Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of interactive, informative, and social media marketing trends on customer brand engagement and the consequences for the brand loyalty of the @starbucksindonesia Instagram account. The population used in this study is followers and customers on accounts Instagram @starbucksindonesia in Semarang City. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling method and distributed the Google form questionnaire as the instrument. SEM (Structural Equation Mode) with SMART PLS 3 is used in this study to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, coefficient of determination tests (Adjusted R Square) and t tests. The results of this study indicate an informative variable. The trend variable has a significant positive effect on customer brand involvement and brand loyalty except interactive. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine social media marketing and product quality on customer loyalty with brand image as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach with classical assumption tests, multiple regression, sobel tests, and hypothesis testing. Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Program of Science (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that social media marketing, product quality, and brand image have a positive influence on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. Then the results of further research that social media marketing and product quality have a positive influence on the brand image of Skintific serum in Bandung. Next, the results of data processing that brand image can mediate the effect of product quality on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. However, it is different from the results of this data processing where brand image cannot mediate the effect of social media marketing on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of land area, number of workers, and oil palm production on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of plantation sub-sectors in South Labuhanbatu District, North Sumatra Province. The GDP variable of the plantation sub-sector is used as a dependent variable, while land area, number of workers, and oil palm production are used as independent variables. The data used is secondary data from 2011 to 2021 which is interpolated into quarterly data, with a total of 44 data. The analysis method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression using Eviews 10.0 software. OLS analysis is a development of multiple regression analysis that describes how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that land area, number of workers, and oil palm production have a positive and significant influence on the GRDP of plantation sub-sectors in South Labuhanbatu Regency both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the regression results show that land area has a coefficient of 11.52384 with a probability value of less than 0.05%, the number of workers has a coefficient of 0.300888 with a probability value of less than 0.05%, and oil palm production has a coefficient of 2.222429 with a probability value of less than 0.05%. Simultaneously, the variables of land area, number of workers, and oil palm production contribute 87% to the variable GDP of the plantation sub-sector in South Labuhanbatu Regency. Abstract

Employee performance plays a critical role in improving organizational progress. Various factors such as career advancement, work ethics, and democratic leadership approach impact the enhancement of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine, in part simultaneously, how democratic leadership style, work discipline, and career development affect employee performance in the Village Government Centre in Malang. This research makes use of quantitative methods. Using the saturation sampling technique, 35 employees of the Center for Village Government in Malang were chosen to comprise the research sample, which included the whole population. techniques for use a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method utilized is multiple linear regression, and SPSS 26 is the program used to do this. The study's conclusions show that career development, work discipline, and a democratic leadership style all have a substantial influence on worker performance at the Village Government Centre in Malang. A partial body of research indicates that employee productivity is significantly impacted by work discipline, career development, and democratic leadership approaches. These results highlight the potential benefits of career development, workplace discipline, and democratic leadership styles for improving worker performance. Abstract

Financial reports for MSME players play a role in ensuring that financial management is running well and as a reference that the business is healthy, marked by smooth financial flows. Many MSMEs are still unfamiliar with financial bookkeeping because it is considered something complicated. Apart from that, quite a few MSME players have implemented financial bookkeeping, even if it is simple. Simple financial bookkeeping still encounters obstacles, so efforts are made to use applications, one of which is the Bukuwarung application which can be accessed via smartphone. This research aims to analyze the application of digital bookkeeping through the Buku Warung application at the Wisma Tani Store. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews with the owner of the Wisma Tani Agricultural Shop, Ds. Glinggang and documentation for using the BukuWarung application. Data analysis applies the Miles and Hubberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The Bukuwarung application is a financial recording application used by MSMEs in their financial reporting. According to the Wisma Tani Agricultural Shop UMKM player, using the Bukuwarung application makes it easier to keep book-keeping for his business. Profit and loss statements are easier to understand and recorded neatly. Bukuwarung has a feature, namely recording income and expenses, which ensures that cash flow remains well recorded and provides business bookkeeping reports that can be accessed daily, weekly or monthly, making it easier for business owners to monitor the financial health of their business in real-time.. Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing company engaged in the field of packaging and printing for product labels. PT X has implemented almost all of Goverment Regulation number 35 of 2021 which is one of the regulations in the Employment Cluster Omnibus Law. Knowing the application of the Omnibus Law which can cause various problems and how company’s management apply these regulations within the company is important to know and worthy of research. The implementation of the FGD is useful for the HRD department in evaluating the implementation of the Employment Cluster of Omnibus Law. As a result of the FGD, several employees still do not understand this latest regulation. Some employees who think they are against it do not know the positive impact. This is because the issues that arise are only negative things about the Employment Cluster Omnibus Law. Limited knowledge also comes from social media and television which often raise negative issues and have a negative impact on employees. Even though it does not cause a reduction in conduciveness in the work environment, HRD department must always monitor all negative issues circulating in the Company and conduct dialogue with employees who are deemed to be causing provocation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze consumer behavior factors related to students' decisions when purchasing Eiger Adventure products. This research aims to understand consumer behavioral factors towards Eiger Adventure products and determine consumer behavioral factors that partially or simultaneously influence students' purchasing decisions for Eiger Adventure products. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique was conducted on 385 respondents through questionnaires distributed on social media using purposive sampling. Data analysis consists of descriptive analysis. Validity and Reliability Test Classical Hypothesis Testing Multiple Linear Regression Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination Test using IBM SPSS software. The research results on cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors are classified as very good and have an important influence on partial and simultaneous purchasing decisions. Abstract

The increasingly rapid growth of garment companies on a household scale, such as today, is causing employee dissatisfaction with the work they do. This shows that there are problems that occur, namely the system of alternating employee work holidays, less attention to occupational safety and health for employees, the number of employees is relatively small resulting in the workload received by each employee relatively increasing. This study aims to determine how the balance between work life balance, occupational safety and health and workload influences employee job satisfaction in household-scale clothing companies. This research was conducted quantitatively through surveys, data collection methods using questionnaires processed using the SPSS program, The saturated sample consisted of ninety respondents. The study results show that the work life balance variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction; occupational safety and health variables have an influence on employee job satisfaction; and the workload variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, the work-life balance variable, occupational safety and health and workload variables simultaneously have an influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable and important assets owned by an organization/company. This research aims to reveal employee job satisfaction which is influenced by The Big Five Personalities. This research was conducted at the Padma Hotel using 106 respondents from 144 current employees. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely an associative approach, which focuses on analysis to determine the relationship between two or more variables, and aims to quantitatively estimate the magnitude of the influence of changes in one or more events. From the results of the data processing and analysis carried out several conclusions were obtained. namely the five dimensions of The Big Five Personality partially influence employee job satisfaction. Likewise, the results of simultaneous testing concluded that the five dimensions of The Big Five Personality simultaneously influence job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment on employee performance at the PNTC Special Needs Clinic Surakarta.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a population of all employees of the PNTC Surakarta Special Needs Children's Clinic which totals 30 people. The sampling technique uses a census technique which means that all employees totaling 30 people are sampled in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used in this study is classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis test using t-test and F test, and determination coefficient analysis.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that partially competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Stress levels have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment affect employee performance.
