Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) what are the factors that encourage the occurrence of conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta; (2) the efforts of the government of the city of Surakarta in resolving the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta; and (3) the impact of the existence of a conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta. The research method used descriptive research method with a qualitative research approach. Research subject retrieval technique using a purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The technique of data collection by observation, interviews and study of documents. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of data and methods. Data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis that has stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) the reduction of data; (3) the presentation of data and (4) the verification or conclusion. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) factors that encourage the occurrence of conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta namely the absence of regulation which regulates clearly about the existence of online-based transport as well as the existence of economic interests in the form of competition in getting passengers and fulfillment needs is hampered.; (2) the efforts made the Government city of Surakarta in resolving the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta, namely by doing mediation. In the mediation efforts achieved a mutual agreement that is the existence of a red-zone assignment in some places contained conventional taxi bases, such as in the Solo Balapan Station, Purwosari Station and Tirtonadi Terminal. At this point in the red zone, online motorcycle taxi drivers prohibited doing pick up passengers up to a predetermined distance.; and (3) the impact caused by the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta, namely increasing solidarity in-group on the online motorcycle taxi drivers, there arose the inherent shakiness and cracks in the unity of the group of conventional motorcycle taxi drivers, the fall of human sacrifice on online motorcycle taxi drivers, the dominance of online motorcycle taxi drivers resulted in adherence to conventional motorcycle taxi drivers, as well as the existence of a sense of fear in the community and surrounding areas of Surakarta.   Full Paper

Abstract

The objectives of research were (1) to find out the inculcation of anti-corruption values through Civic Education outing class learning activity to the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, (2) to find out the effect of anti-corruption values through Civic Education outing class learning activity on the character of students in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, and (3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in inculcating anti-corruption values through Civic Education outing class learning activity to the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. The results of research were as follows. (1) The inculcation of anti-corruption values in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar was conducted through a series of Civic Education outing class learning activities: a) Pre-activity include event planning with overall appointment and distribution of students to enable everyone to participate actively; b) Anti-corruption Seminar Socialization; c) Court Simulation of Corruption Crime; d) Anti-corruption declaration, e) Anti-Corruption Poetry Reading Competition; f) Anti-Corruption (Islam) proselytizer (Dai) competition, g) Anti-corruption Wall Magazine Competition; h) Anti-Corruption Band Competition; i) Anti-Corruption Pin Wearing; and j) Honesty Canteen; (2) The effect of inculcation anti-corruption values on Students? Character included: the success in moral knowledge with increasing knowledges of corrupt act and anti-corruption values, on moral feelings with the dislike of acts of corruption, but not in moral action, there is a wish to have anti-corruption attitude but it is not accompanied with habituation so that the anti-corruption character has not been created comprehensively; (3) Supporting and inhibiting  factors in inculcating anti-corruption values were as follows. a) Supporting factors included: teacher?s role modeling by giving example to his students as role model by means of rewarding the disciplined teacher and the teachers? creativity to encourage the creation of idea to hold Civic Education outing class learning activity by inculcating nine anti-corruption integrity value; b) Inhibiting  factors included limited fund source, individual?s corrupt habit, and community environment in which non-transparency and illegal levy are still found.   Full Paper

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Participation of the Paralegal Forum of the Nusawungu Migrant Workers' Forum in non-litigation legal assistance for overseas migrant workers, (2) Impact of TKI from non-litigation legal assistance carried out by the paralegal Forum of Nusawungu Migrant Workers, (3) Constraints on the Paralegal Forum of Nusawungu Migrant Workers in non-litigation legal assistance to TKI. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data sources were obtained from sources, places and events, and documentation. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data is by interviewing, observing, and analyzing documents. Data validity using data triangulation and triangulation method. While data analysis techniques use an interactive analysis model with stages: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. The research procedures with steps as follows: Selection of the topic of study, Instrumentation, Management of research, Data Processing, Research Results. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) Paralegal Participation Forum of the Nusawungu Migrant Workers in non-litigation legal assistance for Indonesian migrant workers has been good, because it has been able and tried to resolve cases and it is proven that some cases have been fulfilled but needs to be improved again because there are cases that cannot be resolved. Paralegal participation is shown by several activities in assisting TKI cases to be resolved in non-litigation, namely providing information, receiving complaints cases, collecting data,collecting evidence, making complaints, mediation and negotiations. (2) Paralegal participation in legal assistance has the following impacts: cases completed, TKI rights fulfilled, reduced number of cases, reduced costs, getting information related to working abroad and how to resolve cases,and TKI get access to justice. (3) Participation of Forum Paralegal Nusawungu Migrant Workers in non-litigation legal assistance for Indonesian migrant workers is influenced by several constraints, namely limited funds, the number of paralegals, complainants or migrant workers and defendants are difficult to work with.   Full Paper

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) Strategy to fulfill citizens 'rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village, Rowokele Subdistrict, Kebumen District and (2) Inhibiting factors and supporting the fulfillment of citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village Rowokele Subdistrict Kebumen District. The research method used is descriptive research method while the research approach used is a case study. The technique of taking research subjects used was purposive sampling and simple random sampling. Techniques of collecting data is use interviews, observation, and document analysis. To obtain of the data validity, this research uses data triangulation and methods triangulation, temporary data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis with the following stages: (1) collecting of data, (2) reduction of data, (3) data presentation, and (4) verification or conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that : (1) the strategy to fulfill citizens 'rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL is achieved, with simple procedures and affordable costs so that citizens' rights are fulfilled (a) the right to recognition guarantee, protection, and legal certainty (b) The right to get facilities and special treatment and (c) To have own private property rights; (2) The inhibiting factor for fulfilling citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village consists of internal constraints which include: difficulties in finding a history of land ownership and multiple land data. While external constraints include: community factors that do not understand the function and usefulness of land certificates, the geographical conditions of the Rowokele Village area and land certificates that have not been submitted. Meanwhile the supporting factors for fulfilling citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village are support from various parties and community participation, collaboration and coordination of committees.   Full Paper

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the process and constraints faced by teachers in implementing cognitive assessment with multiple choice test technique by Edmodo Application on PPKn learning at class X SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources are obtained from informants, places, events and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. To obtain data validity, data triangulation and triangulation methods are used. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the process of implementing cognitive assessment with multiple-choice test techniques based on Edmodo application includes 4 (four) stages, that is preparation, construction of the question instruments into Edmodo application, implementation, and processing of assessment results. However, the evaluation procedure is not fully implemented. In addition there are also obstacles faced by teachers including technical and non-technical constraints. Technical constraints Technical constraints include, a. Availability of computer devices; b. internet network access; c. preparation of multiple choice questions into Edmodo application; and d. students have difficulty to accessing Edmodo account.. While non-technical constraints include, a. class is not conducive and b. behavior of students.   Full Paper

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: (1) to find out the strategy of Aisyiyah Leadership of Karanganyar Branchin the women's empowerment in Karanganyar District as an effort to fulfill the citizens? economic rights (2) to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors experienced by Aisyiyah Leadership of Karanganyar Branchin women?s empowerment as an effort to carry out the fulfillment of citizens? economic rights strategies. The research approach used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive using document/ content analysis. The data sources are obtained from informant, place, event, and document. The research subject used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques werean interview, observation, and document analysis. Data triangulation and triangulation methods are used to obtain the data validity. Whereas, the technique of analyzing the data using an interactive analysis model with the following stages: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclusions. Moreover, the research procedures used are the following steps: 1) preparation, 2) data collection, 3) data analysis, 4) preparation of research reports. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) the strategy of Aisyiyah Leadership of Karanganyar Branch in women?s empowerment as an effort of women's economic rights fulfillment for their members have been carried out, but not all have worked smoothly. The collaboration strategy of Aisyiyah with other agencies in terms of the women's empowerment, namely PPA and BPPKI Karanganyar can be held well according to the program objectives. The empowerment assistance strategy cannot be implemented as expected before because there are still several obstacles. (2) the supporting factors strategy of Aisyiyah Leadership of Karanganyar Branchare particular attention about the women?s empowerment for the women's economic rights fulfillment and cooperation or good relations with other agencies in terms of the women's empowerment. The inhibiting factors in Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah's strategies are the human resources which were not ready yet, a lack of active number administrators, and there are no independent funding sources.   Full Paper

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk, (1) mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PPKn sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis pserta didik (2) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada mata pelajaran PPKn sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis peserta didik (3) mengetahui solusi terhadap kendala penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PPKn sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data didapat dari informan, dan dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan angket. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi data, trianggulasi metode dan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, 1) Penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam kurikulum 2013 sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis dilaksanakan dengan 3 tahap yaitu: (a) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis masalah sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis peserta didik : pada tahap perencanaan guru menyiapkan Silabus dan RPP yang digunakan sebagai penunjang dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas untuk meningkatkan sikap demokratis peserta didik. (b) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis masalah sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis peserta didik dilakukan dengan membagi siswa kedalam kelompok diskusi untuk menganalisis masalah: (c) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang dilakukan Guru yaitu penilaian individu dan kelompok  2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah: Kendala Guru: (a) Peserta didik yang kurang aktif, peserta didik belum mengoptimalkan kemampuan (b) Alokasi waktu yang kurang. Kendala Siswa: (a). Peserta didik terganggu dengan suasana kelas yang ramai sehingga berdampak tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran (b) Kelompok yang dibentuk heterogen sehingga peserta didik yang tidak terlalu akrab dalam kelompok sulit diajak kerjasama 3) Solusi terhadap permasalah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah sebagai upaya membentuk sikap demokratis peserta didik.: (a) Guru lebih tegas dengan peserta didik yang ramai sendiri saat presentasi berlangsung, memberikan reward kepada peserta didik yang aktif bertanya (b) Siswa selalu dilatih terus untuk berani dalam mengutarakan pendapat, serta diberikan motivasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Peran Kantin Kejujuran Sebagai Upaya Pembentuk civic disposition; 2) Faktor-faktor Pendorong dan Penghambat Upaya Pembentuk civic disposition. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian  deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan yaitu siswa, guru, pengelola dan penanggung jawab kantin kejujuran serta kasi intelejen Kejaksaan Negeri Surakarta, tempat di SMP N 10 Surakarta  dan studi dokumen berupa laporan penjualan kantin kejujuran pada bulan Mei-Desember 2018. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sample sejumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada siswa SMP N 10 Surakarta sejumlah 8 orang, guru mata pelajaran PPKn sejumlah 2 orang, pengelola kantin kejujuran, penanggung jawab kantin kejujuran, serta kepala kasi intelejen Kejaksaan Negeri Surakarta, observasi dilakukan terhadap siswa yang bertransaksi di kantin kejujuran, dan studi dokumentasi berupa buku laporan penjualan kantin kejujuran bulan Mei-Desember 2019. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi data dan trianggulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Simpulan hasil penelitian: 1) peran kantin kejujuran sebagai upaya pembentuk civic disposition yaitu: a) Kantin kejujuran sebagai wahana pembentuk civic disposition melalui proses praktik membeli secara jujur di kantin kejujuran, pengembangan kebijakan melalui tata cara belanja dan tata tertib, pembinaan karakter, serta evaluasi keberjalanan kantin kejujuran; b) Kantin kejujuran sebagai wahana pembiasaan pada civic disposition; 2) Faktor pendukung meliputi: a) Kejaksaan Negeri Surakarta sebagai pemberi modal berdirinya kantin kejujuran; b) Adanya tata cara belanja dan tata tertib di kantin kejujuran; c) Management kantin kejujuran oleh pengelola; d) Evaluasi kantin kejujuran oleh pihak sekolah setiap akhir semester. Sedangkan faktor penghambat internal  meliputi: a) Kurangnya kesadaran dan inisiatif siswa dalam pelaksanaan transaksi di kantin kejujuran; b) Jumlah uang kembalian yang terbatas sehingga siswa kesulitan mendapat uang kembalian; c) Kurangnya rasa memiliki untuk merawat kantin kejujuran. Sedangkan faktor penghambat eksternal meliputi: a) Lingkungan pergaulan siswa yang salah.   Full Paper

Abstract

Today there are 2 (two) threats faced by the Indonesian people, namely 1) the decline in living out of the values ??of Pancasila in the life of the nation and state, and 2) the existence of radicalism that leads to violence and terrorism. This study wants to explain how the role of the government as state organizer in anticipating threats as an effort to build the nation's character. Data sources from literature study, relevant current news and interviews with several experts. Data analysis was performed interactively and presented qualitatively descriptive. The study's findings show that the role of government in building the nation's character is carried out through various activities and instruments that accompany it. Pancasila ideology guidance has been provided, for example with the PPKn lessons and the establishment of the Pancasila Odeology Development Board (BPIP). Efforts to prevent acts of radicalism and terrorism are through preventive and repressive activities and de-radicalization programs developed in order to minimize the development of radical attitudes and understandings through the establishment of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT).   Full Paper

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share terhadap intellectual skills siswa pada kompetensi dasar Mengkaji Kasus-Kasus Ancaman Terhadap Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Social, Budaya, Pertahanan, dan Keamanan dan Strategi Mengatasinya Dalam Bhineka Tunggal Ika kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini adalah true eksperimental design dengan model postest only control design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2018/ 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 siswa yang terdiri dari 34 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 34 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Untuk ketepatan dan kesahihan tes intelektual skill siswa digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Adapun untuk menghitung valid tidaknya butir soal digunakan rumus korelasi product moment yang dikemukakan oleh Pearson. Sedangkan reliabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Alpha Cronbach. Teknik anlisis data menggunakan uji regresi satu prediktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh besarnya korelasi antara model pembelajaran model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share terhadap intellectual skills siswa pada kompetensi dasar Mengkaji Kasus-Kasus Ancaman Terhadap Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial, Budaya, Pertahanan, dan Keamanan dan Strategi Mengatasinya Dalam Bhineka Tunggal Ika sebesar 0,41. Kemudian dikonsultasikan pada rtabel dengan N=34 dan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh rtabel 0,339. Dengan demikian rhitung (0,41) > rtabel (0,339), sehingga ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share terhadap intellectual skills siswa (Y). Adapun sumbangan determinannya sebesar 17,55% dengan hasil perhitungan persamaan regresi yaitu ? = 56,157+0,4030X. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap intellectual skills siswa pada kompetensi dasar Mengkaji Kasus-Kasus Ancaman Terhadap Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Social, Budaya, Pertahanan, dan Keamanan dan Strategi Mengatasinya Dalam Bhineka Tunggal Ika kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.   Full Paper
