Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 2021 UPZ scholarship program for its recipients, namely North Sumatra UIN students. This research is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to students receiving UPZ scholarships in 2021 and obtained 50 people as research samples. The results show that the effectiveness of the 2021 UPZ Scholarship program for North Sumatra UIN students has been running effectively because it has received a percentage of 79.59% which has exceeded the 61% figure which is the benchmark that a program can be said to be effective if it exceeds that percentage. This scholarship is given for the collection of zakat funds for all lecturers and workers in the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The distribution of zakat funds can be carried out if there are mustahik groups in the environment or related agencies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPeople's consumption behavior initially had a rational principle. However, nowadays with changes in behavior patterns due to the entry of the era of globalization, it has an influence on all aspects of life, including consumption behavior patterns. Adolescents are one of the groups who are affected by this and adolescence is an age that is very vulnerable to being affected by social changes that occur around them, including in terms of consumption behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of lifestyle, socioeconomic status of parents on the consumptive behavior of generation Z in Madiun city. This research method is associative research with a quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 100 adolescents in the city of Madiun in the age range of 15-25 years. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire, while the initial observation used an interview technique to determine the consumption behavior of adolescents. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle, peer conformity and the socioeconomic status of parents on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Madiun City. ABSTRAKPerilaku konsumsi masyarakat pada awalnya memiliki prinsip rasional. Namun, sekarang ini dengan adanya perubahan pola perilaku akibat masuknya era globalisasi membawa pengaruh terhadap segala aspek kehidupan tidak terkecuali pola perilaku knsumsi. Usia remaja salah satu kalangan yang ikut terdampak atas hal tersebut dan usia remaja merupakan usia yang sangat rentan terpengaruh oleh perubahan-perubahan sosial yang terjadi disekitarnya termasuk dalam hal perilaku konsumsinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi Z di kota Madiun. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 rejama di kota Madiun pada rentang usia 15-25 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan observasi awal menggunakan teknik wawancara untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumsi remaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya hidup, konformitas teman sebaya dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi Z di kota Madiun.

Abstract

Religiusitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran halal masyarakat muslim. Artikel ini merupakan hasil survei dari sebuah komunitas yang dikenal religiositasnya, yaitu masyarakat Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana religiusitas tercermin dalam perilaku masyarakat khususnya mengenai kesadaran akan kehalalan makanan yang dikonsumsi atau sebaliknya yaitu masyarakat kurang berhati-hati karena berada di lingkungan yang sangat religius. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisisnya adalah deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket yang dibagikan kepada 114 mahasiswa muslim di Pamekasan. Sebagai pengantar, penulis mencoba mendeskripsikan kentalnya Islam di Madura, khususnya di PamekasanJawa Timur. Ditemukan bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa muslim di Pamekasan Jawa Timur tentang konsep halal, istilah bahan makanan non halal, memperhatikan logo halal, pengenalan logo halal resmi, dan kecenderungan memperhatikan komposisi produk yang tidak berlabel halal sudah tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Sukuk Korporasi, Zakat, dan Inflasi terhadap PDB di Indonesia pada tahun 2006-2020. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan eviews. Dengan  nilai probabilitas 0.2223 0.05, sedangkan variabel Zakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB di Indonesia dengan nilai probabilitas 0.0002 0.05, dan variabel Inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap PDB di Indonesia dengan nilai probabilitas 0.7784 0.05. Selanjutnya, variabel Sukuk Korporasi, Zakat dan Inflasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB di Indonesia dengan nilai Prob(F-statistic) 0.000303 0.05. Hal ini memiliki makna bahwa variabel Sukuk Korporasi, Zakat dan Inflasi mampu  menjelaskan variasi dari PDB sebesar 80,7110% dan sisanya sebesar 19,289% variasi variabel PDB dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Artinya semakin baik Sukuk Korporasi, Zakat, dan Inflasi maka semakin meningkatkan jumlah PDB di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: PDB; Sukuk Korporasi; Zakat; Inflasi

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of financial attitude on financial management behavior in employees of LAZISMU Muhammadiyah Center and also the influence of spiritual intelligence on financial management behavior on employees of LAZISMU Employees Muhammadiyah Center. The type of research used is quantitative with a causality approach. The population in this study was all employees of LAZISMU Muhammadiyah Center, so that as many as 55 respondents were obtained after sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior and similarly Spiritual Intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. The results of this study on an R2 basis had a considerable influence, namely 70.6% while the remaining 29.4% of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Al-Maqrizi is a Muslim economist who is known for his work on money and inflation. al-Maqrizi argued that the circulation and creation of excessive money by the government will lead to an increase in the prices of goods and services (inflation).Purpose/Objective Study: this study tries to analyze empirically the relationship or influence of the money supply in Indonesia on the Inflation that occurs. It aims to see the government's policy in regulating the amount of money in circulation whether it is in accordance with the needs of the community or not, or even the creation and circulation of money causes inflation.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive statistical approach to data processing. The data used is secondary data, namely data in the form of money supply and inflation that occurred in Indonesia during the last 32 years (1992 - 2023), the data collection technique used is documentation by collecting data from statistical reports from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia, as well as books and journals relevant to the research conducted. Data analysis techniques used are correlation and regression.Findings: From the results of data processing, it is concluded that the circulation of money has no effect on inflation in Indonesia. When viewed from the theory put forward by Al-Maqrizi, it can be concluded that the creation or circulation of money circulation that occurred in Indonesia in the last 32 years did not cause inflation, this can be interpreted that the circulation of money in Indonesia by the government is in accordance with the needs of transactions or economic activities in Indonesia, so as not to cause inflation.

Abstract

Background: Businesses that carry out Islamic marketing must carry out their marketing activities in accordance with Islamic values, such as providing halal products, serving consumers honestly and fairly, and avoiding promotional activities that are deceptive (tadlis),  On the other hand, often companies carry out marketing activities that are not in accordance with Islamic values, such as offensive marketing. Offensive marketing is a marketing activity that is controversial and offensive to certain groups of people.Purpose of Study: Analyze the Offensive Marketing carried out by Rabbani and its relation to the maqasid of sharia.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research is a qualitative descriptive research.Findings: In adopting  Rabbani's offensive marketing strategy, companies must ensure that their actions are aligned with the Islamic principles and values embodied in the Sharia Maqasid. This involvesadherence to the principles  of ethics, justice, halal, consumer protection, and the good of society in general. Taking into account the maqasid of sharia, i.e. ad-dharuriyah al-khamsa Islamic businesses can use offensive marketing as a tool to achieve sustainable and responsible growth.Types of Papers: Research Articles

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : In Indonesia, there has been a strong increase in the muslim stock market. 60% of issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) fall into the Sharia category. In 2022 several corporate sectors have experienced a decline in shares. The technology sector, one of which fell by 33.24% in the periode 2022.Purpose/Objective Study : This study aimed at determine (1) effect of profitability on earnings management (2) effect of leverage on earnings management (3) effect of tax planning on earnings management (4) effect of company size on earnings managementDesign/Methodology/Approaches : The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. With a population of all technology companies registered on the Jakarta Sharia Index 70 throughout 2018 - 2022. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data of this research uses secondary data types and is obtained from www.idx.co.idand the company's website. Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: One pesantren one product is a program of the governor of West Java province which aims to make pesantren self-reliant, among its programs is to provide assistance, training and grant funds to pesantren that have businesses both start-up and scale up.Purpose/Objective Study: the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of assistance, training and grant funds on pesantren independence.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population in this study was 285 pesantren in Tasiknalaya City and Regency. The sample in this study was 48 respondents, using online and offline questionnaires as the distribution media. The research sample was taken using a purposive random sampling approach with the following criteria; (1) are OPOP participants in 2019-2023, (2) are in the Tasikmalaya City/RegencyFindings: the results show that The mentoring, training and grants provided by the governor's of West Java province affect the independence of pesantren in the city and district of Tasikmalaya, with a large influence of 69%.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Zakat, a core Islamic practice, mandates Muslims to give to needy people. Indonesia's sizable Muslim population and Islamic financial institutions create substantial zakat potential. However, effective collection and distribution face hurdles, including a lack of understanding, trust, and optimal management. Legislation and education efforts aim to improve zakat management, with transparency and good governance crucial. Enhancing public awareness and accountability can unlock the full potential of zakat funds for social welfare.Purpose/Objective Study: This study aims to analyze the effect of Sharia compliance, Good Corporate Governance, and Amil Zakat competence on zakat management in North Sumatra Province.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population of this study is all Amil Zakat in North Sumatra Province, while the sample is all managers of the Institution of Zakat in North Sumatra Province which are under the auspices of the National Board of Zakat Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS) of North Sumatra Province. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.Findings: The results of the study show that Sharia compliance has a positive and significant influence on the management of zakat. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in zakat management institutions also has a positive impact on zakat fund collection, good reputation, and transparency and accountability in the distribution of zakat funds. As well as amil competence also has a positive and significant influence on the management of zakat. The results of the study also emphasize the importance of Sharia compliance, the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, and increasing the competence of amil in zakat management. To improve zakat management, zakat institutions, government and society need to work together to ensure fair, transparent and competitive zakat management.
