Prosiding National Conference for Community Service Project (NaCosPro) merupakan wadah bagi para akademisi maupun masyarakat umum dalam mendesiminasikan artikel ilmiah hasil-hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di berbagai bidang pengabdian, terutama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan juga pihak swasta/business, pemerintah dan community (masyarakat) dalam rangka menyelesaikan permasalahan di masyarakat menuju terwujudnya kesejahteraan dan pemerataan pembangunan di masyarakat. Prosiding ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam menumbuhkan ide-ide inovatif dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan langsung di masyarakat sehingga akan melahirkan pemikiran dan gagasan bagi peningkatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

Tanjung Umah's traditional fish market in the Riau Islands is no longer attractive to the public because the fish are not neatly arranged and the market conditions look less clean. The lack of interest in traditional fish markets has led to a decline in local community income in the Tanjung Umah village. Therefore, this social community empowerment activity program aims to revive (revitalize) the traditional fish market so that it is again in demand by the community and change the negative perceptions of the traditional fish market through the design of an apron that gives identity to the traditional fish market of the Tanjung Umah fishing village in Riau Islands while maintaining the sellers to avoid fish waste so that it looks clean and hygienic. Through the use of this apron, the traditional fish market of Tanjung Umah fishing village can look tidier, in uniform, and attractive so that it can return to life and be of interest to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this program is the understanding of adolescents about the dangers of drugs, the importance of limiting and monitoring the use of technology from parents to children, the importance of English in this globalization era, and increasing children’s knowledge of English. The method of this program was carried out in the Panglong village RT 04 RW 11 ( socialization, material, and understanding provided ). The result of this program is that local residents are more aware of the dangers of drugs, increased knowledge of English and insight on understanding the use of technology.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan adalah untuk membantu organisasi kesenian daerah Turonggo Jati Kusumo menuju organisasi kesenian yang berbadan hukum dan membantu organisasi ini dalam mengelola keuangan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam organisasi ini sangat banyak sekali terutama yang berkaitan dengan pengadministrasian. Selama ini organisasi ini tidak pernah melakukan pencatatan setiap transaksi keuangan yang terjadi dalam organisasi. Banyak organisasi yang bubar dikarenakan tidak melakukan pencatatan serta pengelolaan keuangan yang buruk. Banyak orang yang akan dikecewakan jika organisasi ini tidak berlanjut. Karena banyak orang yang terbantu perekonomian keluarganya dengan mendapatkan tambahan pendapatan sebagai penari pada tarian kuda kepang ini. Tambahan pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh setiap anggota adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya kesulitan keuangan di keluarga. Untuk menjadi organisasi yang professional yang dapat mendukung perekonomian keluarga masing-masing personel maka organisasi Turonggo Jati Kusumo harus melakukan pencatatan dan tertib administrasi. Dalam pelatihan yang diberikan diajarkan bagaimana membuat pencatatan serta format dari buku jurnal umum dan buku kas.

Abstract

Law No. 6, 2014 on Villages gives authority to Villages in the field of governance, implementation of development, community development, and empowerment of Village communities based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and Village customs. Efforts to implement Village development that have an impact on improving the welfare of the Village community can be realized through development strategies, one of which is through the event of a Desa Wisata (DEWI). Pengujan Village is one of the villages in Teluk Bintan District, Bintan Regency which expected to develop a Tourism Village. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to carry out potential village mapping. The method used is through the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and observation. The results of this activity are in the form of a village tourism map and a mapping of village potential from social, economic, and environmental aspects which expected to be useful for formulating development strategies, especially the management of Tourism Villages.

Abstract

Culinary business is one of the promising business, that is the reason why many people chose culinary business as a source of income or an additional income. This also happened in Tiban Lama, Sekupang, Batam. Not to mention that there are still many people who purposely go out to buy the food that they want like Nasi Padang. This has caused the consumers of Nasi Padang to decrease. Regarding this matter, we have discussed and found out the way to broaden the marketing other than through effective social media, and that is by registering the stall to an e-commerce platform like GO-JEK. After the owner had registered to this platform, the owner had confessed that their revenue has increased, and the other impact is that the income of GO-JEK driver who lives in Tiban Lama or based around Tiban Lama area.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang bermutu dapat melahirkan generasi-generasi bangsa yang memiliki daya saing yang cukup dalam berbagai bidang tetapi kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih rendah. Masalah sosial di Indonesia yang sering terjadi adalah anak jalanan, yaitu anak yang memiliki tingkat sosial rendah dikarenakan tidak mampu dalam mendapatkan pendidikan. Dalam buku potret anak jalanan, kami membahas tentang kehidupan anak jalanan kepada masyarakat seperti bagaimana cara menjalani kehidupan sebagai anak jalanan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah wawancara.

Abstract

In this era, English is the most used in this world, cause of its best kwown can said that english is very important for us and for the next generation. The purpose of the community service for public is teaching, inform and socialization about the important of English for the children under 12th in Kelurahan Patam Lestari RW.006. The method we used in this program is Transfer knowledge to the children. The program well done just within 1day at Saturday 13.00 wib until 17.00 wib in RW006. The program held by 8 person (members) of our group. Through the activity showed good results such as the children know more about vocabulary and the already can introduces themselves in English. From that we can know that the children is acceptable, appreciate and intention about our program of learning English.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to educate the students in Batam that still unfamiliar with NPWP and even do not have NPWP to get NPWP online. The methods used in this activity are Education, training, and consultancy online through Zoom Application for one semester. The results of implementation showed that students become educated and understand the role of NPWP in daily life and how to register it online and 10 students successfully registered and got NPWP.

Abstract

Implementation of Sepora conducted in Blok V RW 10 Batu Selicin was motived by a lack of facilities Posyandu facilities and the importance of Posyandu for the community to receive and obtain health services well and satisfactorily. The method is making the nameplate of Posyandu. the aim is to better introduce the community to the existence of a Posyandu in the surrounding environment and encourage the community to visit the Posyandu. The result of implementation received a fairly good response and the community also became more aware of the importance of the Posyandu

Abstract

English subjects have become part of the established curriculum. Especially for Junior High School and Senior High School levels in Batam City, English is useful as one of the soft skills needed today. However, the problem that arises is that not all students can use English well and fluently. The program offered for this problem is online learning. Students can study independently with materials that can upload via Youtube. The results obtained were students responded well to the materials uploaded on Youtube, so that they could improve their English skills.
