Abstract

ABSTACTThis study aims to determine the effect of halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions for Samyang Noodle products on users of Samyang Noodle products in Prigen District partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were consumers of Samyang Noodle products in Prigen District. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique because the number of the population is unknown, with purposive sampling as a sampling technique based on certain criteria. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. The method used in this research is a quantitative research approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that partially halal label and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the halal label variable and the price have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Samyang Noodle products in Prigen District. Keywords : Halal Label, Price and Purchase DecisionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Samyang pada pengguna produk Mie Samyang di Kecamatan Prigen secara parsial dan simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling karena populasi tidak diketahui jumlah anggotanya, dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel yang berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunaka kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial label halal dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variabel label halal dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk Mie Samyang di Kecamatan Prigen.Kata Kunci : Label Halal, Harga, dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of price perception, discount, and customer experience on customer loyalty for fashion products at Shopee.This research was carried out with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945, Surabaya. The sample in this study was 72 students using the purposive sampling method because this method uses a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis methods using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The discount variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The customer experience variable has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. From the research results, it is known that the effect of price perception, discount, and customer experience partially or jointly has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Price Perception, Discount, Customer Experience, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to investigate and create models to evaluate start-up success. In Indonesia, in recent years, startups and entrepreneurship have been considered as the goal and the means to achieve three strategic successes, including institutions, infrastructure, and human resources. The approach of this research uses a quantitative approach, where the second-order confirmatory factor analysis method is supported by SmartPLS4 software. The research respondents consisted of 133 respondents and the survey was conducted online to respondents who work in the startup field. The research findings show that startup success factors sequentially consist of startup founder experience, startup resources, startup founder network, startup products, startup business models, startup digitization, and startup external environmental conditions.Keywords: Covid-19, Successful, StartupABSTRAK  Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan membangun bentuk model dalam menilai keberhasilan startup. Di Indonesia, pada beberapa tahun terakhir, startup dan kewirausahaan dianggap sebagai tujuan dan juga sarana untuk membuat tiga terobosan strategis, termasuk kelembagaan, insfrastruktur, dan sumber daya manusia. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the Influence Influence of Price, Life Style and Fast Fashion on the Purchasing Decision of Second Branded Import Clothing in Surabaya. The number of samples set was 100 people with the purposive sampling method. In the collection of data using the help of questionnaires with the measurement of the likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16 program.The results of hypothesis testing show the result that the price variable partially affects the purchase decision variable. The life style variable partially affects the purchase decision variable. The fast variable partially affects the purchase decision variable. Variable price, life style and fast fashion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.Keywords: Price, Life Style, Fast Fashion and Purchasing Decision. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Harga, Life Style dan Fast Fashion terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pakaian Second Branded Import di Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah 100 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan bantuan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 16. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Variabel life style secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Variabel fast secara parsial fashion berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Variabel harga, life style dan fast fashion berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Harga, Life Style, Fast Fashion dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effects of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDRon the Profitability of Rural Banks at National Private sector. The study uses a method with Purposive Sampling. The samples involved were as many as 30 data sources using the observation collection data technique. The analytical tool used is SPSS 25. This data is analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, and f Test. The results of the study prove that CAR and LDR have a simultaneous influence on ROA at Bank NationalPrivate Sector. Partially, CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, LDR has a negative and significant effect on ROA . Keywords - Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Ratio (LDR), and Return On Assets (ROA).   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and  Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) Tehadap Profitabilitas Bank Swasta Nasional. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 data observasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 25. Data ini dianalisis dengan Deskriptif Statistik, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji t, dan Uji f. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa CAR dan LDR berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap ROA pada Bank Swasta Nasional. Secara parsial CAR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, LDR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Kata Kunci - Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit to Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Asset(ROA).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Success Mighty Pandaan. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are employees of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan and the sample in the study with the incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of the study show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Success Mighty Pandaan. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Success Mighty Pandaan. Leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Success Mighty Pandaan. Based on the research results, there is a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan namely work motivation. Indicators of work motivation consist of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs.Keywords: Leadership style, work motivation, employee performance  Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Pandaan yaitu motivasi kerja. Indikator pada motivasi kerja terdiri dari  kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan akan perghargaan dan kebutuhan perwujudan diri.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer buying interest at PT. Nipsea Paint And Chemicals deppo Malang. This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study is the consumers of PT. Nipsea Paint And Chemicals Deppo Malang. The sample used was 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test). of Promotion (X1) on Customer Buying Interest (Y). Partially there is a significant effect of Price (X2) on Customer's Buying Interest (Y). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruhsignifikan dari Harga (X2)terhadap Minat Beli Pelanggan (Y). Abstract

Abstract  Inventory is the main component for the continuity of a business, so that regardless of the form of business, both small and large scale, inventory is a major asset owned by a business. For this reason, a rule or guideline is needed so that inventory can be managed properly. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply merchandise inventory accounting to the jumun.id online shop. This type of research is qualitative. The results showed that the recording system at the jumun.id online shop is periodic and this is in accordance with PSAK No. 14 and the scoring system using FIFO. Keywords— FIFO, Periodic, InventoryAbstrakPersediaan merupakan komponen utama bagi keberlangsungan suatu usaha, sehingga apapun bentuk usahanya baik skala kecil ataupun skala besar persediaan merupakan asset besar yang dimiliki oleh suatu usaha. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah aturan atau pedoman agar persediaan dapat dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan akuntansi persediaan barang dagang pada online shop jumun.id. Jenis penelitian ini adalag kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa sistem pencatatan pada online shop jumun.id adalah periodic dan ini sesuai dengan PSAK No 14 dan ssstem penilaian dengan menggunakan FIFO.  Kata kunci— Persediaan, Periodik, FIFO

Abstract

Haidee Rental is a solution for parents to provide quality baby and child equipment at affordable prices. Haidee Rental not only rents out children's toys but also rents out necessities for mothers who have just given birth. This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction, product quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty simultaneously where in the analysis process it is known that there is a positive influence between service quality, product quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Haidee Rental Malang simultaneously and only customer satisfaction. on customer loyalty which has a partial negative effect.. Keywords— Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze both simultaneously and partially the influence of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, physical evidence, and assurance of customer satisfaction. Research uses survey research design and is verificative. Sources of data in the form of Primary data, namely data collected through questionnaires, as well as documentation studies related to this research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 statistical program. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value of R Square of 0.485 or 48.5%. Partially, reliability and assurance have a significant positive effect while responsiveness, empathy, and physical evidence have a positive but not significant effect. Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari kehandalan, daya tanggap, empati, bukti fisik, dan jaminan kepuasan pelanggan.
