Abstract

Mathematics learning is learning that develops student creativity to improve thingking skills, construct new knowledge to increase good mastery of mathematical material. In learning mathematics there are several obstacles, namely low student achievement, lack of student motivation and students still think that mathematics is difficult and difficult to learn. To overcome these obstacles there is a solution for learning mathematics that is using Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) assisted by the number of hours in the addition operation material. By using Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) assisted by number hours, it is expected to be able to improve student learning achievement in the addition operation material at SDN Batulawang. This research uses quantitative research using quasi experimental methods with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in SDN Batulawang with a population of thirty people and used a systematic sample that divided students into two classes using even odd numbers, so that the control class was fifteen people and the experimental class fifteen people. Data collection techniques were carried out through pretest and posttest. Data were analyzed using SPSS.

Abstract

Science learning is the science of natural phenomena in the form of facts generated based on field observations including science. In natural science learning there are several obstacles, namely the low learning achievement of students, in the learning process in the classroom still using conventional learning models only with lectures and centered on textbooks only, there is no group discussion students tend to be passive and the teacher becomes the center of the learning process, so that students in science learning in the classroom feels boring and less challenging so students are less active in class. Based on the problem of difficulties in the learning process, the application of the make a match learning model is expected to be able to improve student achievement in the material benefits of style in everyday life of class IV SDN Puspajaya. The study uses quantitative research methods with experimental research methods using quasi-external design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted at SDN Puspajaya with a population of twenty students by using a saturated sample that divides students into two classes, namely the control class of ten students and the experimental class of ten students. Data collection techniques were performed using pretest and posttest tests and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 23.

Abstract

This research model uses several stages, namely the analysis phase, the design phase, the development stage, the implementation phase, the evaluation stage. The results showed the difference in class average between classes using media and not using monopoly media based on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill). This is evidenced by the results of the t-test in which the number of t arithmetic (3,590)> ttable (1,708). So the result is effectiveness in the use of HOTS (Higher Order Thingking Skill) based animal and food material monopoly in grade IV SD 01 Kalicari.

Abstract

Natural science is one of the subjects contained in the elementary or elementary level curriculum. In line with the learning of natural science in elementary school, learning natural science is one of the subjects that is still considered difficult by. In science learning there are several obstacles, namely the low student learning achievement, in the learning process in the classroom still using conventional learning models only with lectures and centered on textbooks only, there is no group discussion students tend to be passive and the teacher becomes the center of the learning process, so that students in science learning in the classroom feels boring and less challenging so students are less active in class. Based on the problem of difficulties in the learning process, the application of the power of cooperative tipe the power of two expected to be able to improve student learning achievement on magnetic material of class IV SDN Cililitan. The study uses quantitative research methods with experimental research methods using quasi-external design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted at SDN Cililitan with a population of eighteen students by using a saturated sample that divides students into two classes, namely the control class of ten students and the experimental class of ten students. Data collection techniques were performed using pretest and posttest tests and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Koopertatif Type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model on the mathematical understanding capabilities of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN Warung Bambu II East Karawang Sub-District of Karawang Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. In this study, a sample of 30 people using Simple Random Sampling technique and divided into two groups, namely the experiment group and the control group. The research instruments used are multiple choice. The test is used to measure mathematical comprehension capabilities. The data analysis technique used is statistical calculation. The results of the multiple choice question test validity test in mathematics subjects were obtained 20 items of instruments that were declared valid from 30 instruments tested. The result of the rehab was a value of 0.97. Hypothetical test results, with a degree of signifiability between the Type Two Stay Two Stray cooperative model and the results of mathematical understanding capabilities. It is obtained thitung = 0.514 > ttabel 4,409) with sig = 0.000 > 0.05 and n = 30 indicates that the hypothesis is rejected. From the results of this study can be concluded that there is a perngaruh mathematical understanding capability that uses the Cooperative Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much environmental care students in elementary schools are and the researchers hope to foster a sense and love of caring for the school environment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The place for the implementation of this research is SDIT Al-Irsyadiyyah, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. The subjects of this research are the principal, teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that students of SDIT Al-irsyadiyyah, Telukjambe District show that environmental care at school is carried out through routine school activities, spontaneous activities, modeling and conditioning. Environmental care activities require that every morning and after school clean the environment at school besides that there are routine activities, namely Jumsih (clean Friday) which all involve school members including school principals, teachers and students who always play an active role in this activity. In this case there is a sanction for students and teachers who do not carry out the morning picket.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of model problem solving with students learning motivation in scince subjectts at SD Sukamakmur 1, TelukJambe Timur district. This research is a quantitative research. The population used in this study were all grade IV studenta of SD Negeri Sukamakmur 1, TelukJambe Timur subdistrict, amounting 80 students. Data collection technique to test the hypothesis is done by calculating the product moment statistics.The results of the validity of the students’ learning motivation questionnaire in natural science subject obtained 27, which were declared valid from 40 items tested. The reability test results an rn value 3,470. Hypothesis testing results, there are significant differences between students’ learning motivation in science subjects with student learning outcomes. It was obtained 84,48 tables in 2,024 with a significance of 0,05 and n=40 indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the learning motivation of students in science subjects with learning outcomes has an influence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal classroom management carried out by the teacher. The teacher has mastered the material (content) well, it's just that the delivery method is not optimal, in this case pedagogical knowledge of teaching, understanding of how certain problem topics are presented, adjusted to the various interests and abilities of students, and ways to make it understandable by learners. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical knowledge on classroom management in elementary schools in Sanden District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type used is ex-post facto research.The research design used to be Causal Research, this design was used to determine the effect of Pedagogical Knowledge on Classroom Management. The results of data collection will be calculated using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the independent variable, namely Pedagogical Knowledge, on the dependent variable, namely Class Management. After calculating the t value, it is known that the tcount value is 3.104> 2.014, so it can be concluded that the Pedagogical Knowledge (X) variable has an effect on the Class Management variable (Y). This means that the higher the level of teacher knowledge related to pedagogical knowledge, the higher the level of classroom management

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activities and learning result of Civics for grade IV elementary school students by using the Value Clarification technique (VCT) learning method. The research method used classroom action research (PTK) model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research was conducted at Jamiatul Khoir Tangerang city. Data were collected through test, observation, and documentation techniques which were then analyzed through qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in Civics learning result as seen from the average value of Civics learning result obtained by students in the pre-cycle was 63.7 in cycle I, namely 75.4 and in cycle II, namely 86.7. Thus the application of the Value Clarification technique (VCT) method in Civics learning for grade IV elementary school students can effectively increase student activity and learning result.

Abstract

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.
