include recommendations for enhanced surveillance and investigation to prevent refugee exploitation by smuggling syndicates and the dissemination of legal information to refugees to reduce illegal entry and stay. Keywords: immigration, collaborative governance, refugees, UNHCR Abstrak Penelitian ini mengevaluasi strategi Indonesia dalam menghormati hak pengungsi, khususnya melalui implementasi kebijakan Satgas PPLN di Sidoarjo, sebagai respons terhadap tantangan yang muncul akibat tidak meratifikasi Konvensi Pengungsi 1951. Metodologi kualitatif digunakan untuk eksplorasi mendetail fenomena dalam konteks kehidupan nyatanya, meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan yang langsung terlibat dalam manajemen pengungsi, observasi lapangan di akomodasi pengungsi seperti Apartemen Puspa Agro dan Hotel Green Bamboo, dan analisis dokumen termasuk regulasi pemerintah dan laporan dari UNHCR dan IOM. Temuan mengungkapkan keterlibatan strategis Indonesia dalam memenuhi hak dasar manusia bagi pengungsi, seperti tempat berlindung dan perawatan kesehatan, tantangan partisipasi kerja non-formal dan absennya pendidikan formal serta izin kerja untuk pengungsi. Melalui pembentukan Satgas PPLN dan kolaborasi dengan badan internasional, Indonesia menunjukkan komitmen terhadap prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, meskipun dalam batasan kerangka hukum dan ekonominya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Indonesia memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus global tentang manajemen pengungsi dengan menunjukkan contoh bagaimana negara dapat terlibat dalam perlindungan pengungsi tanpa terikat oleh hukum konvensi pengungsi internasional. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya inisiatif lokal dan kerja sama internasional dalam mengatasi kebutuhan pengungsi dan menyarankan kebutuhan untuk kebijakan yang lebih inklusif yang memfasilitasi integrasi sosial dan ekonomi pengungsi. Implikasi praktis meliputi rekomendasi untuk peningkatan mekanisme pengawasan dan penyelidikan guna mencegah eksploitasi pengungsi oleh sindikat penyelundupan dan penyebaran informasi hukum kepada pengungsi untuk mengurangi masuk dan tinggal secara tidak sah.
