Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of consistency of the regional medium-term program plan (RPJMD) with the local government work plan (RKPD) as a planning document and the consistency of the RKPD and APBD as budget documents as well as the ability of local governments to implement programs and activities listed in the APBD which are designed with a qualitative discriptive research approach using a model  Planning and budgeting consolidation matrix (MKPP) with  a framework analysis technique of relationships or linkages between planning documents and regional budgeting documents expressed in the form of percentage of linkage with categories: very bad (0 - 19.9%), bad (20% - 39.9%), medium (40% - 59.9%), good (60% - 79.9%) and very good (80% - 100%).  The results of this study show that the level of consistency of the RPJMD and RKPD documents of the  Palopo City Government within a period of 5 years (2016 -2020) averaged 93.60% or classified as very good, as well as the consistent level between the RKPD and APBD reached an average of 88.58% or classified as very good. Similarly, the level of the government's ability to implement activity programs reached 99.4% with the very good category, and the ability to carry out activities reached 99.1% with the very good category.

Abstract

Global advances result in fierce rivalry. Customers are acquired and retained via many means. Good service quality is one of the techniques employed by businesses to win the competition. Customers are interested in purchasing a product or service due of the high level of service. This study was carried out at Bandung Islamic University to assess the impact of price, promotion, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions for the ShopeeFood application during the Covid19 period. This study's sample included 69 students from Bandung Islamic University, and the data collected was analysed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) techniques. According to the study results, ShopeeFood  is still the top option for Bandung Islamic University students in terms of price, promotions, and service quality. This promotion is the major goal of students who rely on ShopeeFood to survive. Furthermore, one of the good benefits received by Bandung Islamic University students is the quality of service for drivers. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to offer competitive costs, focus on user advantages, and improve service.

Abstract

The existence of financial inclusion, access to formal financial services such as savings, credit, and other products is very helpful for marginalized and low-income groups to improve welfare. Because financial markets are the heart of the economy that can contribute to people's economic welfare. This type of research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical research properties. Methodology used documentation methods and literature study. The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements. The processing of this research data uses the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that partial financial inclusion has a significant effect on banking stability. Partial financial literacy does not have a significant effect on banking stability. Simultaneously, financial inclusion and financial literacy affect the stability of Indonesia's sharia banking in 2019-2021. The results of the coefficient of determination test can be found that the value of Adjusted R Squared is 0.220 or 22.0%. This shows the ability of the independent variable in the study to explain the dependent variable by 22.0%, while the rest is explained by other variables by 78.0% which are not included in the study

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Kalibaru Investama to determine how work ethics, experience, and culture affect employees' ability to do their jobs. The author wonders whether work culture, job experience, and work ethics all have simultaneous, significant effects on employee performance. The survey approach, along with a descriptive analytic methodology and verification, were used in this study. Obtaining data through distributing questionnaires to respondents. 41 PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur personnel make up the study's sample. The method of non-probability sampling was used. Using the Windows version of SPSS 24, analysis with a traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (partial and simultaneous tests).   The research's conclusions indicate that while job performance is exceptional, work ethics, experience, and culture are all positive. It suggests in part that job performance is positively and significantly influenced by work ethics, positively and significantly by work experiences, and positively and significantly influenced by work cultures. Showing how work culture, experience, and ethics have a positive and significant impact on work performance at the same time.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the relationship between the promotion of the Honda PCX Motorcycle and consumer satisfaction levels. The Honda PCX Motorcycle is one of the popular models of motorcycles marketed by the Honda Motor Company. Effective promotions can affect consumer perceptions of products and help in influencing their purchasing decisions. Research results show that the promotion of the Honda PCX Motorcycle has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumers who have a high level of exposure to promotions tend to have a higher level of satisfaction with the product. Effective promotion is able to create higher awareness, build a positive image, and provide relevant information to potential consumers, which in turn increases their satisfaction. The findings have significant implications for Honda Motor Company and other motorcycle manufacturers. They can use these findings to develop more effective promotion strategies and focus on the aspects that most affect consumer satisfaction. Thus, it can be expected that the level of consumer satisfaction will increase, which will ultimately have a positive impact on sales performance and brand reputation.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how consumer purchasing choices at Warung Selasih Kadungora Garut were influenced by price, café ambiance, and social media. In this study, data were gathered using the Accidental Sampling technique using a questionnaire with 91 respondents. The research used a quantitative approach together with a descriptive examination of case studies. Data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests utilizing Durbin Watson tests, and hypothesis testing to identify which variables had a meaningful link. Validity and reliability tests were applied to data instruments. The partial t-test produced a tcount price variable of 0.867 1973 and a significant value of 0.242 > 0.05, showing that the test was not significant. Then, Ho is approved while Ha is turned down. A significant value was 0.342 > 0.05, suggesting that the cafe atmosphere variable is not significant. The cafe atmosphere variable received 15 tcount from the t-test (partial) computation, and it was 0.834 1.873. Additionally, the social media variables obtained from the partial t-test calculation produced the values 6.174> 1.873 for the tcount social media variables and a significant value of 0.000 0.05, indicating significant.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the relationship between employee performance and discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Barokah Putra, Jatinangor District. Qualitative research techniques were used in this study. data gathered from speaking with informants. The leaders and staff of PT. Barokah Putra, a total of 7 people, serve as informants in this study. The results of the study show that employee discipline and performance are good enough, but the company still needs to increase the types of compensation given to employees, because it will greatly affect employee discipline. In order to improve performance, training is needed for employees, besides that leaders must carry out better supervision to maintain the quality of the products produced

Abstract

MSMEs are self-sustaining, productive economic operations carried out by people or company organizations that are not subsidiaries in order to reap profits. MSMEs Coffee Shops in Bandung had to fight to innovate items in order to survive the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of social media, innovation, and training on the development of coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises in Bandung. The research question is: Is there any influence of social media, innovation, and training variables on business development, both partially and simultaneously. The goal and benefits of this are to understand the partial and simultaneous impacts of the independent factors on the independent variables. The sample size for this study was 96 people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cost of production, profitability, inventory, net sales and operating costs on corporate taxpayer income tax in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 30 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industries were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2020. The data analysis method was performed by panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 10 statistical tool. The regression model used was the random effect model using the classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and r-squared test. The results showed that the cost of production, profitability, net sales, operating costs have a positive effect on corporate income tax. While inventory has no positive effect on corporate income tax. The R2 value indicates that the contribution of all independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 87.54%, while the remaining 12.46% is explained by other variables not measured in this regression model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing on purchase loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Starbucks products in Sukoharjo. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study was Starbuck Coffee consumers in Sukoharjo. The sampling technique for this research is nonprobability sampling.  The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results of this study are digital marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase loyalty. Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on digital marketing.  The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing affects purchase loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Starbucks products in Sukoharjo
