Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills and hard skills in a company. The method applied in this research is the quantitative method, by taking sample data from 100 respondents using the stratified random sampling method, which means that people are not grouped into groups that are not homogeneous and are stratified proportionally. Sig value (2-tailed) which can be concluded from the table. 1 that each item in the Hard Skill variable (X.1), Soft Skill variable (X.2), and Employee Performance variable (Y) can be drawn a real conclusion, it can be concluded that all variables are real because the sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05. The results of the hard skill test show a relevance level of 0.001 based on the hypothesis test. Hard skills have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Because Ho is not accepted and Ha is accepted based on the reference in this study, with a significance level of less than 0.05

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out specifically about the influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously at PT Mitra Andal Sejati. The type of sampling from this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique which produced 95 respondents. In this research, the authors used the proof of data quality test and classic assumption test, after which it continued with the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that 1) there is a partial and significant effect of motivational variables on job satisfaction, 2) there is a partial and significant effect of the compensation variable on job satisfaction, 3) there is a partial and significant effect of the work environment variable on job satisfaction, 4) there is a simultaneous and significant effect of the motivational, compensation variable and work environment on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari sebuah Lembaga menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode tersebut dipilih agar penulis dapat mendeskripsikan keadaan yang diamati secara tepat sesuai fakta yang ada dan relevan dengan permasalahan yang ada yaitu Manajemen Layanan Dan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja. Pencapaian kinerja LLDIKTI 4 pada tahun 2022 dari 7 Indikator Kinerja Kegiatan yang ditetapkan sebanyak 57% atau 4 IKK telah mencapai bahkan melebihi target, sedangkan 43% atau sebanyak 3 IKK tidak dapat mencapai target. Sama seperti pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 57% target yang telah tercapai, namun secara spesifik ada peningkatan kualitas layanan yang sangat signifikan yang berarti mengindikasikan implementasi dari perencanaan program yang telah ditetapkan telah berjalan dengan baik adanya progres yang baik dari tahun ke tahun menandakan LLDIKTI Wilayah 4 sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Dan jika dilihat dari 5 dimensi kinerja yaitu produktivitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas, akuntanbilitas, dan kualitas layanan, dari ke 5 indikator tersebut sudah diterapkan dengan sangat baik sehingga layanan yang diberikan sudah optimal baik dari segi sarana maupun prasarana yang dapat menunjang aktivitas layanan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Arek Suroboyo Siap Kerjo (ASSiK) application at the Department of Industry and Labor in the City of Surabaya. The method used is qualitative with descriptive purposes. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn about six indicators of successful policy implementation. The results of the study show that: (1) standards and objectives are not good; (2) resources are not good; (3) communication is not good; (4) the characteristics of implementing agents are good; (5) social, economic, and political conditions are good; and (6) the disposition is good. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Arek Suroboyo Siap Kerjo (ASSiK) application at the Surabaya City Industry and Labor Service is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, career development, and human resource training on the performance of BKPSDM Surakarta employees. The hypotheses proposed in this study are H1: suspected work discipline affects employee performance, H2: suspected career development affects employee performance, H3: suspected human resource training affects employee performance, and H4: suspected work discipline, career development, and human resource training simultaneously affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative research using surveys and interviews, which are intended to provide explanations. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main collection tool. Sampling using the purposive sampling method where the technique of determining the sample is done with certain considerations or criteria. The study involved 35 employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models using the SPSS v25 application. The results of the data analysis show that the Tcount value of the Work Discipline variable is 1.702, the Career Development variable is 1.980, and Human Resource Training is 2.439. As for the ttable value of 1.697. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that work discipline, career development, and human resource training partially and simultaneously affect the performance of BKPSDM Surakarta employees.

Abstract

This research aims as an external marketing tool based on a digital platform-based facility to support multi-user e-commerce, owners and intermediaries. By looking at the development of the trend until the end of this year, the research team aims to provide an overview; direction and the possibility of the hectic trend of moving external marketing strategies or supporting online trade in 2023. The research team's method uses 3T analysis, namely: transpire, trend, and technology; all carried out qualitatively from the literature on the determination of subsequent predictions. The results of the research team are in the form of a new 2023 trend pattern; produced by the research team by collecting literature data and interviews from various sources, focusing on the scope of external marketing to be raised in the evaluation of this research team, namely: brand ambassadors, P.E.L strategy, and customer persona; carry out the formulation of results; and then from the three external scopes of the marketing marketplace, they are explored again to get findings. The implications of the research team's results can be considered, guided, and prepared; both in the academic world with related scientific clusters, as well as in the professional world related to developments and shifts in trends and technology in the digital platform marketplace business.

Abstract

Kajian ini bermaksud untuk melihat dan mengkaji dampaknya, khususnya: (1) administrasi terhadap kelangsungan program Disperkimta RTLH di Rezim Buleleng; (2) mengawasi sejauh mana program RTLH Disperkimta berjalan di Kabupaten Buleleng; (3) motivasi penerima manfaat terhadap keberhasilan program RTLH Disperkimta di Kabupaten Buleleng; dan 4) kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan motivasi simultan dari penerima manfaat tentang keberhasilan program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng. Ada 74 penerima manfaat dalam populasi penelitian ini. Pemeriksaan ini mengingat klasifikasi eksplorasi kausal menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, survei kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan; (2) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh pengawasan; (3) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh motivasi penerima; selanjutnya (4) kewenangan, pengawasan, dan inspirasi penerima sekaligus berdampak pada kecukupan program Disperkimta RTLH di Perda Buleleng.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the interaction between the following factors: (1) brand image; (2) products; (3) price; (4) promotion; (5) place; (6 people; (7) process; (8) physical evidence; and (9) brand image, product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, process, people, and togetherness. Quantitative clause approach is used for this research. Purposive sampling was used to select 66 students from class X training at LPK Royal Bali College during the second semester for this study. This study used a questionnaire to collect data, which was then analyzed by means of a regression test. The research results show that: (1) brand image has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (2) product has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (3) price does not have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (4) promotion does not have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (5) ) place has no significant impact on choosing decisions, (6) physical evidence has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (7) process has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (8) people have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (9) brand image and marketing mix together- have a significant impact on the decision to choose. Based on this analysis it can be concluded that brand image and marketing mix simultaneously or partially have a significant impact on the decision to choose LPK Royal Bali College.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource development at PT. Rahardja Ekalancar from various aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach to describe the results of the data. From this study it was found that to develop human resources, PT. Rahardja Ekalancar conducted several methods including training to improve several aspects including productivity, efficiency, damage, accidents, service, morale, career, contextual, leadership, remuneration, and consumers. This is expected to improve and achieve company goals.
