Abstract

Abstract is written concisely and factually, includes the background of research, the purpose of research, the method of research, the result of research, conclusion, and recommendation. Abstract is written in one paragraph, font Times New Roman 11, italic and 1 spacing. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee morale with motivation as an intervening variable at CV. Jati Sarana Mulia. The data for this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 65 employees of CV. Jati Sarana Mulia. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, where the total sample and population used in this study are the same in number. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling equation model using variance or component based structural equation modeling. After analyzing the data, the results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on employee morale. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on morale through motivation. Leadership style has no effect on morale through motivation.

Abstract

Normal worker performance is the end result of certain movements completed with the aid of personnel in their paintings. If the effects of the paintings are in accordance with the requirements present in the affiliation, then the association's dreams may be done. The reason of this studies is to decide the have an impact on of management, motivation and physical paintings environment on worker performance on the Dinas Perindsutrian dan Tenaga Kerja Rembang Regency. The research become directed the usage of a saturated sampling approach so that 44 respondents were obtained. The information collection procedure uses a questionnaire. The facts evaluation method uses a couple of linear regression evaluation. The check used is a willpower test, which specially assessments how a good deal impact the existing independent variable factors have on the structured variable. The effects of this studies display that management has a mere fine effect, motivation has a huge advantageous impact, and the bodily work surroundings has a trifling fantastic impact on authorities overall performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Borneo Indoor Futsal Banjarmasin. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used is all employees from this research site. The sample used was 30 people. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to all respondents. This research was analyzed using the IBM version of the SPSS 25 software test tool. The analysis tests carried out were instrument tests, classist assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests and termination coefficient tests. From the research results it was found that the data used were valid and reliable. For the partial influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance positive and significant effect. Likewise, the F test results show that the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable together.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah “Strategi Pemasaran Berdasarkan Analisis SWOT pada Retail Tradisional di Toko Pangestu” . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui posisi Toko Pangestu dalam pemasaran berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal serta mengetahui strategi mana yang cocok digunakan oleh Toko Pangestu. Industri ritel mengalami pertumbuhan yang relatif pesat dengan waralaba dan konsep mandiri tersebar dihampir setiap kota. Perubahan selera konsumen menjadi salah satu alasan perkembangan. Oleh karena itu, tidak mengherankan jika persaingan di industri ini menjadi semakin ketat. Perusahaan perlu mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan internalnya, serta peluang dan ancaman dari lingkungan eksternal agar dapat memasarkan produknya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Survei dilakukan di Toko Pangestu di Jalan Samratulangi, Sungai Keledang Kec. Samarinda Seberang, Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is very influential on economic conditions in a country. Especially in the banking sector. The impact is a shift in people's behavior in consuming a good or service. The existence of this technological transformation must be addressed wisely, especially banks by innovating, efficiency and effectiveness of service services to customers. Banks need to improve Trust, Service Quality and Brand image in order to be competitive. This bank continues to strive to provide services in order to satisfy its customers. Bank UOB is a company engaged in banking that has its head office in Jakarta and branch offices in several other cities in Indonesia. The more advanced technological developments, many people are looking for an item or tool that is flexible, efficient and can be used whenever needed without having to waste so much time. In this era, banking increasingly refers to efforts to achieve social, economic progress, by making new products, providing better service quality and instilling trust and a good brand image in customers.This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of trust, service quality, brand image on the satisfaction of Bank UOB Jakarta credit card users. The study population is all UOB Bank credit card users, sampling is carried out by probability sampling with the random sampling method, Data analysis using SPSS 23 the number of samples used was 70 respondents from 230 populations. The results proved that trust has a significant positive effect on UOB Bank credit card user satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on UOB Bank credit card user satisfaction, brand image has a significant positive effect on UOB Bank credit card user satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, education and training on employee motivation and performance at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate, either partially or simultaneously. The population taken for this research were 45 employees at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling method, while the research instruments used were questionnaires and a list of questions. Hypothesis testing uses the path analysis method with the help of SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously organizational culture, education and training have a positive and significant effect on competence and directly or indirectly also have a positive and significant impact on employee motivation and performance at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate. The most dominant variable influencing motivation and performance is the Organizational Culture Variable. This research has limitations in the variables used, the independent variables are: organizational culture, training and motivation as intervening variables. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance. Meanwhile, there are still many variables that influence performance.

Abstract

Background: The use of Electronic Payment Systems has permeated daily life, influencing the financial habits of various generations. In this context, GoPay, as a Digital Payment System provider, needs to understand the impact of Electronic Service Quality (E-SerQual) on the financial habits and consumer loyalty of Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Research Objective: The study aims to investigate how E-SerQual on GoPay affects the level of user loyalty across three different generations. Factors such as system availability, fulfillment, responsiveness, and compensation will be evaluated to understand their impact on users' decisions to continue using the GoPay service. Method: The research employs a quantitative confirmatory method using the Smart PLS application. One hundred fifty respondents from three generations participated, with multi-group analysis used to compare the results among Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Findings: The research results indicate a positive and significant relationship between E-SerQual and E-Loyalty in all generations. Generation Z shows the most robust impact, followed by Millennials, and then Generation X. Results and Recommendations: It was found that understanding the different preferences and responses of each generation is crucial for developing more effective marketing strategies. Recommendations include enhancing the electronic service experience to improve consumer loyalty across all generations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis minat mahasiswa manajemen Universitas PGRI Semarang dalam beriwrausaha dengan menggunakan self efficacy sebagai variabel intervensi. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan melibatkan mahasiswa manajemen Universitas PGRI semarang angkatan 2019 tingkat akhir dengan jumlah 132 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Analisis deskriptif adalah metode pengumpulan data yang menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, dengan model pengukuran (struktural) inner model dan uji pengaruh tidak langsung. Pada analisis ini tentang minat berwirausaha yang mempengaruhi keinginan dalam berbisnis yang dimediasi oleh keefektifan diri sendiri pada mahasiswa manajemen UPGRIS angakatan 2019 tingkat akhir. Pada pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha yang dimediasi self efficacy pada mahasiswa manajemen UPGRIS angakatan 2019 tingkat akhir.

Abstract

Insentif merupakan balas jasa yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang prestasinya diatas standardimana insentif tersebut merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mendukung prinsip adil dalam pemberian kompensasi, ini adalah salah satu upaya yang ditempuh oleh organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Di RSUD Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya Insentif yang diterima karyawan masih belum merata, dan kinerja karyawan yang masih kurang baik dalam melayani pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi insentif dan kinerja karywan di bagian rekam medis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 26 karyawan di bagian rekam medis. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan insentif diperoleh rata-rata dari 26 responden mengatakan isentif yangditerima kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (57,7%), dan berdasarkan 26 respondenrata-ratamengatakan kinerja dengan kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (53,8%).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of product quality and service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at Informa Artha Gading Mal Branch, as well as to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of product quality and service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at Informa Artha Gading Mal Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out based on the Miles & Huberman concept, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that product quality at Informa Artha Gading Mal Branch, in this case, plays a role in providing guarantees that the company has superior products compared to its competitors so that consumers feel satisfied. Meanwhile, the quality of service at Informa Mal Artha Gading Branch plays a role in creating a good shopping experience so that it can increase consumer satisfaction. Supporting factors for the role of product quality and service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at Informa Mal Artha Gading Branch are the good skills of employees and the existence of a positive work environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the role of product quality and service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at Informa Artha Gading Mal Branch is the company's inability to predict the number of consumers per day.
