The community service activities have been done in the form of training and extension of milkfish utilization as potential product from Gumeno Village as Abon Ikan Bandeng (Milkfish Abon). Milkfish as the main commodity in Gumeno was sold at low price especially during harvest time, so the profit of fish farmer is very limited. This community service activities is expected to improve the ability and knowledge of the community about how to process milkfish into abon that contain high nutrition, provide knowledge for for the community how to packing product by promoting hygiene and marketing products through social media. The result that obtained in this activity was the achievement of the economic value of Milkfish Abon and the increase of the ability of housewife who joined in PKK organization in processing, packing, and marketing of their product.

Kegiatan PKM ini secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa tentang pengecoran dan pengelasan. Peserta pelatihan adalah siswa-siswa dari SMK Islam Al-Amal Surabaya. Pendahuluan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan bekal yang berupa teori tentang pengelasan dan pengecoran. Praktikum yang dilakukan adalah pengelasan, menggunakan material baja paduan. Metode pengelasan yang dipilih SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), dengan membuat dua jalur dan tipe sambungan fillet but joint untuk jobsheet yang kedua. Tujuan jangka panjang pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelasan dan pengecoran serta keterampilan pengelasan sebagai bekal mahasiswa menghadapi dunia industri. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk mempelajari lebih mendalam dan ingin mengaplikasikan kedalam dunia kerja. Dari instrumen pengukuran yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan (berupa pengisian lembar respon siswa) secara teori dan praktek didapatkan bahwa para siswa merasakan manfaat dan sebagian besar merasa tertarik dengan kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan. Kata Kunci : pengecoran, pengelasan, praktikum pengelasan SMAW, pelatihan, dan siswa-siswa SMK Islam Al-Amal Surabaya

Wilayah Pasuruan memiliki kawasan hutan mangrove yang umumnya menempati daerah muara sungai, menjadikan Pasuruan wilayah yang berpotensi untuk menghasilkan produk-produk olahan dari tanaman Mangrove. Salah satu kelompok usaha pengolah dan pemasaran mangrove adalah kelompok Mina Sentosa yang memproduksi minuman segar buah mangrove. Pengembangan variasi produk minuman segar mangrove baik jenis maupun kemasan merupakan faktor yang penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pemasaran. Kemasan minuman segar mangrove produksi kelompok Mina Sentosa masih terbatas pada satu jenis rasa yaitu original untuk ukuran botol 330 mL sehingga menyebabkan terbatasnya kapasitas produksi dan pangsa pasar maupun konsumen minuman segar mangrove. Untuk itu pelatihan pada diversikasi produk minuman segar mangrove perlu untuk dilakukan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan terhadap kelompok mitra Mina Sentosa Pasuruan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan alat cup sealer ukuran 125 ml dan 500mL untuk minuman segar mangrove serta diversifikasi warna dan rasa minuman segar mangrove dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan perluasan pemasaran.Kata Kunci : Mangrove, Pasuruan, Minuman Mangrove, Diversifikasi Kemasan

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Indonesia must be supported by universities. Street Vendors (PKL) as part of the Micro Small and Medium Entity (EMKM) Surabaya Mining Culinary Center is mostly as a 2017 Prolink Environmental Program pilot area which is demanded to be a competitive and productive EMKM in national and global markets for sustainable development which does not yet have knowledge about sustainability and K3. Community Service Activities (PKM) provide training on sustainability and basic OSH to go to SGDs given to 30 EMKM. This activity was carried out through the collaboration of the Mandiri FE Unesa PKM Team in collaboration with the Surabaya City Cooperative and UMKM Service, Surabaya City Fire Department. This activity aims to strengthen sustanainability behavior, by: providing knowledge about how to change sustainability behavior and basic K3. Activities consist of growing sustainability behaviors and basic K3. The results of the PKM activities showed that EMKM participants in the Surabaya Mining Culinary Center were able to apply sustainability and OSH behavior to their culinary business. Furthermore, it was suggested to all relevant parties to participate in strengthening the K3 and sustainability behavior of the culinary business EMKM in Surabaya Culinary Center to accelerate the achievement of SDGs.Keywords: Behavior, Sustainability, SDGs, K3, EMKM

This study aims to describe the results of the preparation of assessment instruments of science teachers Banyuwangi District. This research is a descriptive research that describes the results quantitatively and supported explanation of the data that has been obtained. The results of the study indicate that the assessment instrument is valid and feasible to be used for assessment in the learning process of the mentioned KD. The conclusions of the assessment instrument developed from the four groups are all valid and worthy of use.This study aims to describe the results of the preparation of assessment instruments of science teachers Banyuwangi District. the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.
