Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the acceptability of food products based on palm oil and catfish flour, including biscuits, nuggets, and sticks, and their potential as functional foods for the prevention of diabetes mellitus. The study used a completely randomized experimental design (CRD). The results showed that products formulated with palm oil and catfish flour were well-accepted by panelists. The biscuits demonstrated the highest scores for aroma (3.76), color (3.68), texture (3.62), and taste (3.68). The nugget and stick products also demonstrated high levels of preference for formulations containing moderate amounts of palm oil flour. ANOVA analysis showed significant differences between treatments (p<0.05). In conclusion, the combination of palm oil and catfish flour can produce high-fiber and protein food products that have the potential to support the prevention of diabetes mellitus by increasing dietary fiber consumption. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual, organizational, and technological system factors on the perception of legal protection for nursing staff in the use of electronic nursing care documentation. This research method used a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional design and a correlational approach. The results showed that partially, individual factors (t=2.260; p=0.026), organizational factors (t=2.327; p=0.022), and technological systems (t=2.422; p=0.018) significantly influenced perceptions of legal protection. Simultaneously, these three factors contributed 40.9% to the perception of legal protection for nursing staff. This indicates that the safety of the nursing profession is highly dependent on the synergy between individual competence, organizational support, and the reliability of technological systems. In conclusion, improvements to hospital management information systems (SIMRS), strengthening standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ongoing training are needed to ensure patient safety and legal protection for nursing staff in the digital era.   Keywords: Electronic Documentation, Individual Factors, Organization, Legal Protection, Technological Systems

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the implementation of patient safety by staff nurses in the implementation of the Berani Sehat program. The study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Gamma test. The results showed that there were significant relationships between knowledge (γ = 0.897; p = 0.000), length of service (γ = 0.898; p = 0.000), and nurses’ age (γ = 0.843; p = 0.000) with the implementation of patient safety. Meanwhile, educational level was not significantly associated with the implementation of patient safety (γ = 0.417; p = 0.324). In conclusion, individual factors such as knowledge, length of service, and age play an important role in the implementation of patient safety by staff nurses.   Keywords: Patient Safety, Staff Nurses, Berani Sehat Program
