Abstract

This study aimz to analyze taken using the accidental sampling method with a total of 115 respondents. Data were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch through Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS Aplication. Based on this research, the results of determining recruitment have no effect on employee performance. Work Placement effects Employee Performance. Recruitment and Work Placement have a positive and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to test and analyze the partial effect of TV commercials, brand image and product design on buying interest in Gajah Dut stamp sarongs. 2) To find out the factors that have the most dominant influence on the interest in buying Gajah Dut stamp sarongs. 3) To test and analyze the influence of TV Ads, Brand Image, and Product Design simultaneously on the intention to buy the Gajah Dut stamp sarong. In this study, researchers used quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires and library document data. With a population of all Muslim communities in the Koripan Village, Matesih District. By taking a sample of 100 respondents through the accidential sampling method. By conducting data analysis through research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence on television advertising, brand image and product design on the intention to buy the Gajah Dut stamp sarong. The brand image variable in this study is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the intention to buy the Gajah Gajah sarong. Purchase intention can be explained by television commercials, brand image and product design by 56.20%. While the remaining 43.80% is explained by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Research objectives at UD. Probosakti Probolinggo is to examine how the causal relationship between leadership, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research is a causal association type, with a saturated sampling method. The sample is 31 employees from the entire population of 31 employees. Using SPSS as an analytical tool produces a value of Fcount > Ftable (25.341 > 2.96) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that leadership, discipline and motivational factors have a joint and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, the calculated t value of the leadership, discipline and motivation variables > from the t table value with a confidence level of <0.05, meaning that each independent variable has an influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, 70.9% of the fluctuations in performance were contributed by leadership, discipline and motivation, and 29.1% of variations in performance fluctuations were contributed by variables outside the study, and the greatest influence on variations in performance fluctuations was influenced by work motivation with an influence value of 0.505.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 dimaknai sebagai desrupsi teknologi, sebuah perubahan fundamental akibat perkembangan sistem teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu diperlukan keberanian untuk berubah, keluar dari zona nyaman, merdeka dalam berfikir, percaya diri dan memiliki pola pikir yang bertumbuh menciptakan peluang kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peluang kewirausahaan bidang pendidikan melalaui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan informasi yang bersumber dari bahan pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan teknologi memberikan peluang kewirausahaan pendidikan melalui transformasi digital. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berperan dalam menciptakan wirausaha yang kreatif, berorientasi pada peluang, proaktif dan inovatif. Lebih lanjut media pembelajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat secara online menjadi produk digital yang menjanjikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction, compensation dan work environment pada employee retention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 72 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT XYZ. Kuesioner penelitian terdiri dari 34 butir pernyataan tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert berdasarkan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling total. Data telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction, compensation dan work environment secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi employee retention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money on consumptive behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative using survey methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Denpasar City who are in the age range of 22-42 years. This research uses probability sampling technique in taking samples and using random sampling method. The number of samples is 100 people. Data was collected using a component questionnaire in the context of financial literacy, lifestyle, use of electronic money and consumer behavior. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) financial literacy has a significant negative effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (2) lifestyle has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (3) the use of electronic money has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the next generation millennials in Denpasar City, (4) financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money jointly influence the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City. Thus these three factors influence the consumtive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence and role of competence and work discipline have on the work productivity of employees at the Fisheries Office of the city of Palopo. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods, the sample used was the entire population of 85 people. The result of the research is that competence has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination obtained by R Square is 0.549 or 54.9%, which means that the effect of workload and work discipline on employee productivity at the Palopo City Fisheries Service is 54.9%, and the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study, such as motivation, job satisfaction, compensation, organizational culture, work environment, and other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the review of Good Corporate Governance carried out in carrying out duties at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, with a focus on the five principles of GCG. The results of the study show PT PAL's commitment and seriousness in controlling satisfaction in accordance with GCG principles, applicable laws and regulations, and guidelines to be followed for a healthy business, with an assessment of an increase of 80.4% compared to the previous year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the success of a company is largely determined by the good and bad performance of employees. This could have happened because of the influence of Occupational Health Safety (K3) and the Work Environment, this study employed a quantitative methodology. A survey will be the methodology used in this study. A questionnaire was employed as the data collecting tool for this study to gather data on indicators linked to the research variables and the sample population under examination. Amount of samples used in this study 77 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the IBM Statistics SPSS 20 For Windows program. The research data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the research conducted show that the Occupational Health Safety (K3) and Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.253 or 25.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much service quality influence on community satisfaction or dissatisfaction with public service at Medokan Ayu Village Office in Surabaya City. Public service improvement is one of the efforts that can improve the quality of service for the community. Subdistricts as lower level providers must be able to provide good service quality to the community. This study use a descriptive quantitative method with a frequency data table analysis dan a 5-point Likert scale. The indicators used are a combination of theories according to Levine and Kotler namely (1) Reliability, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Assurance, (4) Emphathy, (5) Tangible, (6) Responsibility, and (7) Accountability. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires addressed to 100 respondents. The research results show that in general the quality of public service in Medokan Ayu Village Office, Surabaya City is already qualified but still there are several indicators that must be improved in order to be more optimal in service delivery. However, the public remains satisfied with the ministry provided.
