Abstract

Abstract This study examines how government policies, technological innovation, financing availability, and the value chain concept interact to affect the income quality and value added of coffee commodity producers in Kerinci Regency, Jambi, Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used in a quantitative analysis with 200 farmers as a sample to evaluate the correlations between the important variables. The findings show a strong positive correlation between the variables under investigation and the value added in coffee production as well as income quality. For policymakers, practitioners, and researchers looking to improve the financial security of the region's coffee producers, these findings offer insightful information. Abstract

Abstract This research examines the effectiveness of adopting Sun Tzu's strategies to achieve domination in the tourism business, resulting in the establishment of sustainable tourism. "The Art of War" is a classic Chinese work of strategy authored by philosopher Sun Tzu. It offers combat methods and highlights the importance of power in navigating a complex commercial environment. Entrepreneurs in any industry clearly recognise the need of maintaining higher levels of customer satisfaction for the sustainability of their business. The significant decrease in sales of business products can be attributed to the unsatisfactory levels of client satisfaction. Simultaneously, the persistent loss in sales numbers implies a significant risk of the business facing bankruptcy. Business managers must anticipate and strategize for competition from competitors, taking into consideration several factors. This research uses a qualitative research methodology. The findings demonstrate that the fundamental principles of Sun Tzu's Art of War can be effectively employed to attract customers in the tourism industry. This can be achieved by demonstrating respect towards customers, efficiently organising information, maintaining a clear focus on objectives, securing advantageous positions, launching strategic attacks, implementing unexpected tactics, skilfully manoeuvring, concentrating resources, leveraging economic power, establishing a resilient command structure, exhibiting strong leadership, and employing straightforward problem-solving techniques. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that an Influencer has credibility and can make potential consumers decide to buy a product based on the trust that comes from the Influencer's good credibility. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of Influencer Credibility on Purchasing Decisions. Different from a number of other studies, this research adds the price variable as a moderating variable which can strengthen the influence of the Influencer Credibility variable on Purchasing Decisions. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses previous research related to Influencer Credibility, Purchasing Decisions, and Price as a benchmark for finding elements of novelty in subsequent research. The data used in this research uses primary data obtained from Suzuki sales spread throughout Indonesia with 300 employees. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the Influencer Credibility variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. These results were obtained due to consumer trust in Influencers who have good credibility. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the Path Coefficient is also the second hypothesis in this research, showing that the Price variable can strengthen the influence of the Influencer Credibility variable on Purchasing Decisions. With affordable prices and service accompanied by good Influencer Credibility, it can make consumers more confident in making purchasing decisions. This statement can be proven from the results of the P-Values which show a positive relationship and a significant influence because it is below 0.05, which is 0.000, more significant than the direct test of 0.012. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that if an employee has good health, it can make the employee work more productively, efficiently, enthusiastically, and of course can have a good impact on the employee's performance. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health on employee performance. In contrast to a number of other studies, this research adds the Work Environment variable as a moderating variable which is believed to strengthen the influence of the Work Environment variable on the Employee Performance variable. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from 450 employees of Rumah Makan Pagi Sore spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained from the research was collected using an online questionnaire method in the form of multiple choice questions with 3 major themes covering Occupational Health, Employee Performance and Work Environment. Of course, this research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach by using previous related research as a foundation for leaping higher to discover new novelties. The result in this article show good occupational health can make employees more productive at work, work results more efficient, and time to achieve work targets more effective, which in the end can influence employee performance. The first researcher's hypothesis and speculation could be proven because the P-Values were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.011.. Apart from the first hypothesis, researchers can also prove the second hypothesis if a comfortable, safe and peaceful work environment variable, both physical and non-physical, can increase the influence of occupational health on employee performance. The second statement and hypothesis is proven from the results of the third P-Values table, the second line Path Coefficient which is below the significant level of 0.05, namely 0.000, is more significant than the direct tester's 0.011. Based on this, the first and second hypotheses that researchers believe in this article can be proven and accepted. Keywords: Occupational Health, Employee Performance, Work Environment

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the financial performance of property and real estate sector companies as measured using the Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxies on the level of CSR disclosure in 2020-2022. The research sample consisted of 12 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. Data was obtained via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that ROE has no effect on the level of CSR disclosure, meaning that companies with a high level of profitability tend not to disclose Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). NPM has no effect on CSR disclosure, meaning that high or low profits obtained by the company do not influence the company's decision to disclose CSR. Meanwhile, DER influences CSR disclosure, meaning that the size of a company's leverage ratio can influence the amount of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure made by the company.

Abstract

Companies need to build good relationships with stakeholders by meeting the demands of stakeholders which are the company's efforts to maintain good company performance. One of the company's efforts to build a good relationship with stakeholders is by disclosing transparent information. Currently, more and more companies want to provide a clear picture of corporate practices and responsibilities, one of which is by disclosing environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) aspects. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on company performance and provide empirical evidence regarding the role of board gender diversity on the influence of ESG on the performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study found that ESG has a positive effect on company performance and board gender diversity plays a role in encouraging ESG activities to improve company performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract The concept of tourism has taken a step higher following digital flows in every sector and one of them is the tourism secto. One side of the digital tourism concept can make tourism in Indonesia more advanced through digital marketing, the concept of virtual tourism, and so on. However, on the other hand, the concept of digital tourism can actually become a new type of digital crime in Indonesia in the form of fraud, cyber crimes, data breaches, and so on. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which contains a description of the advantages and disadvantages of the presence of the Digital Tourism concept in Indonesia. The data that researchers use in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from credible websites, scientific articles, books, and so on which are usually used in scientific articles. Advantages and disadvantages in this research are measured using the standard SWOT analysis technique. The result n this article show The concept of digital tourism can make tourism even busier, known to many people because marketing methods through digital systems have a wide reach, save time and have minimal costs which in the end can increase income from the world of Indonesian tourism. On the other hand, the concept of digital terrorism can create new types of crime including online fraud, theft of personal data, and other types of cyber crime. From the SWOT analysis carried out by researchers, the Digital Tourism concept has many advantages and disadvantages. To minimize losses as much as possible, protection is needed. Abstract

Abstrak Perbedaan persepsi mengenai penghindaran pajak didasari oleh penilaian moral individu. Penilaian moral mencerminkan kemampuan individu untuk menentukan tindakan etis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor persepsi etis terhadap penghindaran pajak dan pengaruh persepsi etis terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Survei dilakukan terhadap 150 responden. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan software SEM sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: H1: Relativisme mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi etis penghindaran pajak. H2: Idealisme mempunyai pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap persepsi etis penghindaran pajak. H3: Religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap persepsi etis penghindaran pajak dan yang terakhir H4: Persepsi etis penghindaran pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepatuhan pajak sukarela. Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya karyawan yang tinggi akan bermuara pada lahirnya komitmen yang kuat dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas rutin sesuai tanggung jawab dan fungsinya masingmasing secara lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Oleh sebab itu, upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat diarahkan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Dengan demikian peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia semakin penting terhadap setiap kegiatan kepegawaian untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi pengembangan dan kemajuan bagi organisasi kepemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 175 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstrak Dalam suatu instansi kinerja karyawan menentukan dalam keberhasilan instansi tersebut. Kinerja dapat diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugastugas yang diberikan untuk mencapai target kerja. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kualitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 165 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
