Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by the researcher from 335 Mandala Finance employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that The first hypothesis in this study aims to determine whether Resonant Leadership Style can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance variables. This is because the P-Values in this article are positive and have a value below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.003. These results indicate that Resonant Leadership Style can make employees more obedient, more compliant, company targets and visions can be easily achieved, can make the company stable, and ultimately can improve Employee Performance.. However, the results in this study show even more significant results. The researchers believe this is because the selection of Resonant Leadership Style as an independent variable is different from the five studies above which only used General Leadership Style as an independent variable. In addition, the second hypothesis in this study can also be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing. Based on this, it can be concluded carefully that employee involvement can also help and even strengthen the influence of the Employee Involvement variable on Employee Performance because employees who are increasingly involved in company activities can make employee skills increase so that if this is accompanied by a Resonant Leadership Style, it can make Employee Performance even more significantly increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development strategy of Mpok Atik's peanut bread MSME using the Canvas Business Model and to determine whether the development strategy aligns with Islamic values. This study uses descriptive research, where researchers explore and collect data directly in the field using a qualitative approach. The Business Model Canvas is a comprehensive, simple business model consisting of nine main elements. Within the context of Islamic thought, each element can be adapted to Sharia principles. In general, Islamic economic principles differ from other economic principles. Islamic economics prioritizes not only profit or income but also the pursuit of Allah's blessings. The ultimate goal of Islamic economics is the same as Islamic law itself: achieving prosperity in this world and the hereafter through a good and honorable lifestyle (haiyah taiyiba).

Abstract

The Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) is a model of providing nursing care that provides professional nurses with the opportunity to determine their autonomy in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to clients. This study was conducted to see the development of the primary nursing practice model in the inpatient Elizabeth Room of Immanuel Hospital. Pre-experimental research with one group control design, through the application of pre-test post-test in one group. The results of this study indicate an increase in knowledge after the implementation of the primary nursing practice model. Before the implementation of the model, most nurses obtained scores that tended to be in the middle category, with only a few achieving the highest scores with 4 primary nurses getting a minimum score of 7 (70%). After the implementation of the model, the increase in scores appeared more evenly distributed, with more nurses achieving optimal scores with 2 nurses getting a maximum score of 10 (100%) and the average evaluation after the primary nursing practice model was 92.43%. This increase can be assumed to be the result of the primary nursing practice model approach that emphasizes holistic care and individual responsibility in providing health services. Based on these results, we recommend the implementation of the primary nursing practice model in patient care, because it has an impact on improving the quality and safety of patients in nursing services in hospitals, so that continuous clinical leadership training is needed for primary nurses in addition to increasing the level of formal education for nurses who are still diploma holders.

Abstract

The growth of the digital entertainment industry, especially arcade game centers, demands an effective and data-driven management system to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This study aims to design a company management dashboard integrated with machine learning analysis to optimize arcade game center operations. This dashboard is designed to provide real-time data visualization and support strategic decision-making through predictive analysis of machine performance, usage trends, and customer behavior. The research methods used include collecting primary and secondary data from the arcade game center transaction system, designing the system using a waterfall approach, and implementing machine learning algorithms such as K-Means for customer segmentation and Random Forest for machine failure prediction. The results of the study show that the developed dashboard is able to provide relevant and accurate information efficiently, and supports data-driven decision-making. With this system, the company can minimize machine downtime, increase customer satisfaction, and design more targeted promotional strategies. This study proves that the integration between management dashboards and machine learning technology can be an innovative solution for operational optimization in the arcade game center industry. Further implementation is recommended for the development of financial analysis features and integration with customer loyalty systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial technology (Fintech) on the financial satisfaction of micro business actors, especially meatball and chicken noodle traders in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Using a phenomenological approach combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, this study explores how Fintech features such as transaction security, ease of access, ease of use, speed, and transaction costs affect user satisfaction. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 15 selected vendors and the administration of a paired comparison questionnaire. The results show that transaction security is the most dominant factor influencing financial satisfaction, followed by ease of access and ease of use. Speed and cost are considered less important. Among the Fintech alternatives evaluated, e-wallets (e.g., GoPay, OVO, DANA) are rated as the most effective tools in increasing satisfaction, slightly outperforming mobile banking. QRIS has a moderate impact, while digital lending received the lowest rating due to concerns over complexity and risk. These findings show that Fintech solutions aimed at micro-entrepreneurs must prioritize simplicity, accessibility, and most importantly, trust. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on digital financial inclusion, which offers practical implications for Fintech developers, policymakers, and financial institutions seeking to support informal sector businesses through inclusive, user-centric digital innovation.

Abstract

In the digital era, printing businesses face significant challenges in retaining customers due to intense competition and rapidly changing consumer behaviors. Beyond product quality, modern consumers increasingly value transparent, consistent, and meaningful interactions with businesses. This study examines how relational marketing strategies can foster consumer trust in printing businesses. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with business owners and customers, and the data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in relational marketing practices and their impact on trust. Findings reveal that clear and consistent communication, high-quality service, and personalized attention to customer needs strengthen emotional connections and long-term loyalty. The strategic use of digital media facilitates faster and more flexible interactions, while long-term commitments, such as after-sales support, continuous innovation, and loyalty programs, emerge as critical for sustaining trust. These results highlight that consumer trust is not solely built through product quality but also through the ongoing cultivation of relational ties. The study concludes that printing businesses should integrate effective communication, consistent service, personalization, digital engagement, and long-term commitment to enhance customer loyalty and competitive advantage in an increasingly complex market. This research provides practical insights for business owners seeking to strengthen customer relationships and sustain growth in the digital era.

Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) in managing academic services at universities is a strategic step to improve service efficiency and quality. Universitas Global Jakarta has implemented an academic information system, but still encounters obstacles in terms of information accuracy and control, indicating the need for an evaluation of the implemented IT governance. This study aims to assess the maturity level of IT governance in Universitas Global Jakarta's academic services using the COBIT 2019 framework, specifically the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that several processes in the DSS domain have not reached an optimal level of maturity, especially in the aspects of operational supervision and control. This finding indicates the need for improvements in the implementation of IT governance to be more aligned with the university's strategic objectives and able to support academic services sustainably.
