Abstract

The quality of learning is determined by learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of low-grade distance learning (PJJ) at SDN IV Samarang with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning, including: 1. To find out lesson plans; 2. To find out the implementation of learning; 3. To know the evaluation of learning. The benefit of this research is to add scientific insight and a clearer theoretical/conceptual framework regarding the implementation of distance learning with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the type of document analysis research. The participants were low grade teachers, low grade students, and parents of low grade students. Data collection was carried out by analyzing documents, observations and interviews. Data analysis/processing is carried out by describing the state of the content/material, and looking for presentations on the quality of learning through the learning outcomes of low grade students in the form of pie charts in the implementation of distance learning. Based on the results of research that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded that: 1. The learning plan made before carrying out learning activities in PJJ is very good, this is evidenced by the learning plan that already fulfills the four elements that must exist in learning planning, namely; (1) there are goals to be achieved, (2) there are strategies to achieve goals, (3) resources that can support and, (4) implementation of each decision. 2. The implementation of distance learning, for the sake of the successful implementation of learning is quite good based on the learning components that have been implemented and are interrelated, namely: (1) teachers, (2) students, (3) learning materials, (4) learning methods, ( 5) learning media, and (6) learning evaluation. 3. Evaluation of distance learning is sufficient in its implementation involving the five principles of evaluation and their elements, namely schools, parents, the environment and society at large. As well as the learning outcomes shown by the value of 0-50, the percentage of Thematic, Mathematics, and B.Sunda scores obtained a percentage of 42%.

Abstract

: This study aims to examine the effect of the AMBT strategy on students' reading comprehension skills in Indonesian subjects. This study uses a quantitative method of Quasi Experimental Design which is designed using a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students, totaling 40 students. Class IV A as the experimental group with a total of 20 students, and class IV B as a control group with a total of 20 students. Collecting data and instruments in this study used tests given before and after being given treatment. Data processing was carried out using a t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of this study before being given treatment (pretest) showed the average reading comprehension ability of students was 61.62 and after being given treatment using the AMBT strategy, the average value was 80. .95. Based on the statistical results obtained tcount 2.874 and ttable 2.0373. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the AMBT strategy on students' reading comprehension skills in Indonesian class IV subjects at SDN 2 Banyuresmi.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to develop an innovative Indonesian language learning design based on a deep learning approach and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving elementary school students' reading literacy. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research participants included two content experts, two instructional design experts, and 65 elementary school students. Data were collected through validation questionnaires to assess product feasibility and multiple-choice tests to measure students’ reading literacy skills. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques and the normalized gain (N-Gain) test. The results revealed that: (1) students’ initial reading literacy achievement, as measured by the pre-test, was categorized as moderate, with a mean score of 63.61; (2) the developed learning design was rated as highly feasible by expert validators, achieving an average score of 4.63 out of 5.00; (3) students’ post-test performance improved substantially, reaching a mean score of 84.54 and falling within the very high category; and (4) the N-Gain value was 0.58, indicating a moderate level of improvement. These findings indicate that the deep learning-based Indonesian language learning design is effective in enhancing elementary school students’ reading literacy. This study highlights the potential of integrating cognitive and affective dimensions through a deep learning approach to foster a more meaningful learning environment. Such an approach enables students not only to comprehend texts but also to critically analyze, evaluate, and reflect on information. Therefore, the proposed learning design may serve as a valuable reference for educators seeking to transform literacy instruction into a more student-centered and meaningful learning experience at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the persistent challenges faced by regular teachers in teaching students with special needs (ABK) in elementary schools. Some teachers still struggle to understand the characteristics of students with special needs, determine appropriate learning approaches, and adapt the learning process to their needs in inclusive classes. This study aims to determine the readiness of regular teachers in teaching students with special needs at SDN 1 Regol in terms of physical, psychological, knowledge, and skills aspects. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms to 11 teachers at SDN 1 Regol, who served as the research sample, using a saturated sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in percentage form. The results showed that teachers have sufficient physical and psychological readiness to support the implementation of inclusive learning. Teachers also have a basic understanding of inclusive education and the characteristics of students with special needs. In addition, teachers have made several learning adjustments, such as adjusting evaluations and providing teaching materials according to student needs. However, several obstacles were still encountered in the implementation of differentiated learning and the development of individual learning programs. Overall, the readiness of regular teachers at SDN 1 Regol in teaching students with special needs is in the fairly good category and supports the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools.
