Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Office in Bone Bolango Regency. This research used a quantitative approach, with the Ex-post facto research method. The data used were primary data obtained from Distributing questionnaires to Community and Village Empowerment Office Employees in Bone Bolango Regency. The number of samples in this study was 31 respondents. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Office in Bone Bolango Regency. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation was 39,5% while the remaining 60,5% was influenced by variables that were not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Yogyakarta Special Region Culture Office. The population of this study were 55 employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Cultural Service Office. The sampling technique is a saturated sample or census by taking a sample of 55 employees. Data collection methods with questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Career Development variables on Employee Job Satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of Intrinsic Motivation variables on Employee Job Satisfaction and a positive and significant effect of Organizational Culture variables on Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and interpersonal relationships on the longevity of staff at Puri Raharja General Hospital. Purposive sampling was used to select 110 respondents from the Puri Raharja General Hospital employee population who met the following two criteria: received a salary lower than the federal minimum wage and had worked for more than three years. Google Forms is used for data collection in the form of surveys. Validity and reliability tests, along with normality tests and multiple linear regression, as well as partial and simultaneous t and f tests were used to analyze the data. The findings of this research prove that (1) Salary increases reduce employee incentives to stay with the company, indicating that salary compensation has a negative impact on worker retention. (2) The more progress a person makes in their career, the more likely they are to stay with the company. (3) Interpersonal relationships are important for the continuity of their work: the more they are established, the longer they stay in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the steps implemented by PT. Mirae Aset Sekuritas, to find out and analyze the final results of achieving each step that has been taken by PT. Mirae Asset Securities. This study uses qualitative research methods using SWOT analysis techniques. The research results show that the steps implemented by PT. Mirae Aset Securities Office Cab. Bali in increasing customers/investors is carrying out evaluations related to the growth of customer transactions every year, providing education to customers regarding investment behavior and disseminating information on the advantages or benefits that customers receive in using products, utilizing social media in the form of interesting video content and placing advertisements in the media social services, facilitating the process of opening an account which can be done with a mobile phone or online with a web page, using an online application, namely NAVI as an investment platform, providing services in the form of branch offices with a modern nuanced store concept and providing advantages in the form of tax free, no purchase fees -selling, portfolio diversification, liquid because the withdrawal of funds can be done at any time, and a low minimum investment value. Inhibiting factors: customer trust in the company, the presence of licensed brokerage companies that do not comply with the rules so that it has a negative impact on other investment companies Supporting Factors: the use of online applications for opening accounts that make it easier for customers to make transactions, the existence of a NAVI platform that can make it easier for customers to make mutual fund transactions from investment management.

Abstract

The justification behind this survey was to decide the impact between at least two factors, to be specific the causal impact that emerges between the free factors in particular capability, work inspiration and administration style with the reliant variable to be specific the exhibition of town mechanical assembly in Buleleng Rule in the structure of demonstrating the speculation by utilizing measurable information tests that exact. Since the information that will be utilized to dissect the connection between factors is communicated by numbers or a mathematical scale, the examination model that will be done utilizes a quantitative methodology (Kuncoro, 2003). Purposive and non-probability sampling was used to select 94 respondents from the entire population of village officials in Buleleng Regency for this study. The information were broke down utilizing trial of legitimacy and dependability, ordinariness, various straight relapse, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the increase in the price of basic necessities on the level of public consumption, especially in the South Tangerang City area. This study also aims to determine the impact of the increase in the price of these needed on the work motivations of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the same area. The study involved 100 respondents who were randomly selected. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collective was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with a linkert scale, the data was processed using the path analysis method. The result showed that the increase in the price of basic necessities reduced the consumption level of people of South Tangerang by 71.4% while the increase in the price of basic needs (X) and level of public consumption (Y) simultaneously based on the result of study reduced the work motivation of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Z) as evidenced by the Sig value in the coefficients table of 0.000 while the direct effect of X to Z is 43. 7% and the indirect effect of X on Z 37.3% Thus value of the effect of X through Y on Y is 81%

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an MSME business strategy management model in encouraging the acceleration of national economic recovery with a research focus, namely the identification of internal and external factors of MSMEs and the preparation of MSME strategy models. The population is determined by purposive sampling and purposive sampling. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely identifying various problems faced by MSMEs in Gorontalo province and analyzing them using SWOT analysis and then formulating a strategy model to overcome them. MSMEs are a very important sector and play an active role in the Indonesian economy. The role of MSMEs also includes the acceleration of Indonesia's economic growth. This is because there is a match between the role of MSMEs in providing jobs and the formation of added value. Especially the strategic management aspects that must be carried out by MSMEs both in increasing production, increasing the capacity of MSME human resources, capital, and marketing activities. Another thing is the importance of the government's role and attention to continue to encourage MSME players to increase their production and help market MSME products not only at the local level but can reach abroad. This activity is expected to immediately restore economic conditions in the current post-pandemic period for the better.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how logistics management and disaster management are implemented in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research which aims to interpret a phenomenon being studied. Data source sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was the Head of Logistics and Equipment Division, Logistics Distribution Section, and Data and Information Section of BPBD Bone Bolango Regency. Bone Bolango Regency is one of the disaster-prone areas in Gorontalo Province. One of the activities carried out by BPBD in this case is providing logistical assistance and disaster management equipment to communities affected by disasters. Logistics and disaster management equipment are managed in logistics management. This research was conducted at BPBD Bone Bolango Regency in 2022. The results of this research show that logistics management and disaster management equipment at BPBD Bone Bolango Regency has been implemented, but not as it should be. Improvements can be made by providing good warehouse facilities, procuring tank cars, and increasing human resources for disaster operators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of creativity on the business success of MSME actors, (2) the influence of innovation on the business success of MSME actors, (3) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the business success of MSME actors and (4) the influence of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge on simultaneously to the business success of MSME actors. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors assisted by PT. Energi Bayu Jeneponto with 40 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) creativity has no significant effect on the success of MSME actors' businesses (2) innovation has no significant effect on MSME business success; (3) Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the business success of MSME actors. (4) Creativity, product innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the business success of MSME players. That is, if creativity, product innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge are increased together it will have an impact on increasing business success and vice versa if creativity, product innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge decrease together it will result in a decrease in business success

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe Implementation of Tourism Development Policies in Olele Village, Bone Bolango Regency and the Factors that influence the Implementation of Tourism Development Policies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that the Implementation of Tourism Development Policies in Olele Village, Bone Bolango Regency, has been going well in terms of planning which has used ecological studies. The implementation has been running quite well in accordance with the planning. The Regular monitoring and evaluation is carried out. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles.The obstacle lies in the communication factor where there is still a lack of coordination and tourism promotion. Insufficient resource management. As well as the Disposition orthe implementor behavior where problems arise from community who do not yet have compliance in the effort to implement tourism development policies in Olele Village. However, the distribution of authority and tourism CSR also the SOP has been carried out properly.
