Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of supportive therapy for families of schizophrenia clients. The research method uses a systematic review approach. The research results show that supportive therapy is effective for families in clients treating schizophrenia. In conclusion, providing supportive therapy helps families understand obstacles and problems in treatment by resolving them using adaptive coping by utilizing internal and external sources of support. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the "Sicepat" application on teenagers' knowledge and attitudes regarding stunting. The method used is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design with a control group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge and attitudes regarding stunting in the intervention group and control group after being given treatment with differences in knowledge (p value=0.001) and attitudes (p value=0.000). In conclusion, the "Sicepat" application has a significant influence on increasing teenagers' knowledge and attitudes regarding stunting. Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) triage application in the Emergency Room (ER). The method used is a systemic review. The results of the study show that the use of this application is considered very effective in determining the accuracy of determining priorities due to the use of technology so that errors can be minimized compared to using the human mind. Conclusion from this study is that the use of the ESI application needs to be held in the ER to determine patient priorities appropriately. Keyword : Triage, ESI, Application

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the extraction of lemon liquid (citrus limon) using Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology against increasing the immunity of puerperal mothers. The method used is true experiment with randomized pretest and posttest with control group design. The results showed that the average increase in immunity of postpartum mothers in the pretest intervention group was 264.66 and posttest was 328.16 while in the control group the average result of increasing immunity was 208.76 and posttest was 137.05. The conclusion of giving the results of the extraction of lemon liquid (citrus limon) using Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology at a dose of 7grams / 175ml given for 14 days was proven to have an effect on increasing the immunity of postpartum mothers with a p value of <0.05. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that most influence the formation of the role of parents in preventing teenagers from falling into drug abuse. The research method used in this research is an analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The research results show that knowledge about drugs and attitudes towards drug abuse are the factors that have the most influence on the formation of drug abuse prevention behavior in adolescents. In conclusion, a good level of knowledge about drug abuse will still be followed by positive drug prevention behavior; attitudes towards drug abuse have a significant relationship and influence the existence of drug abuse behavior by teenagers. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing continuous quality improvement (Continuous Quality Improvement) through improving the quality of administration and management, performance targets for public health efforts, and improving clinical quality and patient safety (PMKP) after accreditation of community health centers on the level of community satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative observational analytical research using a cross-sectional study. The research results show that Continuous Quality Improvement significantly affects the Level of Community Satisfaction. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 0.05; the Fcount value is greater than the FTable value (315.333 3.127). Conclusion: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) simultaneously or together influences community satisfaction. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) by the Oesapa Community Health Center and Penfui Community Health Center by implementing Community Health Center Accreditation standards significantly affects the level of community satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in hemodialysis patients who experience fatigue based on the results of the latest research (Evidence Based Nursing Practice) at RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The method used is quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest design approach with control group. The research results based on the homogeneity test of respondent characteristics found that there were no significant differences (p>0.05) in the intervention group and the control group. There was a significant improvement in fatigue in the intervention group (p=0.000). In conclusion, there is an influence of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on fatigue in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Key words: Behavioral, Cognitive, Fatigue, Hemodialysis, Therapy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Tingkat Kecemasan Masyarakat Tentang Varian Covid-19 Omicron Dengan Vaksinasi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi semua warga di Kelurahan Bahu Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado. Sampel 123 orang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan Analisis Tingkat Kecemasan Masyarakat Tentang Varian Covid-19 Omicron Dengan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dengan nilai ρ-value = 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai α=0,05. Kesimpulannya, ada hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan terhadap vaksinasi covid-19 Kata Kunci : Omicron Covid-19, Tingkat Kecemasan Masyarakat, Vaksinasi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women. The study used an observational analytic design with a case control with analysis using bivariate and multivariate methods. The results show that a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women, namely pregnancy distance, KEK status, compliance with Fe Consumption, Achievement of ANC visits and History of exposure to Covid19. The factors that most influenced the incidence of anemia were Compliance with Fe Tablet Consumption, mother's KEK status and history of exposure to Covid19. Age and history of premarital counseling were not significant to the incidence of anemia. Conclusion compliance with consumption of Fe tablets is the most influential factor on the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at new normal era. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of mobile health interventions and supportive education in increasing self-care management compliance in hypertensive patients. The research method used is a literature review through databases, namely Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science and Sage Journal. The results of 10 research articles report that interventions using mobile technology (m-health) and supportive educational interventions are very effective in increasing medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Conclusion, Interventions using mobile technology (m-health), combined with supportive educational interventions can be applied to increase self-care management compliance in hypertensive patients.
