Abstract

Membaca pemahaman (kritis) merupakan salah satu tingkatan membaca yang memiliki strategi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah adalah sekolah berbasis islam yang memiiki peluang untuk memelajari berbagai macam ilmu pengetahuan. Strategi SQ3R merupakan strategi pembelajarn membaca yang bertujuan untuk membantu pembaca agar dapat memahami secara utuh dan rinci tentang isi suatu teks. Siswa MI kelas lanjut memiliki kebebasan menganalisis dan mengapresiasikan beberapa karya seperti cerpen, puisi, dan drama dalam sudut pandang mereka. Membaca kritis memerlukan pemahamn subyektif yang harus dibina agar dapat memunculkan ide-ide kreativitas di kalangan siswa. Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah memiliki keragaman tersendiri dalam berpikir sesuai dengan konteks nilai-nilai keislaman yang dimiliki.Gambaran konkret mengenai penerapan strategi SQ3R ini akan disajikan contoh-contoh panduan analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran dengan mengacu pada penerapan strategi SQ3R. Contoh penerapan tersebut akan disajikan pada tahap sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan saat pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 against Japanese subjects senior high school level in East Java. This study used mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative), respondents who used 67 teachers Japanese senior high school in East Java, the data retrieval techniques such as questionnaire. From this research it is known that 47 respondents (70%) of the total respondents experienced a decrease in the number of teaching hours. It found that the Japanese teacher hours reduce from 25 hours/week to 18 hours/week. If calculated by the percentage of respondents, 70% of respondents had reduction in their teaching hours, 11% of respondents lost teaching hours, 6% is still the same amount of teaching and only 8% are increasing the number of hours of teaching. Based on the analysis of different test average number of hours of teaching Japanese teacher in East Java obtained that Ho Rejected and H1 accepted, meaning that there is a real difference between the hours of teaching Japanese before and after the imposition of Curriculum 2013.

Abstract

This article discusses about presentation of spiritualitty the traditional society in Jatisaba novels by Ramayda Akmal. Spirituality was the core which is one reason that someone in entities do something. Spirituality also a top to be achieved by someone after do something.  Be spiritual means has ties more on this to be a chaplaincy and psychological compared with this to be physical and material. Meaning spirituality understood as a series of characteristic motivasional, the emotional common cause, direct and choose diverse mannerisms individuals. Individuals will try to building an understanding of goals and purport to live in. Spirituality open the door to expand understanding of motivation and goal individuals. Transdensi spiritual individual reflect the ability to stand erect build lives of sight more plural, with the realization and meaning deeper accompained purport to the purpose live in a relationship that more enduring; relationship with one God. The individual is a part comunity. Spirituality community to describe in this novels identified by a set of an idea or ideas related to the belief system. The belief system in perspective anthropology includes two things interconected, there are the system religious and religious ceremony.

Abstract

This study focuses on internal conflicts in the novel Air Mata Tuhan works Aguk Irawan M.N. The method in this article uses descriptive method and form of qualitative research. Psychology humanities is used as an approach in this article. Data collection technique used is the technique of documentary studies to reviewing  creation humanities. Data collection tool used is the Human Instrument with the help of card data recorder. Technique authenticity of data used are, triangulation investigator, theory triangulation and inspection peers through discussion. The analysis technique used is the study of the contents. External conflict contained in the novel Tears God works Aguk Irawan M. N based on the analysis that researchers do, namely social conflict tangible problem accusation, strife, oppression, and opposition. Internal conflicts contained in the novel Tears God works Aguk Irawan M. N based on the analysis that researchers do that is the inner conflict in the form of expectations, and the conflicts between the two desires

Abstract

Linguistic units in any language will develop at a certain time. Such development can occur in the field of phonology, (morpho) syntax, and semantics. However, not all of linguistic units can develop in parallel on these three areas. It also occurs at the language units of German like verbs haben ˜have and sein ˜to be. The verbs haben ˜have and sein ˜to be can have function as a full verb. In addition to a full verb, the verbs haben ˜have and sein ˜to be also serve as an auxiliary verb, a functional verb and a modality verb. The various functions of verbs especially the origin of their formation certainly created problems for language expert and observer, and also German language teachers/learners. In connection with the issue, this article tries to describe the development of verbs haben ˜have and sein ˜to be. The theory used in the analysis is the theory of grammaticalization in the field of syntagmatic/paradigmatic (morpho) syntax and semantics.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problems concerning the reading text material in English Textbook for Eleventh Grader published by Ministry of Education and Culture based on theory of good reading text (Nuttall, 2005). From three criteria proposed, this research focuses on the readability and suitability of reading text. There are two quantitative methods used in assessing readability, they are Miyazaki EFL Readability Formula and McAlpine® EFLAW Formula. In terms of assessing text suitability, the qualitative method is used by checking the target language covered by the reading text as the indicator of text suitability. Based on text readability, it is found out that overall reading texts Miyazaki EFL Readability score is 54.38 that can be interpreted as the reading text is in the level of fairly difficult and suitable to eleventh grader. While using McAlpine® EFLAW Formula, the readability score achieves 18.89, meaning that the reading text in English textbook of eleventh grader is easy to understand. In terms of suitability, it shows that, from 22 items of target language that is expected to be covered by the text, there are only 12 items which contain the target language which means text suitability is about 54.54% from overall text.

Abstract

This research explores the appraisal system in the news texts exposing issue of Duo Bali Nine execution taken from The Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian Australia, The Jakarta Globe and The Jakarta Post websites. This is a descriptive qualitative research using criterion-based sampling technique. The primary data are taken from the interview and from the sixteen analyzed texts.the secondary data are taken from all information about journalists and the news paper also all information about Duo Bali Nine execution. The objectives of the research are to find out the appraisal systems applied in those texts, to know the journalists position through their texts and the influences of appraisal systems toward the readers. The results show that each news paper has their own appraisal systems patern. All types of attitudes are applied in the news texts both positive and negative. The engagement is mostly heterogloss and the mostly graduation is force- raise. Heterogloss engagement to make as if jurnalist in the neutral position and force raise graduation to make the effective news and reader not easily forget about the news.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemanfaatan bambu di wilayah Kabupaten Magetan sebagai peralatan rumah tangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengklasifikasikan dan mendeskripsikan leksikon peralatan rumah tangga berbahan bambu di Magetan; 2) mengungkapkan fungsi peralatan rumah tangga berbahan bambu di Magetan. Pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan informan utama dan informan pendamping; Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnolingustik yang menelaan hubungan bahasa dan budaya terutama bagaimana bahasa itu digunakan sehari-hari sebagai alat komunikasi dalam suatu kelompok masyarakat. Perkembangan budaya mempengaruhi perkembangan leksikon yang berhubungan dengan budaya tersebut. Leksikon muncul seiring dengan kebutuhan manusia untuk mengidentifikasi hasil budaya yang ada. Leksikon peralatan rumah tangga berbahan bambu di Magetan relatif banyak dan beragam Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sejumlah leksikon yang dapat dipilah menjadi empat kategori, yaitu (1) leksikon peralaran rumah tanga berbahan bambu yang berbentuk monomorfemis, (2) leksikon peralatan rumah tangga berbahan bambu yang berbentuk polimorfemis, (3) leksikon peralatan rumah tanga berbahan bambu yang berbentuk kata ulang, dan (4) leksikon berbahan bambu yang berbentuk frasa.Kata Kunci: Leksikon, etnolinguistik, monomorfemis, polimorfemis

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems that arise in learning the Java language is when a student must be able to understand the textbook content used by teachers in the classroom. Many words or sentences in the Java language textbook that is difficult for students to understand because it feels foreign so that students do not understand what the meaning of the word or sentence. Based on the results of preliminary observations, students of the sixth grade of elementary school are not able to master the content of the material in textbooks that should be used for fourth grade students of elementary school. Therefore, this study aims to find out how much textbooks and textbooks that have been used in SD in Madiun Residency with each class level. Data analysis method used is with Fry Graph and Klos technique. The result of the research shows that the area that has been using textbook that is in accordance with the level of legibility is the area of Madiun, Magetan and Ngawi, while the other three regions of Pacitan, Ponorogo, and Madiun Kota are not suitable because they are too high, And 8, that means the textbook is appropriate for the junior level.Key words: Analysis of textbooks legibility, Javanese language
