Abstract

Village funds are a new hope for village communities to develop their potential. However, forced planning does not in detail see what exactly is needed by the community makes the village funds do not function optimally. Most of it is only for infrastructure development and only a small portion for sustainable productive activities. Village funds were poured into Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) by opening village tourism destinations. The ignorance of the village government and the VOE management manage the potential tourism destinations of each region resulting in village tourism destinations being built almost the same in all villages in Indonesia without looking at the backward relations and future relationships of the concept of tourist destinations. This research method uses extraction from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), SWOT Analysis with the Travel and Tourism Competitive Index as a measure of the sustainability of investments, how big is the effect on the original income of the village. The results show that investments made by the village government through VOE are inversely proportional to the village's original income. This study found the concept of novelty to balance investment with genuine village income called Competitiveness Financial Services

Abstract

Inclusive growth (IG) measures the benefits of economic growth for people's welfare. Several approaches have been developed in measuring inclusive growth. This study aims to measure inclusive growth using the poverty approach (IGp). This research was conducted in Jambi province and Kepulauan Riau province which is the region with the highest average economic growth on the island of Sumatera in the period 2001-2016. The method of approach used in this study is descriptive analysis. The technique of collecting data uses library research. The poverty-equivalent Growth Rate (PEGR) was developed in the measurement of inclusive growth. The results of the study show that high economic growth does not guarantee the achievement of inclusive growth. This phenomenon is indicated by the average incremental growth coefficient (IGp) of Jambi province of 0.038 lower than the average coefficient of economic growth (?g) of 0.060. The same condition occurs in the province of Riau Islands, the average inclusive growth coefficient (IGp) is 0.020 lower than the average coefficient of economic growth (?g) of 0.062. This indicates that high economic growth has not been distributed evenly and the benefits of face economic growth are accepted by non-poor people. Some government policies and programs are expected to be directed towards efforts to reduce poverty so that the benefits of economic growth are truly accepted by the poor.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze imports and consumption of Indonesia. With the simultaneous equation method of the 1987-2017 time-series data from the World Bank. The results showed that foreign exchange reserves, inflation, and significant consumption influenced the change in Indonesia's import developments. Foreign exchange reserves and consumption is inelastic against imports whereas inflation is elastic against imports. GDP, debt interest and imports significantly affect the change in Indonesia's consumption development. GDP is elastic against consumption while debt and import interest are inelastic towards consumption. Inelastic consumption of the import and import of inelastic to consumption, meaning that the change in price and the value of both economic variables in Indonesia during the period of research is to be responded insensitively by domestic communities. Suggestion to the Government that the Ministry of Trade keeps the regulation the import quota reduces dependence on products abroad and encourages the productivity of the domestic real market industries. Thus consumption of local products that then increases domestic economic growth.

Questionnaire is used to collect data of independent variables and data collected is analyzed using SMARTPLS 3.0 program. Population of the study is taken from instructors of Wisma Bahasa. Based in Yogyakarta, areas of operation of the institution include Yogyakarta itself, Jakarta, Papua and recently Bali. Data collection is conducted through the use of digital questionnaire Google Form distributed to 48 subjects. Statistical analysis using PLS-SEM employs Path Analysis method comprising of 2 phases, namely outer model and inner model. Outer model consists of validity and reliability testing, and inner model focuses on hypothesis testing. The result of the study shows that while Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment affects Turnover Intention negatively, or in other words suppresive the intention, Internal Marketing does not. Abstract

Increasing economic growth in West Kalimantan has made the need for smooth loading and unloading at ports increase. At present, the port in the middle of Pontianak City also handles the loading and unloading of various commodities such as crude palm oil (CPO), rubber, processed alumina mining materials, and various other basic needs of the community. For this reason, efforts are needed to improve port services in order to support West Kalimantan's economic growth. Pontianak Port has shortcomings in that the depth of the Pontianak port is the range of - 3.7 to - 5.3 m LWS, while the requirement is a minimum port pool depth of - 9 m LWS. Have a dock with a minimum capacity of 10,000 DWT. The existing quay has a length sufficient to serve ships weighing 10,000 DWT, but the depth of the port berth pool is -3.7 m LWS - 5.3 m LWS, making ships of this size limited to be able to enter during high tide. The port land area is at least 50 hectares, while the area of ??the Port of Pontianak is 202,422 m2 or around 20 hectares, and it is difficult to develop further. By looking at the results of the calculation of equipment performance, the Quayside Container Crane (QCC), Gantry Crane and Reach Stacker equipment have performance above 80%, so that it has experienced saturation, meanwhile the existing stacking area of ??47,794 m2 has not fulfilled the requirements because it has reached YOR of 86.86%. Therefore, the Port of Pontianak cannot meet the level of service fully as a Main Port, among others in terms of the availability of port facilities and infrastructure and port land development
