Abstract

Malnutrition is a disease whose incidence in Indonesia is increasing. Based on data from West Java Province, in 2019-2022 there were 1,986,890 toddlers who experienced nutritional problems. This high figure shows that the problem of malnutrition has not received adequate attention. This research will group districts and cities in West Java into three clusters. Cluster 1 (high), cluster 2 (medium), and cluster 3 (low) are based on the number of toddlers affected by malnutrition. It is hoped that this research can help the government in making decisions to overcome nutritional problems in West Java. The results of research on clustering cases of malnutrition in West Java using the K-Means algorithm include 3 clusters, Cluster 1 (high) which consists of 16 city districts. Cluster 2 (medium) consists of 10 city districts, Cluster 3 (low), while in the K-Medoids algorithm Cluster 1 (high) consists of 10 city districts. Cluster 2 (medium) consists of 4 city districts. Cluster 3 (low) consists of 13 districts and cities. The comparison results show that the K-Means algorithm is better using 3 clusters based on evaluation using the Silhouette Coefficient with a value of 0.617

Abstract

SMK Antartika 2 Sidoarjo provides instruction in seven different areas of competence. With so many choices of majors, it causes several problems in choosing majors, including not in accordance with interests, or not knowing their interests and potential. Expert Systems are one part of artificial intelligence that is created to help make decisions in solving problems like experts. The Forward chaining method provides conclusions that begin by using rules that relate facts. The Department Recommendation Expert System using the Forward chaining method that was built runs well. This system is designed to assist new SMK students in determining the majors to be taken according to the talent interests of new students by providing department recommendations, based on the results of testing department recommendations in the system with the same results of determining the majors of interest resulting in a percentage of 90%. Based on black box testing that has been carried out on this system in accordance with what was expected by 40 respondents, the percentage of department recommendations was 89.33%, and ease of access was 93.33%. The expert system is made based on a website that can be accessed online and can be used at any time.

Abstract

Various alternatives and new innovations are needed to increase the effectiveness of providing applications that contain educational elements. One of them is the design of a 3D Adventure Game to practice memorizing short letters from the Koran which can help TPQ Al-Ikhlas students memorize and study short letters in a more fun and enjoyable atmosphere. The researcher chose TPQ Al-Ikhlas students as the target players, because TPQ Al-Ikhlas students had difficulty memorizing the Al-Quran due to the large number of verses, many verses that were similar but not the same, and also because they were not serious about memorizing the Al-Quran. The research method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which uses the research stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The research results of the 3D Adventure Game Design to Train Memorizing Short Letters of the Al-Quran went well with black box testing and user acceptance tests, this game has an average indicator of "Very Good" with a percentage of 84%. This shows that this game is suitable to be used as a learning medium for TPQ students to train their memory for memorizing short letters from the Koran.

Abstract

Data mining is an attempt to dig up valuable and useful information on very large databases. Data mining is an operation that uses certain techniques or methods to look for a pattern or different form in a selected data. The technique used in this study is using data mining with the C5.0 and K-Means methods. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction by using and comparing the accuracy of the C5.0 and K-Means clustering algorithms in predicting student satisfaction on lecturer performance at Universita Prima Indonesia, Faculty of Science and Technology. The results of research using the C5.0 Algorithm method where the accuracy value obtained is 90.90% (Very Satisfied) while the accuracy value is 9.10% (Not Satisfied). The K-Means Clustering method gives quite good results in classifying data, more than 75% of respondents feel (Very Satisfied) while less than 25% feel (Not Satisfied) from the teaching given by lecturers at Universitas Prima Indonesia.

Abstract

Admission of new students is an annual activity carried out by universities, therefore it requires special preparation and handling regarding this activity. It is not uncommon for universities to have to prepare teams in advance so that implementation can be optimal. However, it cannot be denied that the majority of universities only focus on administrative matters without trying to dig up information from big data on the history of new student registration in the previous year, so that it can be used as a source of new information to determine targets and estimate the number of new students. Seeing this problem, the researcher intends to propose a solution to the problem in determining estimates of new student admissions using the forecasting method using the Simple Linear Regression Algorithm. The application of these methods and algorithms is able to provide solutions in estimating/forecasting recommendations for new students who will enter AMIK Mahaputra Riau College in the following academic year

Abstract

The latest medical developments use computers to help diagnose diseases, one of which is an expert system is a computer program that incorporates human knowledge. Nasal polyps are disorders of the nasal mucosa in the form of soft masses that can cause obstruction of the respiratory tract. This study was designed to help in diagnosing nasal polyps by using 18 symptoms as a measure to determine whether or not nasal polyps are infected. To increase the validity of the research, the Fuzzy Logic method was employed in its completion. Three steps make up the Fuzzy Logic method: the fuzzification, inference, and deffuzification procedures. This system provides questions about the symptoms experienced by the patient. Following the patient's responses to the queries they have, the system will display the results of a diagnosis of shark polyps. To gauge the degree of accuracy, Mean Percentage Absolute Error (MAPE) is employed as a relative metric. The measurement findings revelaed a tiny inaccuracy 9%, indicating that the study’s accuracy level had achieved 90,9%. The findings also demonstrated a relationship between the weight of the symptoms and the probability values NOT, POSSIBLE and CONFIDENT.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to build a technology-based financial system that is used by the creative economy community in Pardomuan Motung Village in managing their products. The system built is a form of transformation from a conventional financial management model to a technology-based one. The results of this research have had a big influence on the economic conditions of the business world in Pardomuan Motung because since the Covid-19 pandemic until post-pandemic there have been major changes in financial and business governance in Indonesia from traditional to modern. continue to innovate. So, if the governance and financial system of the creative economy community in Pardomuan Motung Village does not transform, then the businesses they are involved in will find it difficult to develop and compete. The aim of this research is to create a technology-based financial system for managing creative economic products to improve the community economy in the Pardomuan Motung Tourism Village. The system to be built includes financial technology that allows users to carry out financial processing, recording systems and various financial transactions online. The result of this research is a design for an accounting recording system that will be used as a medium for recording all accounting transactions and will produce complete and accurate financial information.

Abstract

With the development of Information Technology, learning activities and the world have also changed. Every educational institution requires good governance in order to achieve the expected goals. Campus responsible for the use of Information Technology so that when damage occurs it is not handled properly and there is a risk of data security breaches and compliance with regulations which could be detrimental to the XYZ Campus. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations in the form of IT governance design using COBIT 2019 to help XYZ campus implement the prioritized programs contained in the RENSTRA document. Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The interview results show that the prioritized process domains are: EDM01, EDM03, EDM04, APO04, APO07, BAI05, BAI09, MEA04. Data analysis shows that the current IT process capability level is still on average at level 1, while the expected average is level 3 and 4, meaning that XYZ campus has not yet carried out most of the existing IT process activities so it requires a better IT governance design. appropriate to be used as a reference in realizing prioritized programs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi pada Puskesmas Baruga yang meliputi Pendaftaran pasien disabilitas, rekam medis pasien disabiltas, pelayanan pasien disabilitas, antrian, dan pelaporan. Salah satu fenomena yang terkait dengan pelayanan pasien disabilitas adalah keterbatasan informasi yaitu pasien disabilitas mungkin menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memperoleh informasi Kesehatan dan memahami kondisi mereka karena keterbatasan fisik atau mental, oleh karena itu penting untuk menyediakan informasi Kesehatan dalam format yang mudah dipahami bagi mereka. Dengan adanya system informasi, kesehatan bagi pasien disabilitas dapat ditingkatkan, mempercepat respons dan pelayanan yang berkualitas, serta membantu memenuhi kebutuhan pasien secara lebih baik dan terintegrasi. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan suatu system informasi yang berguna untuk tenaga Kesehatan dan juga pasien disabilitas sehingga dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang ada. Pelayanan Petugas dan dokter dapat melakukan proses pelayanan dimanapun jika terjadi masalah di puskesmas, dan data pasien disabilitas aman dari gangguan fisik karena sistem ini sudah terkoneksi dengan sistem informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah electronical medical record, dimana metode ini digunakan untuk merekam, menyimpan, dan membagikan informasi medis secara elektronik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Go Bali Gas application. The research design employed is quantitative research. The data sources include both secondary and primary data. The research sample consists of 89 users of the Go Bali Gas application, selected using the Slovin formula. The research methodology used in this study is the PIECES Framework, consisting of 6 variabels: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Data collection began with the distribution of questionnaires to 89 users of the application. The collected data, categorized according to each variabel, was then calculated to determine the average for each variabel. The analysis results indicate that all six variabels, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, received very satisfactory ratings. Based on the analysis results, respondents provided suggestions for improvement in terms of payment methods, enhancement of features for tracking delivery notifications, offering free shipping, and improving overall user service.
