Schools play an important role in educating children in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In Indonesia, the case of sexual abuse to children increases currently. Abstract

The existence of the e-catalog program began to grow rapidly in Indonesia. However, currently, the understanding of SMEs related to the use of e-catalogs is still low. Moreover, currently, most of the consumers and public facilities built have started to use digital technology, so SMEs must be able to integrate their business with technological developments, especially through e-catalogs to make it easier to market their goods and services. The e-catalog is currently aimed at encouraging revenue growth in the SME sector and the government sector to reduce corruption rates related to the procurement of government goods and services. This community service is carried out by providing counseling related to e-catalogs to the Solo UMKM Association (PUS). The results of this counseling show that counseling related to the e-catalog is in accordance with the needs of UMKM players in Surakarta City and answers the concerns of UKM players in Surakarta City regarding how to access and use the e-catalog itself so that it can support the achievement of the government's target of using e-catalogs.

Abstract

The government is currently promoting the growth of m-payment usage in Indonesia. Therefore, research is needed to identify the factors influencing the adoption intention of m-payment. One theory frequently employed to elucidate the usage intention of m-payment is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). According to this theory, intention arises from perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This study integrates TAM with psychological variables, namely, trust and subjective norms. This research aims to examine the factors influencing the adoption intention of m-payment. Before conducting the model test, this research begins with adapting and validating all measurement tools in the Indonesian language. Participants in this study are individuals aged 17 and above who own smartphones. The entire data collection is done online. The research instrument is validated with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, subjective norm, and the adoption intention of m-payment (N=209). The model test is conducted through path analysis (N=210). The validation process confirms the theoretical model of the five instruments in the Indonesian version. The CFA results indicate that all five research instruments meet the cut-off criteria for fit indices RMSEA, CFI, TLI, and SRMR. The path analysis results reveal that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norm influence the adoption intention of m-payment. In contrast, trust does not affect the adoption intention of m-payment. This research contributes both theoretically and practically, particularly regarding the factors influencing m-payment adoption.

Abstract

Abstract

The low compliance of vehicle owners, weak supervision, and manual services that are slow and prone to extortion remain challenges in the implementation of vehicle roadworthiness tests (uji kir). Sibanter (Non-Cash Motor Vehicle Assistance System) is an innovation in vehicle testing services at the Karanganyar Regency Transportation Agency, which has been simulated since 2019. This application is designed to facilitate the process of application submission, scheduling, and monitoring of kir inspections online. However, until 2024, the adoption of Sibanter Application still faces various obstacles, so its development goals have not been fully achieved. This study aims to identify the factors influencing user acceptance of the Sibanter Application by applying the UMEGA model (Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption). The research employed a quantitative method with PLS-SEM analysis, involving 96 respondents selected through convenience sampling, and data were collected via questionnaires. The results indicate that the acceptance of Sibanter Application is influenced by four factors: effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and attitude.
