Abstract

This research aims to determine the institutional transformation process at the Bojonegoro Regency Food Security and Agriculture Service, which is a new regional apparatus organization that was formed through a merger/merger process based on Bojonegoro Regent Regulation No. 85 of 2021. The Bojonegoro Regency Government is trying to streamline the main duties of the two agencies by combine/merger to create an agile organizational structure. Through the merger process, of course there were many changes in function and structure. This change in structure and function is the background for the need for scientific research regarding organizational changes which previously merged two different OPDs to form one new OPD. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research found that the Bojonegoro Regency Food and Agriculture Security Service has carried out organizational transformation through strengthening the vision and mission, changing the organizational structure, improving public services through online applications and websites, building partners with other parties and implementing a reward and punishment system for employees.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researchers aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment, work stress, and work discipline on cyberloafing behavior in employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Service. This research is quantitative. The variables of work environment, work stress, and work discipline are independent, while cyberloafing behavior is the dependent variable. The respondents were 87 employees, with a census sampling technique so that the population and research sample were all respondents. Statistical analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a research analysis tool to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The research results show that the work environment has a negative and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, work stress has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, and work discipline has a negative and insignificant influence on cyberloafing behavior. In conclusion, special attention is needed to work stress by superiors to reduce the possibility of employee doing cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the existing conditions of human resource development in the village government in North Tambusai sub-district, Rokan Hulu district; and how to prepare a human resource development strategy for the village government in North Tambusai sub-district, Rokan Hulu district using SWOT analysis. The theory used in this research is SWOT Analysis according to Freddy Rangkuti (2016). This research is a qualitative type of research. Research subjects were determined using purposive sampling to search for and explore data and information related to village government human resource development. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the results of the SWOT analysis are in quadrant I which produces an aggressive strategy (SO). The recommended strategy is firstly utilizing the existence of human resources in the computer sector, secondly utilizing village funds and village government human resources, thirdly providing special training for staff and village officials through the community empowerment and village government service (DPMPD) on a regular and comprehensive basis, providing special training for staff and village officials through DPMPD periodically and comprehensively. Fourth, add and utilize village assistants in fostering the implementation of cooperation between villages through BKAD.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership, communication and level of education on community participation in the management of PLTBM Bondosula Hamlet, Lamboya District, West Sumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this study were residents of the Bondosula community, Lamboya District, West Sumba Regency who were over 17 years old, namely 420 people. The sample for this research was obtained using a simple random sampling technique which was calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 81 people. Data was obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Community participation plays a role in the social and economic development of a region. Until now, the West Sumba Regency Government has not been fully able to manage the Bondosula PLTBm due to inadequate community participation and other technical problems. To increase the level of participation, it is necessary to understand the influencing factors, including leadership, communication and level of education. The results of the research show that leadership, communication, and level of education influence community participation in the management of PLTBM Bondosula Hamlet, Lamboya District, West Sumba Regency. Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of village officials in distributing social assistance in Tamaila Village, Tolangohula District, Gorontalo Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation related and relevant to this research. Social assistance provided by the government is a form of government concern for its people. This is in accordance with the constitutional mandate that the poor and neglected children are cared for by the state. The research results show that officers in distributing social assistance are not transparent, where it is not clear how much social assistance should be received by residents who are obliged to receive it. Officers did not properly collect data on who was eligible and obliged to receive social assistance, where there were residents who were not recorded even though they deserved to receive it. Officers show favoritism in distributing social assistance because the priority is relatives and those closest to them who always support the village head's directions. This element of intentionality is associated with anyone who does not vote in the village head election so that it is ignored and makes things difficult in various ways, especially getting social assistance. For this reason, it can be concluded that the distribution of social assistance carried out by officers is not yet transparent, there is favoritism and data collection on residents receiving social assistance is not accurate because something has been overlooked. For this reason, it is recommended that the distribution of social assistance must receive strict supervision.

Abstract

This research aims to meet the needs of companies in facing industrial developments to create good resources by developing knowledge management and job training. This research also aims to improve employee performance so that they can compete in the market in order to achieve competitive advantage. This research analyzes the effect of training on employee performance with knowledge management as an intervening variable at the Telkom Corporate University Center. This research used quantitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques and took a sample of 60 respondents from all Telkom Corporate University Center employees. This research uses proportional random sampling with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equati Modeling (PLS-SEM) program. The results of this research are descriptive analysis which shows that the training, knowledge management and employee performance variables are in the very good category. There is a positive and significant influence between training and employee performance, training and knowledge management, employee performance and knowledge management and knowledge management can mediate the relationship between training and employee performance at the Telkom Corporate University Center.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) and K3 behavior on employee performance at PT. Enam Prakarsajaya Mandiri. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population used is employees of PT. Enam Prakarsajaya Mandiri, the sample used by 123 respondents through the sampling method used, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. The analysis technique used is SPSS 25. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between K3 behavior and compliance with PPE use on employee performance. This research will be an input for PT. Enam Prakarsajaya Mandiri continues to be committed to improving the quality of K3 training and facilities to achieve good K3 behavior and compliance with the use of PPE. Because of the high behavior of K3 and compliance with the use of good PPE will improve employee performance which is the ticket to the success of all businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the significance of the influence of the leadership style of the West Java Governor for the 2018-2023 period on the quality of public services in the West Java Provincial Government in 2023. West Java Province is the most populous province in Indonesia, so it is a challenge for the West Java provincial government to provide excellent public services for all its citizens. The influence of a leader who can make efforts to improve the quality of public services is needed. The method used is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. In this research, a series of statistical data analysis was carried out to test the proposed hypothesis, the results of which were presented descriptively. The results obtained were 14.190>1.661 with a significance value of <0.001 and a correlation of 0.820 or in a very strong category. Where the leadership style of the West Java Governor for the 2018-2023 period has an effect of 66.9% on the quality of public services in the West Java Provincial Government in 2023.

This study purposes to examine the impact of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline on employee turnover intention at Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. This investigation method is quantitative to test the relationship between variables. The population in this investigation was 89 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The sampling technique uses a census. The data collection instrument utilized a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The findings of the research found that job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention, work motivation had a negative impact on turnover intention, and work discipline had a negative impact on turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency factors of drug production that influence e-catalogue drug prices at PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses a descriptive quantitative descriptive approach by collecting secondary data in the form of generic product price data from PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk won the e-catalogue during that period as well as primary data obtained by conducting interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, the factors of active drug raw materials, excipient materials, production processes, and the rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the average price of e-catalogue drugs per semester. Meanwhile, the factors of packaging materials and production capacity do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, these six factors have a significant influence on the average price of e-catalogue medicines per semester. The most dominant factor influencing e-catalogue drug prices is the active drug raw materials. The implication of this research is that PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk needs to pay attention to efficiency factors such as active drug raw materials, excipient materials, production processes, and the rupiah exchange rate to be able to set competitive e-catalogue drug prices in the National Health Insurance era.
