Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of due professional care on audit quality of auditors at the NTT Provincial Inspectorate. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire. The independent variable (x) is due professional care and the dependent variable (y) is audit quality. Testing begins with validity and reliability tests, followed by classic assumption tests in the form of normality and linearity tests. After that, a simple linear regression, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing were carried out. Testing is done with the help of SPSS. Testing the hypothesis states that due professional care has an significance effect on audit quality. The results also show that due professional care has a positive effect on audit quality, which means that the due professional care relationship is in the same direction as audit quality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are employees of PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik, totaling 103. The samples in the study were all respondents using saturated sampling techniques and data analysis techniques used, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R2 coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. The results of the study show that there is a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik is organizational commitment. Abstract

AbstrakDi Indonesia, jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi terus meningkat. Peningkatan lulusan universitas melebihi pertumbuhan kesempatan kerja, yang mengakibatkan pengangguran di kalangan terdidik. Dengan mengadakannya, dan dengan memasukkan konten kewirausahaan, instruktur dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang industri dan memicu minat mereka sendiri dalam berwirausahaPenelitian ini berusaha untuk memastikan dampak lingkungan keluarga, keahlian wirausaha, dan harapan pendapatan terhadap keinginan berwirausaha. Pada riset berikut menganalisis regresi linier berganda ialah metodologi yang dipergunakan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pendapatan yang diharapkan, didukung keluarga, dan Edukasi kewirausahaan dengan peminat berwirausaha. Alhasil, mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Universitas Merdeka Malang semakin tertarik untuk membuka usaha sendiri.Kata kunci— Ekspektasi pendapatan, Lingkungan Keluarga, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha.AbstractIn Indonesia, there are more graduates from universities every year. Because there aren't as many jobs accessible as there are graduates from universities, there is a problem with unemployment among the educated. Holding it and then introducing entrepreneurial content will provide students with the understanding of entrepreneurship need to spark their own interest in the field. This study sought to ascertain how entrepreneurial desire was impacted by income expectations, family circumstances, and entrepreneurial expertise. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is the methodology employed in this investigation. According to the findings of hypothesis testing, factors such as family environment, income expectations, and entrepreneurial education strongly influence individuals' interest in starting their own business.Keywords— Income Expectations, Family Environment, Entrepreneurship Education, Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing communications and marketing experience on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, partially or jointly. The population in this study were Class C Students of STIE Kertanegara Malang Class of 2020 – 2022. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research was taken using the Slovin Formula and found 55 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative research approach method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study partially using the t test show that marketing communications and marketing experience have an effect on purchasing decisions. For research results simultaneously or together marketing communications and marketing experience also influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace by 43.5%.Keywords: Marketing Communication, Marketing Experience, Purchase DecisionAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh  komunikasi pemasaran dan  pengalaman pemasaran   terhadap keputusan pembelian di marketplace Shopee , secara sebagian maupun bersama-sama.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa STIE Kertanegara Malang kelas C Angkatan 2020 - 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan  teknik purposive sampling.  Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini diambil menggunakan Rumus Slovin didapatkan 55 responden. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian secara sebagian menggunakan uji t  menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran dan  pengalaman pemasaran bepengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk hasil penelitian secara simultan atau bersama-sama komunikasi pemasaran dan  pengalaman pemasaran juga    berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di marketplace Shopee sebesar 43,5%.Kata kunci:  Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pengalaman Pemasaran  ,  Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the influence of promotion, price and product attractiveness on consumer interest in buying electric bicycles. Electric bicycles as an environmentally friendly transportation innovation are increasingly gaining attention in society. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence consumer interest in choosing electric bicycles is very important for industry and government players. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are potential users of electric bicycles in Malang City. The number of respondents studied was 150 people. Independent variables include promotion, price and product attractiveness, while the dependent variable is consumer interest in buying an electric bicycle. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to assess the extent to which these independent variables can predict consumer interest. The results of this research show that promotional variables and product attractiveness have a significant effect on consumer interest in buying electric bicycles. The findings further show that price has a significant negative influence on buying interest, meaning that the higher the price offered, the less interest consumers have in buying an electric bicycle.Keywords: Electric bicycle, price, promotion, product attractiveness, intention AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh promosi, harga, dan daya tarik produk terhadap minat konsumen untuk membeli sepeda listrik. Sepeda listrik sebagai inovasi transportasi ramah lingkungan semakin mendapatkan perhatian dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat konsumen untuk memilih sepeda listrik menjadi sangat penting bagi pelaku industri dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna potensial sepeda listrik di Kota Malang. Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 150 orang. Variabel independen meliputi promosi, harga, dan daya tarik produk, sementara variabel dependen adalah minat konsumen untuk membeli sepeda listrik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menilai sejauh mana variabel-variabel independen tersebut dapat memprediksi minat konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi dan daya tarik produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat konsumen untuk membeli sepeda listrik. Temuan selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif  terhadap minat beli, artinya bahwa semakin tinggi harga yang ditawarkan maka semakin kecil minat yang dimiliki konsumen untuk membeli sepeda listrik.Kata Kunci: Sepeda listrik, harga, promosi, daya tarik produk, minat berpindah

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to find out and analyze the determination of production costs of glass cabinets with the full costing method and the variable cost of production of glass cabinets with the full costing method and variable costing, to know and analyze the determination of the production costs of glass cabinets with the full costing method and the variable cost of production of glass cabinets with full costing method and variable costing at Barokah Aluminum Stores. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research, in that quantitative research is required to use numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, as well as the appearance of the results. Quantitative research prioritizes axioms, and formulas, solving problems, and addressing problems directly. Meanwhile, descriptive research is research that intends to make predictions about situations or events, with the aim of making a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the analysis of determining production costs using the full costing method approach, it can be concluded: Determining the production costs of glass cabinets, Barokah Shop as an object of research still uses simple calculations. Components calculated using the company method at the Barokah Shop include raw material costs, labor costs, factory overhead costs, electricity costs, and transportation costs. But in calculating the factory overhead costs Barokah Shop has not included costs in detail. The determination of the cost of production using the full costing method is much higher than using the variable costing method. This difference is caused by the variable costing method does not calculate in detail the cost of labor does not calculate the cost of maintenance and depreciation of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. While the full costing method calculates all costs in detail. Keywords— Full costing method, variable costing, Cost of productionAbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penentuan biaya produksi lemari kaca dengan metode full costing dan variabel biaya produksi lemari kaca dengan metode full costing dan variabel costing, mengetahui dan menganalisis penentuan biaya produksi lemari kaca dengan metode full costing dan variabel arga pokok produksi lemari kaca dengan metode full costing dan variabel costing pada Toko Barokah Aluminium. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, bahwa penelitian kuantitatif lebih banyak dituntut menggunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut, serta penampilan dari hasilnya. Penelitian kuantitatif mengutamakan aksioma, rumus, soal-soal penyelesaian dan mengatasi persoalan secara langsung. Sedangkan dalam penelitian deskriptif merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk membuat pencandraan  mengenai situasi-situasi atau kejadiankejadian, dengan tujuan membuat gambaran secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat populasi atau daerah tertentu. Berdasarkan analisis penentuan biaya produksi dengan pendekatan metode full costing maka dapat disimpulkan: Penentuan biaya produksi lemari kaca, Toko Barokah sebagai objek penelitian masih menggunakan perhitungan yang sederhana. Komponen yang dihitung dengan metode perusahaan pada Toko Barokah meliputi biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya overhead pabrik, biaya listrik, dan biaya transportasi. Tetapi dalam menghitung biaya overhead pabrik Toko Barokah belum memasukkan biaya secara terperinci. Penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing jauh lebih tinggi dibandingakan menggunakan metode variabel costing. Perbedaan ini disebabkan karena metode variabel costing tidak menghitung secara terperinci biaya tenaga kerja tidak menghitung biaya pemeliharaan dan penyusutan kendaraan, mesin dan peralatan. Sedangkan metode full costing menghitung seluruh biaya secara terperinci. Kata kunci— Metode full costing, Variabel costing, Harga pokok produksi

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Malang City Environmental Service. The method used by the author in conducting this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS STATISIC 21. The population of this study were daily employees of the Malang City Environmental Service with the number of samples taken according to the researcher's criteria of 67 employees. The results of the partial study of the Employee Welfare variable have a significant effect on Employee Performance, the Job Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance, and the Organizational Commitment variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance at DLH Malang City, simultaneously the variable Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at DLH Malang City. Keywords: Employee Performance, Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Advances in information technology cause changes in all aspects of life, one of which is in the aspect of trade, buying and selling trade can be done online, one of the online shopping media is shopee. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumptive behavior towards purchasing power during shopee flash sales. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources with three active shopee user speakers, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. And using data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive data analysis techniques. Keywords—Consumen Behavior, Purchasing Power, Flash Sale Shopee Kemajuan teknologi informasi menyebabkan perubahan pada semua aspek kehidupan salah satunya dalam aspek perdagangan, perdagangan jual beli dapat dilakukan secara online salah satu media belanja online adalah shopee. Tujuan peneletian ini adalah untuk menganlisis perilaku konsumtif terhadap daya beli saat flash sale shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan tiga orang narasumber pengguna shopee aktif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are Nusantara Optik employees, with the number of respondents studied being 34 people. Independent variables include work environment, work stress, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to assess the extent to which these independent variables can predict employee performance. The results of this research show that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work stress variable also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nusantara Optik employees.Key words: work environment, work stress, performance  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and product features on purchasing decisions for Honda Vario New 125 products at Satrya Delta Pasuruan dealers partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was the purchase of Honda New Vario 125 products at Satrya Delta Pasuruan dealers. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative research approach method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that partially promotion and product features have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the promotion and product feature variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda New Vario 125 products at Satrya Delta Pasuruan dealers. Keywords: Promotion, Product Features, and Purchasing Decisions AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan fitur produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Honda Vario New 125 pada pembelian di dealer Satrya Delta Pasuruan secara parsial dan simultan.
