Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih dalam peran Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada komunitas masyarakat nelayan dan faktor-faktor penghambat Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada komunitas masyarakat nelayan di Desa Wairbleler Kecamatan Waigete Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Informan yang terkait dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat nelayan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Pemerintah Desa Wairbleler  telah menjalankan perannya yaitu dengan memberikan motivasi berupa pengadaan rumpon, memberikan fasilitas alat tangkap serta memberikan pelatihan maka Pemerintah Desa Wairbleler telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan dan permasalahan pada komunitas nelayan dan untuk berbagai faktor-faktor penghambat kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan berupa anggaran, penyaluran yang terlambat, belum meratanya pemberian bantuan. Penelitian ini menyarankan Pemerintah Desa Wairbleler bersama dinas perikanan Kabupaten Sikka memberikan fasilitas dan memberikan perhatian yang lebih serius agar terjadi pemerataan pemberian bantuan sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tangkap hasil perikanan.

Abstract

This study aims to observe the effectiveness of Google Classroom Usage for the Art History of Malaysia and Visual Art Appreciation course by the PPISMP Students. Students have used the Google Classroom as an e-learning teaching and learning platform during the Movement Control Order (MCO)due to Covid-19 pandemic. The Research Design is quantitative and qualitative using questionnaire and survey method. The respondents are 29 PPISMP students who were taking the Art History of Malaysia and Visual Art Appreciation course. From the research objectives it is found that majority of the respondents really agreed that lecturers always gave latest information in their e-learning teaching and learning using Google Classroom platform. Majority of the respondents really agreed Google Classroom usage can increase students’ ability in applying knowledge and understanding acquired in the Art History of Malaysia and Visual Art Appreciation course. Research finding shows that activity type which often used by students are taking note and lecture materials and submitting assignments and tasks to lecturers.

Abstract

Standard Guru Malaysia merupakan piawaian yang menggariskan kompetensi professional yang patut dicapai oleh guru,dan keperluan yang patut disediakan oleh agensi dan institusi latihan perguruan bagi membantu guru-guru mencapai tahap kompetensi yang ditetapkan.  Kajian ini dijalankan untuk meninjau tahap kompetensi pelajar Ambilan Jun 2018 yang baharu menamatkan pengajian mereka selama lima (5) tahun di IPG Kampus Ilmu Khas, Kuala Lumpur . Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 85 orang pelajar yang telah mengikuti pengajian dalam bidang pengkhususan Pendidikan Khas (Masalah Pembelajaran, Masalah Penglihatan, Masalah Pendengaran), Pendidikan Muzik, Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Senarai Semak Kompetensi Diri (SSKD) SGM 2.0. Dimensi Kompetensi dalam Kerangka SGM 2.0 menjadi rujukan utama dalam kajian ini. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa secara keseluruhannya tahap kompetensi keseluruhan domain SGM 2.0 pelajar PISMP Ambilan Jun 2018 IPGKIK berada pada min=3.0 (SP=0.78).  Ini menunjukkan bahawa pelajar telah berjaya mencapai standard kompetensi SGM 2.0 dalam keempat-empat domain SGM 2.0 iaitu orientasi ilmu, orientasi ilmu, instruksional, pelibatan komuniti dan kualiti peribadi. Walaupun min keempat-empat domain mencapai standard kompetensi SGM 2.0, didapati bahawa min bagi domain orientasi ilmu adalah 2.95 dan min bagi domain instruksional adalah 2.98 berbanding dengan domain pelibatan komuniti iaitu min 3.00 dan domain kualiti peribadi dengan min 3.08. Pengkaji juga mencadangkan bahawa IPGM terus merancang dan menambahbaik program yang ditawarkan dengan mengambilkira cabaran masa kini untuk membangunkan generasi pelajar yang dapat menghadapi dan menangani cabaran-cabaran baharu terutamanya dalam era revolusi informasi abad ke-21 agar dapat menghasilkan bakal guru yang kompeten dan berjiwa pendidik serta menepati standard SGM 2.0.

Abstract

The quality of learning is determined by learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of low-grade distance learning (PJJ) at SDN IV Samarang with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning, including: 1. To find out lesson plans; 2. To find out the implementation of learning; 3. To know the evaluation of learning. The benefit of this research is to add scientific insight and a clearer theoretical/conceptual framework regarding the implementation of distance learning with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the type of document analysis research. The participants were low grade teachers, low grade students, and parents of low grade students. Data collection was carried out by analyzing documents, observations and interviews. Data analysis/processing is carried out by describing the state of the content/material, and looking for presentations on the quality of learning through the learning outcomes of low grade students in the form of pie charts in the implementation of distance learning. Based on the results of research that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded that: 1. The learning plan made before carrying out learning activities in PJJ is very good, this is evidenced by the learning plan that already fulfills the four elements that must exist in learning planning, namely; (1) there are goals to be achieved, (2) there are strategies to achieve goals, (3) resources that can support and, (4) implementation of each decision. 2. The implementation of distance learning, for the sake of the successful implementation of learning is quite good based on the learning components that have been implemented and are interrelated, namely: (1) teachers, (2) students, (3) learning materials, (4) learning methods, ( 5) learning media, and (6) learning evaluation. 3. Evaluation of distance learning is sufficient in its implementation involving the five principles of evaluation and their elements, namely schools, parents, the environment and society at large. As well as the learning outcomes shown by the value of 0-50, the percentage of Thematic, Mathematics, and B.Sunda scores obtained a percentage of 42%.

Abstract

A moral person is a personal characteristic in terms of good and bad behavior that is prominent and accepted in a community context. Law compliance is a necessity in an individual's life that is surrounded by various codes of conduct and ethics to create a perfect life. Shaping moral people from various perspectives is a basis and guide to life. This article discusses the view of the western theoretical perspective in shaping law compliance. As a bibliographic study, this paper presents qualitative findings based on detailed references from journals, articles, books and newspapers. The findings are then elaborated thematically with narrative writing. Based on the findings of the study, shaping moral people towards law compliance can be practiced through the perspective of three western theories, namely utilitarianism, personality virtue and deontology theories. Research findings are also discussed based on examples and descriptions.

Abstract

Di era dimana bahasa Internasioanl adalah sebuah jembatan untuk mengakses hal apapun di dunia Digital ini, setiap Institusi pendidikan mencari cara untuk mendapat metode terbaik dalam meningkatkan skill berkomunikasi bahasa Internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Communicative teaching language (CLT) and Total Physical Response (TPR) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris di kelas praktikum Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Garut. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik Eksperimental dengan sampel peneltitian Mahasiswa yang memperoleh kelas praktikum pada periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, pre-test post-test, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode ini mampu memberikan atmosfir yang menyenangkan di dalam kelas, dapat diterima dengan baik oleh kedua belah pihak baik siswa maupun pengajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris serta memiliki kelebihan lain dalam hal ketertarikan dan antusias mahasiswa yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Social studies learning tends to be a subject that is less attractive to students. This can be caused by the learning model that is not appropriate and the presentation is still monotonous, so that students become bored and lack enthusiasm in learning. It is known that the results of the Social Studies test for class VII, 23 out of 32 students scored <70, which means that student learning outcomes are low. This study aims to determine the implementation of the make a match type of cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental). Sources of data were taken from students of class VII MTs. Exactly Tarogong Garut, totaling 42 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) The implementation of the make a match cooperative model in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects is included in good criteria. 2) Social studies learning with the make a match cooperative learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes. It can be seen in the N-Gain results that the experimental class got 0.36 results in the "Medium" category while the control class got 0.21 results in the "Low" category

Abstract

Judicial competence within the scope of judicial power includes general and religious courts. The explanation in Law No. 7 of 1989 regarding religious courts still provides a choice of law for those who litigate and adhere to Islam. This study aims to determine the legal position of the Bandung District Court decision No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG after the amendment of Law No. 7 of 1989. The research method used is descriptive analytical by using literature study and using secondary and primary legal sources and interviews. The results showed that the decision of the Bandung District Court No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG was based on the competence of the Religious Courts contained in Law No. 3 of 2006 after the amendment of Law No. 7 of 1989 regarding Religious Courts. Bandung District Court Decision No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG is null and void because the settlement of property and inheritance disputes for those who are Muslims must be resolved through the Religious Court because Law No. 3 of 2006 does not recognize the choice of law for those who are Muslims in resolving property and inheritance disputes as previously regulated in Law No. 7 of 1989.Keywords: Bandung District Court Decision No. 166/Pdt/G/1991/PN.BDG, UU No. 7 of 1989

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Upaya Pemerintah Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja Aparat Desa di Desa Gera Kecamatan Mego Kabupaten Sikka dan faktor apa saja yang menghambat Upaya Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja Aparat Desa. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Informan yang terlihat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Aparat Desa dan Masyarakat Desa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification.  Hasil penelitian bahwa Upaya Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja aparat Desa di Desa Gera Kecamatan Mego Kabupaten Sikka dilakukan dengan cara Pembinaan Khusus untuk Aparat dan ada beberapa faktor penghambatan peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja Aparat  Desa yaitu faktor topografi atau medan jalan yang sangat sulit, banyak Aparat yang tidak memiliki kendaraan pribadi serta Kepala Desa dan Aparat Desa tempat tinggalnya jauh dari Kantor Desa. Penelitian ini menyarankan  untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja aparat desa sebaiknya Kepala Desa memberikan motivasi secara terus menerus tentang pentingnya disiplin dalam bekerja. Kepala Desa seharusnya segera membuat Peraturan Desa sebagai dasar dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja aparat desa termasuk pemberian penghargaan dan sanksi kepada aparat desa. Serta Kepala Desa harus tetap memperhatikan daftar hadir setiap masuk jam kerja dan pulang kerja sebagai alat untuk mengotrol.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that an educational strategy is needed to create the Indonesian Generation towards 2045 as a superior generation. Careful, well-planned strategy and integrated steps for all elements of the nation. In this case basic education is the foundation for seeking to improve the quality of human resources. As stated in article 6 of RI Law No. 20 of 2003 "every citizen aged seven to fifteen years is obliged to attend basic education". The Pancasila Student Profile is designed according to the expectations or results of the Indonesian education system. As stated in the Ministry of Education and Culture (2021: 1) what is meant by Pancasila Students is: "Indonesian students are lifelong students who are competent, have character, and behave according to Pancasila values". This statement is closely related to two things, namely: "the competence to become citizens of a democratic Indonesia and to become superior and productive human beings in the 21st Century".
