Abstract

Islamic education has a major contribution in developing a mulitcultural attitude in Indonesia which has a diversity of ethnicities, nationalities, races, cultures, gender, and religion. Islamic teachings carried by Islamic education are loaded with multicultural values. Islam highly respects and values ​​differences by instilling an attitude of sympathy, appreciation, respect and empathy. The difference is sunnatullah which must be addressed wisely and gracefully. Through understanding the differences and respecting differences can minimize the occurrence of conflicts such as disputes, divisions, and wars between tribes, nations, races, cultures, genders, and religions.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai agama yang diwahyukan, Allah menyatakan Islam sebagai agama khiyar (yang terpilih dan terbaik) dengan rekomendasi terbaik di sisi-Nya yang menempatkan pengikutnya sebagai sebaik-baik ummat, dan wasathon ummah yang memiliki karakter yang adil dan toleran. Islam dalam posisi ini sebagai "wasathiyyah" (moderasi) yang berarti di posisi tengah, seimbang, adil, toleran, tidak ekstrim di satu sisi dan selaras dengan prinsip "rabbaniyah". Makna wasathiyyah dalam ta'rif al-wasathiyah mencakup pilihan yang adil, pamungkas, terbaik dan seimbang antara dua titik berlawanan yang berlawanan. Islam moderat adalah konsep Islam yang tidak condong ke kiri atau kanan, tetapi jalan lurus dan umat Islam dinyatakan sebagai moderat, orang-orang terbaik yang akan menjadi saksi dan pionir perdamaian dan perbaikan dunia. Islam yang moderat dapat dipahami sebagai pandangan atau sikap yang selalu berusaha mengambil posisi tengah dari dua sikap yang berlawanan dan dibesar-besarkan sehingga salah satu dari dua sikap tersebut tidak mendominasi satu sisi. Dengan kata lain, seorang Muslim moderat adalah seorang Muslim yang memberikan nilai yang tepat dan seimbang untuk dua pemikiran atau sikap yang berlawanan. Karena manusia, siapa pun dia, tidak mampu melarikan diri dari pengaruh dan bias karena selalu ada pengaruh tradisi, pikiran, keluarga atau waktu dan tempat dalam hidupnya. Tidak mungkin untuk mewakili atau menawarkan moderasi penuh di dunia nyata, hanya Tuhan yang dapat melakukannya.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the educational strategy value in constructing the students’ religious character. This research used descriptive analytic that used the scholars’ theories about the value of education in constructing of character building. As for the researcher conducted analysis in roder to know the effectiveness of educational strategy value which is considered ineducation world. The finding of this research concluded that the educational strategy value can use several strategies, that are moral knowing, modeling and moral modeling, feeling and loving the good, moral acting, punihsment, admonition, and habituation. As for the success of constructing the students’ character is when the people has multi-competence as well as the science of moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action as a the entity which is can not be separated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of teachers in MIN Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used is quantitative which aims to test hypotheses using statistical techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 26 teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung. While the data analysis technique uses simple correlation statistical tests. The results of the research are that the better the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management will increase the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN Bandar Lampung City. The strength of the influence of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung is 0.690 which is categorized as having moderate / moderate influence.

Abstract

The differences of views about Islam is single or plural impact on the debate on the use of terminology of Indonesia Islamic education. This debate on terminology actually arose among the Muslims who have more understanding about the conception of Islamic education. Therefore, this study aims to explore the attitudes of the academic community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga against the use of Islamic education terminology in Indonesia, so as to know the views of respondents about Islam is single or plural. This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. The population of this study are students of the third semester and the fifth semester at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) at Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) Salatiga as many as 1763 respondents. Researcher took 355 samples of respondents with cluster random sampling technique. Data collection use questioner method. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The data that has been collected then followed the stages of description, reduction, selection, discussion, analysis and conclusions. This research concluded that the majority of the academic community of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga were disagree with the terminology of Islamic education of Indonesia. They are more amenable to use the term Islamic education in Indonesia. This shows that the academic community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga views that Islam as single rather than plural. The study also found that respondents who have more understanding about the conception of Islamic education who reject the terminology of Islamic education in Indonesia are greater than those who have less understanding of the conception of Islamic education. Therefore, it is suspected that there is a negative correlation between the level of understanding of the concept of Islamic education with plurality attitude.

Abstract

Life Skills education can be obtained by students from the relevant educational unit and from other formal and nonformal education units. For personal skills, students are directed to be able to live in a society well, independent, and responsible for the task that has been taken by the side. For social skills, an education related to social skills is integrated in Civics and Sociology lessons. Another activity that is the education of social skills, namely by training children to care for each other by providing assistance every time there is a natural disaster nationally and regionally. As for the academic skills and integrated vocational skills in science subjects, Mathematics, Language, Penjaskes, and art. This attitude is given intensively through the giving of material that is both theoretical and the paraktis. With this skill students are expected to have sufficient knowledge in living their lives. This will be reflected in the worldview and the scientific insights that are implemented in everyday life.

Abstract

Technology has big impact for our interaction in social-cultural life. It also happens at Dakwah by woman Salafi which mediate by WhatsApp application. This paper attempts to explain deeply about mediatisasi by Woman Salafi in their activies. The aim of this paper is to break the stronger the dominance of media logic in religion. The concept of this research refer to mediatisasi concept develop by StigHjarvard at institution stages. This research use qualitative approach by using interview method focus in two informan who have chosen based on specific criteria. In this research, the writer use ethnography analysis to analyze the data and dialogic validity analysis to analyze the data validity. The result of the research shows that there is cultural changing in dakwah activity by Woman Salafi. Mediatisasi in dakwah activity by Woman Salafi shows that religion has movement in media. Media has become an integral part of Woman Salafi and also as a big structure in ManhajSalafi.

Abstract

This paper tries to search for religious portrait that supports the process of radicalization which is potential in rising social fragmentation; and to study process and dynamics of conflicts, and ethnic, social-economic, political, and intra and inter-religious based radicalism. This study finds out that: Firstly, Surakarta has been known as burning city in political and SARA issues in Central Java and national level. Facts has shown that since 1910 this city witnessed mass riots and amok which are nuanced by ethnic, religious, and political issues. Indeed, some riots outspread their excess and influences to other cities around, such as May 1998 and October 1999 tragedies. Secondly, ideologically Surakarta is one of the well known cities as the breeding ground of radical Islamic groups, and Javanese traditional belief (Kejawen), which still firmly grasp their ancestor values influenced by both Kasunanan and Mangkunegeran kingdoms. Lastly, some religious based conflicts and violence and terrorism seem to be contemporary trend of radicalism in Solo.

Abstract

Majlis Ta’lim dan Nilai-nilai Keagamaa. Munculya majlis ta’lim dewasa ini merupakan fenomena menarik. Majlis ta’lim lahir bersamaan dengan kompleksitas persoalan yang dihadapi di masyarakat, seperti pencurian, narkoba, pergaulan bebas dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, bermula dari kesadaran masyarakat untuk membendung persoalan tersebut melalui pemahaman dan peningkatan nilai-nilai agama mutlak dilakukan. Majlis ta’lim tidak sekedar sebagai aktivitas keagamaan yang lebih mengutamakan aspek ritualistik, lebih jauh majlis ta’lim membenahi diri sebagai proses pendidikan, yang mengajarkan dan berperan menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada masyarakat sebagai tambahan sepiritual relijius. Aqidah tentang keimanan yang mencakup rukun Iman yang lima, akhlak atau perilaku seperti mengucapkan salam ketika bertamu dan menghormati orang. dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan bagi masyarakat adalah berperan sebagai kreator (yang pertama memulai atau mengawali), fasilitator (yang menyediakan), dan edukator (pendidikan). membuat kegiatan pengajian lapanan pada masyarakat dan remaja agar remaja di desa lebih aktif pada kegiatan keagamaan, sosial dan budaya yang baik untuk menambah atau memaksimalkan Peranan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sosila masyarakat.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan stilistika kisah pembangkangan iblis dalam Alquran. Ada tujuh kisah di tujuh surat dalam Alquran yang membahas tentang kisah pembangkangan iblis. Stilistika kisah pembangkangan iblis ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan tinjauan kisah-kisah Alquran dalam bingkai stilitiska. Ada empat stilistika yang penulis temukan dalam tulisan ini. Pertama, stilistika kisah ini menggunakan empat teknik pemaparan kisah yaitu kisah yang berawal dari adegan klimaks, kisah yang dimulai tanpa pendahuluan, kisah yang dipaparkan dengan melibatkan imajinasi manusia, dan pemaparan kisah dengan penyisipan nasihat keagamaan. Kedua, penyajian unsur-unsur kisah dalam kisah ini menyajikan semua unsur yang ada dalam sebuah kisah, yaitu tokoh, peristiwa, dan dialog. Ketiga, ada tiga jenis pengulangan yang terjadi dalam kisah ini, yaitu pengulangan alur kisah dengan tokoh yang berbeda, pengulangan kisah dengan kronologi yang berbeda, dan pengulangan kisah dengan gaya bahasa yang berbeda. Keempat, seni penggambaran kisah dalam kisah ini mampu menggugah akal dan psikomotorik kita.
